Pornographic Videos Are Sweeping Across Facebook

I do not know what's happening to the world nowadays. It is such a shame that my fellow Filipino people are spreading pornography everywhere and they even think that there's nothing wrong about it. As if everyone will love to watch the video, as if there are no minors online. This is beyond the rules impose by Facebook and most of all this is a very immoral shameful kind of act.

One of the things I cannot believe is that it is trending in the Philippines and the ones who are making it trending are the Filipinos. Even we already know that Facebook will automatically ban your account once they will confirm that you are disobeying the community guideline rules. Still, it is not enough to warn the other people. They treated Facebook as if a place for pornographic sites. They treated it as if a PornHub where everyone can watch obscenity.

Sensitive content should be censored. They are not meant for public viewing. Everyone should consider the wide audience and the age gap. Facebook was not created for nudity and sexual entertainment. It is so disappointing that there are so many dumb people tolerating the pornographic contents without considering that it might be disturbing to others.

It is so alarming because everyone is thinking of it as just for fun. Is it really funny if your relatives share one of those videos and your little child or siblings will see it across their feed? Children will be curious of what they have seen. At such age, they are already seeing things that their age shouldn't see. This is very terrifying. The children nowadays are already corrupted, they want to try the things they see online just because the adults are doing it. Children like to imitate what they can see because this is how the learning at their stage begin. Through the process of imitation, now what will happen if at such young age they are already exposed to pornography?

Facebook is no longer a safe social media site. A lot of unpleasant images from users feed and profile are spreading anywhere. Since Facebook is a big company, they have a lot of employers working on the community's safety. We can help stop the immorality by reporting sexually explicit videos and photos we saw online. Facebook follows the community standards and we have the right to report those who disobey the rules.

It's really hard to think that even the minors, they are already sharing sexually explicit content on Facebook. This is not a good environment especially for growing up kids. It is not funny to share sexual intercourse online and it might be pleasing to your eyes but you also have to consider the other people. Do they also like to see the same thing you are seeing? I know Philippines is becoming educated as education is starting to become accessible. Sadly, the educated Filipinos are the ones responsible for spreading sexual explicit videos online and they felt no shame from doing it.

Facebook is one of the amazing social networking site that allows us to be connected across the world. It's easy to find like-minded people and share interests online. With over 1 billion active users and it is still constantly growing, it only prove that Facebook is globally impactful. Since it is the top grossing social media platform, the people have taken it for granted. It is very important to check and monitor what our minor relatives and families are viewing online. Be responsible and do not overshare too much inappropriate things online.
