Why consistency is very important?
Consistency is about acting or being done in the same way over time. It is all about unchanging in nature, standard and effect over time. A person is consistent in someone who is consistent always behaves in the same way, has the same attitudes towards people or things, or achieves the same level of success in something.
Consistency for me is all about dedicating yourself to the goals and staying focused on something or someone to achieve his or her goals. It may be hard to let go of old habits, but if we want to improve things and in order for us to achieve personal growth, we must be consistent in everything that we do. So practicing consistency instills discipline and makes us focus and more aware of what we have to do.
Consistency allows you to build the momentum you need to achieve your goals. Without consistency in our lives, you’ll keep running and the worst is having no results and no improvements at all.
There are a lot of aspects in which we should be consistent every time.

Living in this world has its ups and downs. It feels like living on a roller coaster ride. Though change is constant in this world, we still ways looking for ways to be consistent. It is true that being consistent is very hard, especially nowadays, but here are some consistent habits that help to develop and improve our consistency.
• We need to be realistic in our goals
First, we should know what we need to do. We need to set goals that have objective results. Always remember to come up with smaller steps at first to follow in order for us to reach our goal.
• Set schedule
Stick to a schedule. We should know what to do every day. So it’s very necessary to set a schedule for ourselves. Set a planner, or list of reminders or etc. that will help us stay on track. In this way, we can figure out the commitments that we need to do and the things that we don’t have time for.
• Increase your willpower
Increasing your willpower takes time, and being consistent is the key to that. You should be reminded of the long-term benefits of being consistent everywhere. You should have a source of inspiration that keeps you motivated to reach your goals.
Consistency is power, so if we like to achieve our goals and maintain a good relationship with anyone and with anything, we need to be consistent in the effort we put forth. Though it is very difficult to be the best in our everyday life, at least we should not be tired of trying.
Being consistent is also about making promises to yourself, if you promise to do something make sure that you can actually do that, you need to be reminded always of the reasons why you started everything. Never ever disappoint yourself, be consistent!
