Chicken vegetable soup. It's normal but I think it will be quite nutritious.
Necessary materials:
- Chicken breast meat (two pieces)
- A variety of vegetables (we took carrots, papayas and onions. You can add more vegetables if you want)
- Soy sauce, one tablespoon
- Salt, like quantity
- Sugar, half a teaspoon
- Tomato sauce, two tablespoons
- Corn flower, one teaspoon
- A pinch of chili powder
- Lemon rhubarb (green part of the lemon peel), slightly
- A few green peppers
- One liter of water
Method:
Take a cooking pot and heat it with a liter of water with a little salt. Now add soy sauce.
Keep it warm. You can give a few green peppers.
When the chicken is soft, take it out, remove the bones and start crying. Let the chicken stock ignite.
Now put the vegetables in the chicken stock. Let it boil.
Now add chicken.
Serve with tomato sauce. At this stage the vegetables will become soft.
Now take half a cup of water in a bowl and mix cornflower, lemon rhubarb, chilli powder and sugar well in it.
Now pour the mixture in the soup.
Heat on low heat for a while more and see the final salt and taste.
