Two smart heads should not be compared to one!

Several times, James will always say that he is tired of it all, he sounds so frustrated and disappointed with the results that he has been getting back from his whole resources that he used, as the input to make things to work out his own way. Despite the indisputable fact that he spends extra hours to make sure that there is a better result, yet it doesn't work out for him at all because all his efforts prove futile.

James is a very hardworking young man who believed in moving forward irrespective of whether it is hard or whether it's not hard. He always want to get the best out of everything that he do.

He is so much engulfed in being the best and having excellent result in everything. That is howit was possible for him to be able to come first in the school of engineering where he passed out as the overall best student in craft maintenance presentation that was done in the university of Engineering.

He is just like is father who was once a volleyball champion, he believed in the power of striving as well as being skillful but what differentiates him from his son is that he believes in team work while his son did not. That's is the case of James, he never believed in team work in many ways. During the presentation that got him the best in Engineering, two of his colleague who has similar topics like his own and they asked him to joined in agreement with them so that they can present together as a group but he did not oblige.

That was in the past, and it was school days, now, Engineer James is on the field already and he has his own workmanship who will work tirelessly for him just to make sure that a good result is achieved at the end, well knowing that Engineer James will only praise them when they get the good results

Back to the recent incident, he embarked on a new project whereas the project manual which he has is not a complete one. He has angrily left the class when the superior Engineer was levturing them in the class. The problem is that he realised late, he would have gotten it copied from one of his colleague then but prode didn't allow him.

The project manual is what made him not to do the project which should have turned him to a very rich man or even a memorable, probably the richest Engineer to have lived.

He battled with the project for a long time, tried all his best, wasted extra money on it, even go so many sleepless nights trying to get the best results on that particular project but yet, it all became a pointless effort. He was angry with himself, he lost reputation as the news of his failure began to spread among other craft maintenance engineers. Recommending him became a thing of doubt.

Moral: Although, it didn't happen exactly the same way I put it but someone was in that shoe and prode would not allow him to get what he should have gotten.
