Planking is an exercise in which you will strengthen the muscles of the torso, buttocks and shoulders and sculpt your body in a few weeks. Just 5 minutes a day should be enough.The challenge lasts 30 days.

The most common are classic and side planks.

- Classic planking is an exercise in which the palms are placed on the floor so that they are just below the shoulders, and the exercise can also be performed by leaning on the elbows. Squeeze your abdominal muscles and straighten your back. If you are on your elbows, raise your buttocks to shoulder height, otherwise keep straight and keep your buttocks slightly lower than your back.

- Side plank is an exercise in which you resist the forearm and the side of the foot. The chest is at a right angle, away from the ground, and the hips are so high that together with the shoulders and feet they form a straight line.The free hand is stretched out along the face, the core is strongly activated and you start.Your task is to bring the elbow of the free hand closer to the knee traveling in the opposite direction. Touching the elbow and knee is a sign that the repetition is done and you can return to the starting position.When you do a certain number of repetitions, you change position and load another side.

With this exercise you strengthen your body, abdominal muscles, back and shoulders.Improves posture and stability.This way you can protect yourself from many injuries.

If you do not have time to visit guided exercises or fitness and would like to perform an exercise that will be effective and will not take up much space, plank is a great choice!

Plank je super stvar, al sam ja vise za vezbanje u teretani , mada sad zbog korona ne rade teretane pa sam si napravio kod kuce malu teretanu pa i imam onaj Orbitrek tek toliko da budem u formi, zato je dobro da se vezba bez ogled na to ko koliko godina ima

Great exercises, I practice them from time to time ... When I get tired of doing sit-ups and squats, then I do these exercises ... They are short but certainly not as easy as it seems when we look at the pictures ...

Iskreno, ja sam se vec umorila gledajuci samo slike kako vezbaju...Hahaha... Kao mlada sam se bavila plivanjem, imala dosta teske treninge, bila u top formi....Sto sam starija, godine su ucinile svoje, ali pre svega moje opustanje, tipa lako cemo, dobila sam nekih 20 kg viska, i dosla u situaciju, da ne mogu da potrcim...Znam da ako bih pocela da vezbam morala da se odreknem, slatkisa, domace slaninice itd...Ali ako sad nesto ne promenim, uskoro cu otici na 100 kg...Hvala za ovaj motivacioni post.
