My Understanding Of Read.cash (A beginner's Guide) Part 1
Normally, I wouldn't consider myself to be in a position to be writing about read.cash considering the state of my account, but the fact that I can deduce the reason why my account is in its current state helps me overcome that complex.
Read.cash is a writing platform that rewards it's writers in bitcoincash (BCH). The platform is managed by a certain admin and is 100% sponsored by @ . The platform has undergone a number of exciting upgrade since its early days to become what it is today. Although I wasn't here for most of those upgrade, the testaments of those old users who have written about it tells me it's been quite an experience. Before you join this platform as well as to succeed, you need to ask yourself a few questions.
Why Do I Want To Write?
This is the one of the most important question one has to answer before venturing into the art or business of writing. As we are of different personalities, so we have different reasons behind our desire to write, but until you at least identify and define that reason for yourself, you won't be able to fully develop and utilise your writing skills on any platform whatsoever, not just here on read.cash alone. Reasons for writing includes rewards, passion, to develop a skill, career writing, to tell our stories, to teach/educate etc. There are different writers on this platform who are here for any one or combination of reasons. Knowing the why, would be essential for you to continually be motivated to write.
Secondly, knowing why you write will come in handing in selecting a writing plan and strategy, as well as writing style. Some writers on this platform, myself included do not really have a particular style of writing, but I'll tell you, it's quite useful that you do as it will make your writing easier and better. There are writers here who write daily, some every other day, some weekly and some occasionally. Knowing why you want to write will help you choose an appropriate and convenient plan. For example, people who write heavily researched articles will naturally not be able to post daily as researching the article alone can consume an enormous amount of time.
Whom Am I Writing For??
One of the beauty of this platform is that you can find any kind of audience on it. The platform doesn't require to tailor your writing to suit it's audience, rather it encourages you to be your true self and write that which you feel passionate about. This is so because, apart from the fact you can find any kind of audience here, users on this platform are extremely respectful and supportive. Unlike some toxic online space where people attack you for your opinions and views, people here respect your opinions and views and if need be comment their own counter opinion respectfully without resulting to insult or attacks. The users on this platform are quite supportive to new users as well. All of this creates a space where you can literally write about anything without fear or anxiety, as long as you don't break any of the rules. The platform also has a mechanism in place to check any form of abuse, attack or toxicity, thereby making the platform safe for everyone. So, it's important you identify your audience and write for them.
Another reason why it's important to know your audience is that I've come to notice that people who focus on a particular niche seem to earn far better than others, although I stand to be corrected here. Of course, it's not all about just writing in a particular niche and the money will come flowing in, but it does contribute to it; that's just my opinion though. So basically, find your audience and write for them accordingly.
Let me stop here for easy assimilation, I will continue in my next article. Stay tuned.
Thanks for your time..
You have done a fantastic job for the new comer my friend
