I am impressed by how respectful the students are in the school. They are disciplined in not using their phones when it's not a lunch break yet. Even without their teacher, there are few students leading their classmates to proper behavior. They are really nice and obedient. I was wondering if it's also like this in America or is it even possible to turn kids respectful and well-disciplined. Though I know not all students in the Philippines are really respectful, there are also cases where students are a real mess and act evil against teachers.

So the movies about out-of-control kids in America are not real? Yes, the demographics play a big influence on students behavior.
I'd have to see and know what movies your talking about. Hollywood or media tends to make things bigger than what they are. I will say this type of behavior is in the minority but yes there are out of control people not just kids either. Maybe schools in large cities in bad areas. It really matters where one lives.
Have you heard of the recent shooting news in the Apalachee High school in Georgia? It's very scary a 14-year old boy can do it. You can search more about it.
Yes heard about it. It's sad about any of these mass shootings that happen here. Only reactions to them are quicker than they once were. Unfortunately the frequency of them happening is too many. One is too many!
I think it's possible to turn students into well behaved kids. A lot starts with school institution and of course it's teachers.
I tell you what my son tells me. Some teachers ignore it and many students due what the many do. Some set the ground rules and stick to it and mostly everyone acts accordingly. Than there are the teachers who spark interest in their students and engage well with them keeping the whole class engaged. Of course many factors on what grade level and the demographics of the students can play into as well.
