Hula-Hooping & Squats
Hi read.ers the weather is so cold and raining today here in our country. Hope you are in good condition and may you able to get back just in case you don't feel well.
Few days ago I got this round "exercise tool" that I am still fascinating today even if I've played it last when I was in elementary.
Working out really bring out good hormones and a stress reliever in my experience.

I can sit or squats further now unlike before that I feel pain everytime, like what I've mentioned and will do next time, my prob is in my hips so that's the area that needs more attention. Thanks to the experts that teach about it.
