We all love foods specially fast foods..Yummy😋pizza burger sandwich icecream biryani etc etc....😍We take food to remain healthy and energetic .People think if I eat more I will get more energy and will remain healthy. BUT it's not true.. Excess intake of food comparing to your need will do harm to your health and body...We all know more or less about Obesity..💁♀️.Obesity leads to many diseases like Diabetes, HTN,Heart Attack,Atherosclerosis, Fatty liver letter on Liver Cirrhosis , Stroke etc etc ...The obese person face different health issues..So everybody should be careful about this.
Nobody should take food more than their needs..Its better to fulfill 3/4 of the stomach..when a person take excess food he or she will feel disturbance and pain in the stomach..As it does not digest properly..If you intake less Food you will feel light and will not suffer from any disturbance and also you can move freely as the food digest smoothly..Sometimes when a person have excess food He/she feels difficulty during breathing. SO ITS better to eat less but should intake healthy food like one egg one banana,one orange,one cup milk, vegetables, sea fish, 1 piece of chicken, one cup of rice etc. This can be kept in our daily food chart so that we can get energy and will remain healthy..
Having less food is also good for mental health too..Intake of too much Glucose causes Brain cell damage...You can have all kind of food in a limited way.
It's like "Excess of anything never goes good" this quote also goes for our body..
