But He's a Nice Guy Ok Ladies, thoughts for women from old lady Dino I am just wondering if I'm the only one feeling like this and or getting this kind of crazy advice from friends and family members. I just ended a (way too) long relationship that I always knew was not a good fit for me - why did I take so long to end it?
Other than the obvious reasons of 1. Being a coward 2. Avoiding confrontational situations 3. ONE of us has gotta move now? (YOU can GO - who gets the pets?) A primary (embarrassingly enough) reason I personally avoided the inevitable end was the commentary I KNEW was coming from friends, family and coworkers. You guys broke up? He's such a **NICE Guy**! I'm not trying to make any arguments for leaving or staying in a relationship. That is totally a personal decision that has way to many variables. **I'm just wondering WHY do Guys get a "gold star" for being a "nice guy" ?** I TOTALLY "heart" good people (it's not a gender thing, be a person) But sorry, I don't owe you 10-20 years because you are not an axe murderer. I ask this question/created this post because I have many friends who are with men who they are completely INCOMPATABLE with or have zero ambition/don't work etc (Seriously I have one girlfriend who leaves so many post it notes ("reminders" to her BF - HA) ALL over the house you think it's a Garage Sale when you go to her apartment - WTF? Another had a BF who plays video games - No joke - for like 10 hours a day and another whose BF throws temper tantrums like he's 5 years old, stomps his feet all Rumpelstiltskin style and everything (no joke) - it would be funny AF if she did not live with him. I know this a total rant but since Covid lockdowns I just hear this story over and over again and I wondered - Am I the only one who feels this way? **You ARE a Nice Guy - Just Not the Guy for Me** PS - I'm not a Man but from my personal experience/conversation I think Men get a similar response but more related to aesthetics - Example - You broke up?? "She's so HOT though" (Ummm, yeah - too bad she lit my car on fire last week) I'm really curious if Men feel this way too (IE - stay with a terrible person WAY too long due to pressure from social circles, family etc) RANT Rant rant ant....😜

No, you are not. First, it was "leave asap he is..." Next, he is such a nice guy, attentive blah blah (indeed to them) while I am treated like the maid (he goes out, gets drunk, plays games the whole day, etc). My "great" friends tried me to start again (he's such a nice guy although he could take better care of himself, alone is alone.). 15 years later... I still hear the same story about nice guys and what a pity it is I am alone because I am too young for that (men say it). The bell doesn't ring. I don't want a nice guy but a nice life alone.
This is my very first blog article and of course it's a (semi) RANT - ha - LMAO @wakeupkitty I Swear I was thinking "time to get an old lady robe and a cat" Glad to know I have "sisters in arms" <3 and TYSM @heartbeat1515 - :D I'm trying to express myself /write and learn this site at the same time so please forgive my slow multitasking :)
You are welcome at the free writers too if you write for 10 or 20 minutes without a break. Bieve me you have plenty of sisters and all elderly ladies I know and met (elderly home included) state they would never get married again. Marriage is good for men but rarely for women. Welcome to read.cash. 🍀
LOL #truths
