Power in the rate at which an act is done. In physics terms it was being called the rate at which a task is being done, carried out or being executed. This is not about just applying force to something, but it deals with the volume of the force that we can introduce to the particular system in a unit time.

When we human beings work, the power at which we carry out those works diminishes with time. The noticeable change in the appreciable rate of supplying force per unit time is caused by some internal and external factors which. This factors, when totally ignored, could totally lead to the total vanish of energy from such a person.

The atmospheric condition of such a place is a fundamental condition which cannot be overlooked at any point. If we are to consider the ambient environment. The first thing is to consider the oxygen content in the air available at any time. Though this cannot be view and cannot be determined by our visual organ of sight.

Maybe some chemical setup and analysis will do. Limited or little oxygen saturating the air will affect the worker because the internal organs will surely respond to the little supply of oxygen, which in that case serves as fuel.

Environmental condition with relatively high humidity will also affect the respiratory organ, causing the reduction in its efficiency. It will be difficult for the body to cool off easily and by the way, our health will be at risk. The high moisture content is usually as a result of tough or high ambient temperature which might be very harsh even to the skin itself, but it does more harm to the internal organ.

Even though it could cause adverse effect on the skin it also leads to over sweating which is consequently traced to the inability of the body to let go of sweat that has been produced in the body by metabolic activities going on within. This in turn leads to the reduction of useful energy by the human being.

However, the effect on the outer part of the body can also accumulate more internal problem, as we know that sun burn causes some pores in the body to be blocked therefore making it to be difficult for sweat to come out of the body. That is why we must do little or no work under harsh temperature or weather condition.

Another thing that I consider to be significant is food. Though, some people use hard drugs as well as injections while preparing for work. Without food, even the drug might not work as expected. We should also consider food as fuel that are used in the vehicle. Though human body system cannot be compared to vehicle in any way. Man can still use energy even without eating for a whole day without food. But water is far essential. Human body needs to be hydrated.

Based on some attempt made to work while being thirsty and working while being hungry. Anyone will work and last longer being hungry than when they are thirsty. Though, none of the two available options is advisable. Even if we eat but do not drink, the food will not digest at a normal rate to give us the energy sufficient for physical and mental activities. Considering this, being dehydrated is another means that could lead to our inefficiency as human to do our daily jobs.

In general, any harsh environmental condition is not advisable, whether hot or cold. Though cool weather cools the body down while working, but the cold weather is still advantageous in terms of work. Concerning cold weather, it helps us to work more and more to maintain our normal body temperature.

It is recommended for us to drink enough water (1.5 liters or more during hot days). Stay cool during the days. Do less work under hot temperature.

Your write up is so scientific all through. I I've also observed that on cold days, I excrete large amounts of urine while on hot days, I excrete less amount of concentrated urine. Maybe our body is trying to strike s balance on water since we give out more sweat on hot days.

For the internal organs to work efficiently during hot days. The body must be well hydrated but yet because of the hotness, the body will respond as much water content of the body will be lost through over sweating. The recommendations are ; stay cool, drink more water and less alcohol content drinks, Do less work during the day.
