The brain of both the male and female are equally smart, but in different ways. There are areas of the brain, that affects how it operates in both gender types

Blood Flow Patterns

Spatial - Mechanical and Verbal - Emotive Differences

In respect to the difference in neural blood flow patterns, the male brain relies greatly on blood flow through the spatial -mechanical centers in the right hemisphere. Which is responsible for physical and kinesthesis. This is why men tend to be spatial - physical in their relating and leadership styles than women. It's also the reason why men tend to get work done easily and pay less attention to forming relationships at work place unless it's absolutely compulsory or it will be useful. The female brain greatly relies on blood flow but through verbal - emotive centers in both sides of the brain. More neural activity occurs in the parts of the brain responsible for the formation of words and the connection of these words with emotions, memories and sensory cues. This makes them more emotional than men.

However the concept of the male brain relying greatly on neural activity in the spatial - mechanical center in the right hemisphere and the female brain relying greatly on neural activity in the verbal - emotive centers of both sides of the brain does not mean that one gender is inferior to the other.
