Finally Sunday morning is a bright day, we were planned to have a nice brunch yesterday morning but due to rain, we change plan to simply get the meehun nearby instead.
So seeing the day is nice , I decided to take a long walk to the market far away. I want to continue the yesterday plan to have a good brunch meal.
The journey quite smooth, those stalls that I went did not have a long queue, very fast then reach my turn and settle packet everything and reach home within an hour.
Could not wait longer to start the feast after bath, this is the overview of the heavy brunch we had today :
We ordered two desserts as in red and green bean as well.
Then all others are nice and tasty local food.
We ordered two type of carrot cake from two different stalls , one is this type fried with egg omelette.
The other one is the Cantonese style- deep fried. Both styles has it own advantages over the other.
This is we call Chee Cheong Fun. We normally eat with both the dark sauce and chilli sauces as in photo.
We felt full so the fried meehun noodle will be kept for later consume. Maybe later after some house cleaning then need energy we can finish it. Now it's just too full to carry on.
