Drawbacks of freelancing

Freelance taxes can be rather complicated and challenging:

The problem of paying taxes is common among all freelancers and they feel disturbed while paying taxes. Keep in mind that when your clients pays you that amount is without any tax and you have to pay the tax later and then you have to count your revenue.

It is different from working full time because in full time work the salary you will receive will be with all state and federal taxes along with deductions for insurance policies and retirement accounts. It is easy as compare to take home pay".

There is no paid time off :

We all love to be on vacations after hectic life routine work of weeks and it is not there in freelancing every time you can get orders even on Sundays so you have to plan your vacations according to your routine work may be annually. One thing you can do as a freelancer that you have to take your laptop on which you are doing your work but at vacation you have to do work. But on other side, in full time work there is a proper weekend and off days for vacations with loved ones .

Have to find your own insurance :

There are so many companies , which offer health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance to their employees and they are take the real benefit of it but some take this just for granted actually they should take this as a blessing because as a freelancer he should have to find his own Insurance he has to pay the fee for dental, vision and all health related check ups to clinic.

Have to be ready for challenges:

You have to be prepared for challenges when you are working as a freelancers because every client is temporary and there is not consistent earning each day. Every day you have to get up with a new ambition and you have to start a new journey in freelancing you should have all the tactics with which you can hold your clients otherwise you should be prepared for the clients who can take off their contract and may be they will never back at your profile to place any order you should have a good attitude that can stays your clients on your profile. Freelancing is like " hunting the opportunities" although there are so many opportunities but in search of availing them you have to struggle for them.

Busy and slow months :

As a freelancer you might have some busy months and some slow months so you also have to prepare for it because it is world of challenges and you have to face them while in working full time there is nothing like this.

The salary is consistent in full time work no matter how much work You have to do in your job. In freelancing , at some days you might will receive so many orders by clients but on other days when season is off there might no work to do. But only thing not to give up you should do effort in each thing. A positive mind set can bring happiness and success in your life. The phase of pandemic was good in sense of freelancing and good for online work because all the institute who were running physically were off and there was so much disturbance in real world but the global village was running through online markets on Google.

Have to be own best advocate and market :

As a freelancers you have to be your own best advocate and market. You are your own best voice in freelancing you have to deal very careful long so that your client build trust on you.

If you feel that work is not suitable to you or you are not able to provide quality work you have to speak the truth no doubt it will cause disturbance in your work but it will build trust and the client will next time come to you for related work.

Freelancing is like constant job search there is no day off so you have to do struggle each day you have to market yourself while on the other hand, in full time work there is no such struggle on daily basis.
