All the branch managers of the company was having a meeting with the General manager of the company at the noon on the next day being Tuesday, the branch managers at this western region who has been doing well for a long time, however with a desire to have promotion when the superior of the company are ready to promote people.

The great level of production of goods from the local branches was enough to satisfactorily satisfy the demands of the consumers and this is only possible because there is availability of raw materials basically at all the local branch throughout the region. Yet, there is route accessibility by the road to every cranny of the region.

The eastern part of the company, the eastern area manager was also vying for a way to make himself promoted to the higher position by the superior of the company. However, he has a lot of commitment towards making the company to move forward. He invested almost all the extra stipends which comes in to the company, in his region, whether accountable or not because he wants his region to be the best.

The great commitment which the regional manager offers to the local and the advanced area in terms of providing financial stability and encouragement of the staff which makes them to work with utmost attention and clearly mentioned as the best among others.

Thirdly, the northern region where production and production is at the minimal state as they produce less than every other known regions where the company exists and based of the level of good and services the region renders to the public and their rate of production which is lesser than other regions makes the branch to gain low recognition among the others.

The distribution of goods has been affected by unavailability of raw materials for the production of goods and as well there is poor road network in that area. This is the basis of the little distribution rate could not be solved yet.

At the southern end, production is ongoing at the usual rate without any form of hindrance, the output is well acceptable, and even the regional manager is much more convenient and comfortable with the output that they produce monthly from their branches. They have also all the necessary factors available for them to produce big and large.

Back to the a fore mentioned meeting with the general director tomorrow. Everyone has been invited to come for the meeting except for the northern regional manager, under who there are few of local branch managers.

He was not invited because of the long distance and the poor road network to the venue where the meeting is going to take place. After the long run after the meeting was held. The conclusion was to contribute money to help the regional director, who was struggling with sales at the northern region. Immediately after the meeting, the Western regional manager was vexed because he did not agree with helping the northern regional manager.

He had just wanted promotion and nothing else again. The other manager contributed and the contribution was given to the Northern regional manager and yet, he was being transferred to replace the western regional manager as vice versa.

He passed through the same stretch of conditions that the other manager was enduring for many years in just three weeks, and he has started complaining about the sales already. He became so uncomfortable that even he himself started pleading with the overall manager to allow him to pay his contribution.

However, he agreed to pay the triple of what supposed to pay, and he did to regain his position yet, he had to serve for six months before he could regain the freedom, even after paying.

Conclusion

The major moral mainly in this post is that when you are working in a certain company set up, and it's working out, do not withdraw from helping your colleagues who are struggling with their own. Try to render help when the opportunity arises.
