Is Avril Lavigne A Clone? A Dead?
Being one of the biggest fan of Avril Lavigne, I always hear from people that she is already dead. They said she is already a clone. They said she was replace by her best friend named Melissa Vandella. They said Avril is not the same anymore and a lot of the things from her have really changed. She is already far from the real Avril that everyone used to love. But is it all TRUE?
Avril Lavigne is a French-Canadian singer who is known for being the world's "Pop Punk Queen." She rose to popularity in her teen eras after she released the single music "Complicated" and "Sk8er Boi" when she was still 17.
The Avril Lavigne replacement conspiracy theory
The conspiracy theory about Avril Lavigne was published on a Brazilian blog where the blogger stated that the singer died in 2003. She was then replaced by a double named Melissa Vandella. The blogger used a lot of comparisons from her early days to her latest music, including Avril Lavigne's clothing styles. The blogger compiled it all together to show that there is a strong evidence about the conspiracy theory. According to the theory, Avril Lavigne have dealt with so much pressure as a teen rising into an immediate popularity. The blogger wrote that the singer cannot handle the fame and the pressure, so the singer committed suicide. Since the record company doesn't want to lose the profit that Avril has made from her popularity, they have to trained Melissa Vandella to sing and act like her in order to save the flourishing career.
This is not the first ever conspiracy theory that a singer or star is rumored to be dead and replaced by a clone!!
Even Elvis Presley, Paul McCartney of the Beatles including Beyoncé encountered this speculating rumors. It's just sad that in the part of Avril, a lot of people are able to convinced that she is dead and this have impacted her career.
The truth behind the published conspiracy theory about Avril Lavigne as dead and replaced by a clone
The Brazilian blogger who published the conspiracy theory about Avril Lavigne said that she created that article to prove how conspiracy theories can look true and how people are easy to believe in theory. Even though she have put the disclaimer, the people still spread the conspiracy theory like a wildfire. It's really sad to think that because of what the blogger did, Avril's career was drastically affected and the gullible people are the ones spreading the misinformation.
As a fan of Avril Lavigne, I can see her great transformation through the years. People always wanted to see Avril Lavigne wearing baggy pants and shirts but just like every single person in this world, Avril grew up and her way of dressing changed. She now wear dresses and other girly attire. We don't wear the same outfit throughout the years because our taste constantly change. Avril Lavigne is no exception to that and she has to embrace the word "growing up." She doesn't have to be similar in her teen eras. I hope people will respect that because we all undergo changes. Your grandmother who seemed to be bubbly before is now gloomy. Your wild personality before is now thrown away. We all changed and I hope the conspiracy theory about Avril Lavigne will totally end.
There is no such thing as permanent in this world. Our experiences in life change us. We all grow up and the things we used to do before are now gone. I hope this is enough to explain that Avril Lavigne will not be skating on the skateboard forever, she may become a mother one day and all of the things she did in her teens will gradually disappear. I hope the world will stop spreading conspiracy theories about Avril Lavigne. If you will listen to all of her albums, all of them represents every stages of her growing up.
