Planking is an exercise in which you will strengthen the muscles of the torso, buttocks and shoulders and sculpt your body in a few weeks. Just 5 minutes a day should be enough.The challenge lasts 30 days.

Touching the elbow and knee is a sign that the repetition is done and you can return to the starting position.When you do a certain number of repetitions, you change position and load another side.
