Mobile phone addiction
Addiction is a kind of habit and as all of us aware that habits can not be left out without proper practice. Mobile phone is now a part of our lives and may be no one can think even a single day without mobile. Addiction of anything is easy but when someone try to eradicate that adduction from his life then it becomes difficult for him. Although mobile has so many good things for all of us even now a days everything has been shifted to online. Our study system has been mould and we are mainly dependent on mobiles.
What is the first thing in morning you do?
Most of us rely on mobile all the time when we got up in morning we just pick up our phone although we wanted to check just time but we get involve on other apps on mobile. If you are doing this then you should know that you are addicted to it.
Symptoms of mobile addiction
There are so many things which are related to mobile addiction but I am going to share a little bit.
Display clearance
Display clearance means that whenever the battery down people who are addicted to mobile they really got panic over it and they wanted to charge up their phone.
Listening of vibration
It means that whenever you have put your mobile again from you then you might have listen vibration even there is no vibration and you might observe that your phone is ringing but there is no such situation. This is very common in all of us so we should the accepted we are addicted to mobile and the we should work for it.
Picking up phone again and again:
Even no message ring there but most of us remain curious all the time and they keep mobile in their hands all the time. They think that they will receive someone message and might they miss so this thing keep them in touch with mobile
Effects of mobile addiction
Headache
When someone uses mobile all the time then he might feel headache and it disturbs one personal life actually the problem in our young generation is only that we feel comfortable while contacting through online and we dependent over it. All these things has disturbed our normal lifestyle and we have changed our priorities. The students who are the future of any nation they are destroying their future only because they are involved with mobile
Behaviour changes
Mobile addiction affect our behaviour strongly and we use to get angry in no time. This is easily be seen in small kids who cry when their parents are reluctant to hand over mobile. Even young people get angry on anything which is related to mobile. There are so many games which has been introduced and our young generation always playing those games.
No physical activities
Mobile phone has limited our time which we use to spend outside in doing non academic activities and people are attracted toward social media they use it all the time and doing nothing productive. Laying down on a single place all the time effecting our health system and we are becoming lazy.
What should we do?
No doubt mobile is necessity of recent time but we should keep it in pocket and only use it whenever it is required. We should take part in other activities. It is slowing down our mind and it has changed our lifestyle. May be many of us are facing the problem insomnia which is a disorder in which people could not sleep well and may of us facing this although we are unaware. After COVID pandemic has entered in our lives, I think that was the time which bring us close to mobile as a student I also get attached to mobile in the period of corona. We all should accept that corona has long lasting effects on our lives and still we are struggling with it. The people who were not in contact with touch mobile system they were living healthy life and everything was organic in that era. Now the time has become modern and the people who do not own any mobile we consider them backward but in reality I will say that those people are good as compare to us because still in this age they are living the normal life and on the other side we have made our lives quite strange. Even most of the really wanted to get rid from this addiction but we can't.
Set time for use of mobile
We should set time for mobile usage it will help to maintain the lifestyle and we will be able to give proper time to our other activities like studies. If we observe our life then most of us will find that we are using mobile without any reason. Keep in mind that we should use mobile only at that time when it is necessary means whenever you have to call someone special or you have to search some terms which are related to your studies. When one person set time for any activity then he remain conscious about it and he remain focus.

Addiction to cell phones is an increasingly common problem in our society today, in part I suffer from it myself, although I am aware of it and try not to depend so much on it. What is really worrying for me is that our children lose their childhood submerged in this addiction, I think that there if we have to take measures and create rules to limit the use of mobile devices to children.
