Second Dose Done For Us...Finally Today is the day. September 13 for our second dose of Sinovac vaccine. This was the schedule for me, my younger brother and my nephew. But I don't know why I was scared taking the second dose. Some says that you will get sick on your first shot, which did not happen to me or to my brother or nephew. So I was thinking was what if I got sick during the second dose or anyone of us? First dose was done August 16. It was fast for us We came early and we were done within 2 hours only. It waa because we have a reserved slot from our baranggay. We came there then just look for my sisters friend and then we were given the stubs which served as a slot to faster lane. Process was fast. **The Second Dose** But now, it was the total opposite from our first vaccine. I just thought that we need to make effort now and fall in line like what others did because we did not experienced it during the first shot. I slept around 3am with my son before that day. Then I woke up 7;30 in the morning. I expected that we will be there before 8am which did not happened. We ate and left the house at 9 in the morning. We found out that my cousins were already there as early as 7 am. Since it was jist near to us we were there within 10 minutes of riding the tricycle. When we got to the venue, there were many people and already in a very long line. So I asked the woman, where the line was for the second dose. She said that all the people there are for second dose and the end of the line was too far to be seen. We walked and the end of the line was inside. Many people were still coming and ccming Then we fall in line. Good thing that the weather was okay. I can see that the process was fast We are moving from time to time. We also saw our cousins who cane early and they were already inside the court which means they are near to be vaccinated.. Then my brother was expecting that we can be home by 11 am because it was fast. Then suddenly, I noticed that the movement stopped. The policeman assisting us no longer called people to move from here to another phase. Then I heard someone from the lane that there was a lost of supply of vaccines. Some says that they were just taking a break. It was past 1 hoir when the supplies of vaccines came. So it was true. After that, the movement was fast again The policemen now started counting so that we can move from one place to another. My brother and nephew were not bored because they were playing with their cellphones but I did not bring mine because my son will be looking for it once he woke up. At around 12 in the afternoon, we were at the vaccination area. Unexpectedly, the officers came and told us they will be taking their lunch. Most of us waiting were angry. One of the people waiting went inside the vaccination area to complain. Maybe he was in a hurry too. It was just unfair because we all came early without lunch too. We ate breakfast but some do not. The bad thing was, they took their lunch altogether. We waited for another 1 hour for their lunch. **We're Vaccinated** After that, the process was fast again.. When I was seated, I was scared again. I saw the needles and remember the officer telling me to relax and be calm. I closed my eyes and tried to be calm. But while I was being vaccinated, I can feel the pain. Aside from the needle itself, the fact that it was a vaccine being placed on your arm, it doubled the pain. But whatever it is, it simply maans, we're vaccinated. Then, they got our blood pressures and oxygen. Finally, the verification of identity and the certificates. I thought, all the waiting ends. We were just waiting for our certificates as a proof that we are fully vaccinated. We waited outside the area for our names to be called for our certificates. An assistant handling the certificates will go on our place and called out names. The first one to be called was my nephee, then it was me. We are just waiting for my brothers name so that we can go home. We we're all starving because we are thirsty and we haven't took our lunch. Another batch of names were called. The man called out usoing names. I thought it was my brother so I got it and good thing, I checked for the last name. It was not his certificate. I returned it and just waited for another batches of certificates. Then another batch were called, but still my brothers names was not called. I told my brother to inform the assistant about his name. It might be missed because the people remaining were from another batch. He was told by the assistant that he already noticed his name. Until another batch was called and finally, my brothers name was called. We make sure that our names were printed correctly before we keave. **My Final Say** I am fully vaccinated. We are vaccinated. Whatever our vaccine is, keep in mind thay they are all effective even there were rumors. Mind over matter as what they say. But I always remember that even we are done with our vaccines, we still need to wear face masks and face shields and continue with social distancing. We are not 100% safe. There is still a chance.to be affected with Covid-19 but not severe. If we follow the rules, we won't get affected We also meed to pray to God for guidance and faster recovery to those affected. I Fell In Love With The K-Drama I Watched K-Dramas or Korean Dramas are now on top of the lists for some movie or series addicts. It can be comedy, romance, action, suspense or thriller. Most of us watched it online like in **Netflix** and I am not included to those watching it...before. It was always my eldest sister and her daughter who are addicted to K-Dramas. Addicted meaning after watching a certain movie or a series which contained 16 or more episodes, they will look for another one to watched for. I don't find time to watch it because I thought they will just consume my busy time. My sister's daughter is not just addicted.to K-dramas but also with K-pops who are famous performers in Korea. It can be a solo artist or band members both male and female. My niece was also the one I encourage to join Read.Cash which she has been doing lately. **Start of Watching K-Dramas** Now, I am also one of them. Actually, I'm just back to watching K-Dramas because I was once an addict with it when I was in high school. I watched it every weekdays and even the replays during weekends even I have watched that certain episodes. I wanted the romantic-comedy mixed movie or what they called, "RomCom" either movie or a series. Romantic to make us fall in love and comedy to make us laugh at the same time. It was just a couple of weeks ago when I started watching it again. It all started when my niece went to our house to watched the series that she is watching. She has already started watching it at their house so it was in Episode 5 or 6 when she watched at our house The title was "**Cinderella and the 4 Knights**". I was curious so I watched it. **What is the series all about?** From the title itself, the story is somewhat related to the fairy tale itself, "Cinderella". The girl who played as the lead star is living with her stepmother and stepsister who played as the villains. They do not treat her as a family member. She only slept in the storage area which serves as her room and it was very cold there. Her real father is not always around because he was a driver and go home once a month only so he has no idea how his real daughter was treated by his new wife and step daughter. "Cinderella" used to work from different part time jobs to support her education and daily food. She worked in a convenience store, coffee shop, pizza store, cimema house etc.. She needs to save money for her college education too. But when she found out that her mothers wake in the columbarium needs to be paid, her college fund will only go there. So she needs to save again for her education. 4 knights because there were 4 men and Cinderella. 3 of them were the grandsons of the chairman or the rich grandfather and 1 of those 4 knights was the secretary of the chairman. The 3 grandsons were not close to each other. 1 of them grew up in the mansion because he was left by her mother since he was 10 years old, the other one was a singer, and the 3rd one doesn't want to live with them. He grew up with his mother but when her mother died, he grew up independently. He is working in an automotive shop but since his grandfather wants him to live with them, other employees were paid so that he could not go back in the shop anymore and also cancelled all his cards when he tried to leave the big house. Because of that, he will just go back to his grandfathers house because he has nowhere to go to. All of them were good looking like a prince charming and were given lots of privileges including cars and money. Their grandfather is a well-known business man and his wedding was about to happen and he wants his grandsons to come. The 1st prince was looking for a partner when he goes to the wedding. In the club, he made a deal with his friends that whoever pass the door, will be his date to the wedding. Then, the one that enters the door was "Cinderella" who works that night as a pizza delivery girl. He told him that he will pay her for few hours pretending as his fiance. She thought about it since she was preparing for her college studies. Then the girl agreed and went to the grandfather or the "chairmans wedding" with the 1st prince. Then he was noticed by the grandfather because of his fierce personality. She was invited to the big house for a mission to make the 3 grandsons close to each other. She will be given salary for it for every successful missions. She agreed so she lived there and see how the cousins interact with each other. It was like they don't know each other. There was a signed contract which states that she should not date any one of them for she will be terminated. So Cinderella's first mission was to make the 3 princes eat together. She don't know how to make it happen because they don't like each other. She made many plans but they were all unsuccessful. Until 1 of the prince who is close to her thought it was the girls birthday. He made a secret celebration for the girl and the knights were there. Then they seat together and took a picture like they were eating together. But it was not the real birthday of the girl. That picture was sent to the chairman. The chairman was very happy. All along, they didn't know that the chairman was sick and needs to undergo operation. Only his wife and the secretary knew it. He was just waiting for the donor. Another mission was given to her. The 3 princes should attend to their own fathers memorial. Only the 2 princes came so the girl thought that her mission failed. She went out of the big house because she did not pass on the second mission. Then they found out that one of the prince came early in the morning. So the mission was successful. But the girl left already. They all look for her. The girl was found by the prince who worked in an automotive shop. They became close to each other. They all went into a trip as a reward from the chairman where all of them were invited. They all bonded together until the automotive prince kissed the girl since they were all drunk. They both felt inlove something for each other. They entered in a relationship. It was secret at first but it was noticed by all of them even the chairman. She was called by the chairman to leave the house because it was in the contract that she should not be dating anyone of them. But whenever the two are together, you can feel their inlove with each other. It brings back the menories of a teenager. But after the girl leave the house, the prince left also. He went to his old work. Unexpectedy, the chairman was sent to the hospital and went in coma. That was the time his grandsons knew that he was sick. The 2 prince tested if their blood was compatible but it was negative except for 1 prince. They all looked for him until the girl looked for him and 1 prince came back and luckily, he was compatible with his grandfather so he will be undergoing operation but with consequences. The prince was allergic to anesthesia so he has a chance not to wake up but he did not tell it to the girl. The operation was successful for the chairman and the prince but when he wokes up, the girl was no longer there as promised to the chairman. The prince called her but she was not answering. He knew that it was his grandfather why she left. The girl cried a lot. But his father knew all along what his stepmother and stepsister were treating her. But they were all reunited after so she went home to ber family but heartbroken. She missed the prince who was her boyfriend. The prince fight for the girl. He asked for his grandfathers blessing to accept their relationship. It was granted so the girl went back to the big house and got engaged to the prince. The chairmans fifth wife had an issue and almost about to divorce. Her son was the secretary of the chairman whom the chairman thought he was the boyfriend of his wife. But the two were reunited. The 3 cousins became close and all of them were happy. **My Final Say** There is a happy ending in most of the relationships. A fairy tale love life. I was watching the story and it was so fulfilling and felt in love as if I am Cinderella in the K-drama. I always want to watch these type of series. Makes me fall in love again and again. Patience and Humility Are The Best Traits For Me If there are words to describe myself, it will be being patient and being humble. Not to brag but these are the traits I can be proud of myself eversince. Everyone can be patient and humble in our own way. I believe that each of us has traits that we possessed. Traits that made us stand out to others. Traits that make us different from the rest. **Patience** As they always say, patience is a virtue. It is true. If you are patient, you are willing to wait for your turn. Turn to succeed and shine. There is always a reason for everything. Reason to succeed or fail. The below are different kinds of patience. But I can say that I best apply my patience with people I interact with. As much as needed, I just go along and understand them. Some are good and some are bad and we have to understand them but of course, there will always be a limit to everything. **Patience In Love** If we are still young, we must focus on studies first. There is a perfect timing for love. True love waits. No need to hurry. The more we hurry, the more we commit mistakes. Once we finished our studies, that is the time we can enter in a relationship. Time to entertain boys or court girls. But nowadays, there are a lot of teenage pregnancies or pre-marital sex, wherein some are lucky to get married while some ended heartbroken. We tend to hurry because we envy others who were were married and others were in a relationship. So we also want to enter into a relationship without thinking of the consequences. Some wanted to experience being in a relationship at an early age. What it feels like to have a partner. But we should remember that if we will just wait for that right time, everything will be under control. You will have a happy relationship. We just have to wait for the right person to come in our lives. **Patience for Good Health** We should all be thankful for being healthy. But some have health conditions that they need to suffer and undergo medical processes. If someone is deeply sick, they need to undergo medications and a lot of medicines. Some were losing patience because they lose hope in recovering. They felt that they will die soon. They felt that in the end, they will not be healed. But for some, they believe that there is nothing impossible. They followed what was prescribed and advised by their physicians. They waited and continue their medications until they were healed. They just needed patience and being obedient for them to be recover. **Patience At Work** Being an employee, we want growth and increase in salary. Our main reason to work is to earn to provide the needs of our family. This pandemic has brought many people unemployed. We cannot survive if we don't work. Some applied and applied but did not get the job. They almost lose hope in getting it. But for some, they just continue looking for a job until they got it. They were just patient enough to look for a job because that means that it was meant for them once they pass. But there are competitions in the company. We applied for a higher position but whatever hardwork we do, we cannot get that position. For some, they will just resigned because they did not get the promotion they wanted. But for some, they will just continue working and proving their own worth to the company. Then they will just wait for the right time for them to try again and apply. Pursuing until they got their dream position. **Patience in Everyday Lives** Everything we do requires patience. If we don't have enough of it, we lose. When we go to malls or supermarkets for shopping or groceries, we need to fall in line. When we noticed that we only buy few items and the person in front of us has loads of groceries, we tend to move to another counter and look for lane with fewer items. Sometimes, we just leave our items when we noticed the long queue and move to be other store. But when we move to other store, it was just the same. If we just waited enough, we will have our turn. Even when paying bills or waiting in line to ride a vehicle, we just need to be patient enough because in the end, we can all be assisted and be served. **Humility** Filipinos are known to be humble and it is true. We treat people like foreigners or visitors with good assistance and hospitability. I can attest to that because even me, I treat visitors well and I assure them thay won't get bored with me. Visitors can be relatives, neighbors or friends. Even in ourselves, we need to be humble. While others are boastful and bragging to us, we don't need to level up with them but rather, be humble enough. Just be honest of what we are whenever we talk to others. Talk to them not by being proud though we have great achievements in life. Though we are successful, learn to interact with all people. Hello September.Hello BCH.. I can say that August was not a good month for me. The Random Rewarder was not often visiting my articles unlike before. Whenever I published an article, I will receive tips in an hour or less than an hour. But now, its very seldom he visited me. It makes me feel sad especially when I tried my very best and put more efforts in a certain article. I knew in myself that it was an interesting topic but it just looked invisible in the end. Maybe I should improve more. I hope that September will be good month to me, the start of something better for me and to all of us in Read.Cash family. September as they say is the start of Ber months, next is October, November and December. Some are already buying presents for their loved ones for the Christmas season. The earlier, the better, as they say. But for me, I buy few presents during December only when I got my 13th month pay. **Expectations For September** What do I need to do for September? ***Put more efforts in writing more articles.*** I cannot write an article everyday. But now I should push more despite being busy with my family and work. One of the reason why I cannot write more is because my son also uses my cellphone everyday. He is addicted to games and watches **YouTube.** I can only use it if he will play with his toys, or he is tired of using my phone or if he is already sleeping. If I have my phone, there are times that I don't have the idea yet. If I have the idea in mind, most of the time, my son uses it. So if my son is using it, I tried myself to think of nice topics so that once I have my phone back, I can write continuously. ***Think of more interesting topics***. I need to focus on topics that is usual and will be noticeable to readers. My topics is all about my experiences in the past or what I am experiencing. I wanted to try writing about cryptocurrency but I am not knowledgeable yet. I am still in the learning process. ***Make a goal.*** I don't usually post my goal because I know that I cannot follow it. I hope that I can reach even .1 to .2 BCH. I think it's not hat bad to reach for me only. All of us have goals in life that we want to achieve. ***Being more active in Read.Cash.*** I can say that I was not interactive in previous months with commenting or sharing tips to others. Happy 5th Birthday To My Son Nathan My sons birthday was yesterday. We were all waiting for that day. He is now 5 years old. Time flies so fast. I still remember the day he was born. The very first time I saw him and held his hands. It was unexplainable but amazing feeling for me as well as to all mothers. My son knew the date of his birthday although he has no idea when it was until we told him that day. I told him that he is turning 5 years old on August 31. All he knew were the cakes and ballloons during his birthday. No visitors were allowed yet because of the quarantine but my whole family celebrated my son's special day. My relatives and friends also greeted him early in the morning We don't have a big celebration for him but as long as we were all there for him and seeing all the balloons and the preparations for him made him a happy kid. ***Our Preparations*** Beforehand, I am more excited for my sons birthday rather than mine. Even my family, they were more than excited for my son's birthday because I am too old for celebrations and they knew that I will spend more for my son than for myself. As a parent, we always want what's best for our children and, I totally agree on that. Eventhough we were having financial issues, I still bought foods for him. Birthday happens only once every year so we need to make it memorable yet simple for our kids and even for ourselves. I bought the dry items the day before his birthday like the pasta, sauce, cheese which are needed for the spaghetti and "lumpiang shanghai' and pansit canton. I also bought inflatable lettered balloons for him showing "NATHAN" and 5 colorful balloons and a banner showing "Happy Birthday" in silver color. ***Nathan's Birthday*** My sister went to the market to buy the meat and the vegetables in the wet market early in the morning like pork and vegetables. She was too busy preparing for all of the food including our lunch "menudo" and "lumpiang shanghai" which takes time. I came from nightshift so I slept for 3-4 hours before helping my sister. She was almost done when I woke up. I just bought the rest of the food that were needed like cakes and ice creams outside together with my partner. My nieces and nephew arranged the letters in our window by putting white curtain in the window and attaching the banners, lettered balloons and colorful balloons. When we were back, we started taking pictures of my son in the arranged curtains and when he blew his candles. We were all laughing because he can't blew the candle as much as he blew it. We took pictures of the foods and we also included my mothers photo. Then we started giving out foods to neighbors especially to my son's playmates. Thisbis what I always wanted which is to share what you have. The weather was fine like last year. Because when he celebrated his birthday from 1-3 years old, it always rains. Good thing it was a sunny afternoon. **We also have pizzas courtesy of my cousin, cake from my younger brother and ice cream from my older brother. My partner brought a live turkey which was turned into "adobo" on my sons birthday. We have a lot of foods and I thank my family for sharing with the expenses.** I forgot to took pictures for the three of us: Nathan, me and his papa because I was too busy especially after giving out foods. I cleaned the table and washed all that are needed to be washed. It was tiring but fulfilling as I always say. It would be happier if my mother was there but I know she is now happy in heaven with God. if there is no Covid, we have invited my son's playmates so it will be happier for my son that they will eat together and play after. But now, we just give out foods to them. I remember his first birthday. There were many kids and we hired clowns for the kids to enjoy. Even the weather was not fine, we still able to enjoy it. But my son was too young during that time so for sure, he cannot recall his past birthday. ***My Wish for My Son*** I have many worries for my son as a mother and I always pray to God to keep my son safe always even I am with or without his side like when I am at work or away from him. He is my only son and every parent wishes safety for all his children. I just wished for him to be a good son to us, to be a good person, to be God-fearing and to finish his studies and have a better future including having his own family. I always pray for my whole family's safety and to give us a long long life including my son and my partner. I wish for him to enjoy his childhood up to adulthood. That she spent his time wisely and to grow up in the right path of life. I hope to be strong for my family until I get old. I wish that I have saved money by the time he gets to College snd fulfill his ambition. ***My Final Say*** We should always enjoy our time with our kids. They grew up fast. One day we just carried them and tomorrow, they will have their own friends whom they will hang out with. Once they grow up, they will spend more time with their friends and less with us. Remembering My Elementary Days and My Teachers Our parents are the first people who are happy and proud of their childrens achievements especially during graduation. No matter what achievement it was, academic or non-academic, they will always be overwhelmed and proud of us. I am proud to share my experiences when I was in elementary. Though it happened a very long time ago, all those precious moments were still clear to me and will never be forgotten. ***My Teachers and My Experiences*** When I was in elementary, I can still remember my teachers in Marcela Marcelo Elementary School where I graduated. It was a public school but I have full of memories because of the friends and achievements I have. Our teachers are our second parent. They are our guardians while at school. **Kindergarten**. My teacher was Mrs. Gamboa. Yes, I can still remember her face but I cannot recall the first name because we usually call our teachers by their last name only like Mr, Miss or Mrs. together with their last name. I am not sure if I was in Top 10 in the classroom but I received an award as "Best in Cleanliness". That was the award that was clear to me. ***Grade 1.*** My teacher was Mrs. Permison. I belong to Section 2 but I was included in Top 10 in the class. **Grade 2**. My teacher was Mrs. Borja. She was a very kind teacher. This was the time when I can recall those unforgetable moments in school. I was chosen as the representative in Grade 2 level where we need to give out envelopes to family and friends to gave money as a contribution in the fund raising program. Whoever gave the highest contribution in all levels wins. I was one of the candidates and we went into a parade during coronation night. I did not win but it was an experience for me. The unforgettable part also was my classmate. I can still recall him because he has a crush on me that time. My classmates and my teacher teased the both of us. We were seatmates back then. He was Aldrint Bryan Rosano. He was the only child and a mama's boy. I remember him because his mother sends him to school everyday and he has many foods in his lunch box. He always shares it with us especially with me because he was my seatmate. I also remember him when he kissed me in the cheek. I told it to our teacher but instead of being mad at him for doing that, she just teased both of us and my classmates all laughed. Well, we were just young during that time and it has no meaning. I was also included in Top 10 in the class. **Grade 3**. My teacher and adviser was Miss Perlas. One of the prettiest teacher I have but she was still single that time. She was strict but I still like her because she was teaching English and that is my favorite subject of all times. I was in star section and was included in Top 10 in class. **Grade 4**. My adviser was Mrs. Gustilo. A very strict teacher too but I cannot recall if I was in Top 10. All I remember of her was when she gets mad at me during our Writing subject. We have this before and after writing lessons. First, we need to write an essay in the first page. She will checked it for any corrections. Then we will re-write it in the second page. But what I did was, I wrote a different topic in the second page instead of re-writing what was in the first page. She gets mad at me and I was embarassed in front of my classmates. **Grade 5**. My adviser was Mrs. Rumawak. She was like a second mother to us She is also one of my favorite teacher because she teaches English subject. Before, my handwriting was worse. But she helped us to write legibly. During the first month of class, she let us write in a whole aheet of paper the sentence "**the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog**". Do you know why it was the one my teacher taught us to practice writing? It is because all the letters in the alphabest were there. We will be trained to write better in all letters from a to z. One sheet in uppercase and the other sheet in lowercase. Then she kept it as our first hand writing. From time to time, we still have writing subjects to train us in writing. One of my handwritten story was posted in the bulletin board as "Best in Writing" for the month. During our last month, we wrote again that same thing that we wrote during our first month. Then our teacher gave us back our first handwriting and compared it with our last months handwriting. We were all laughing because we saw the big difference especially mine. It was worse before until it gets better and legible. She was also the closesr teacher I had. I belong to Top 10 in class with medals. But my brother saud that I was just close ro my teacher that is why I had a medal. But I knew it was a joke. I deserve to have a medal because I studied hard. It was just that I always waited for my teacher to go home togeher with my other classmates and that is why my brother called me "teacher pet". We were the only classroom that was open almost everyday.. Beung in grade 5 was also one of the intriguing years of my school year. I am close to everyone especially to a gay friend. He was close to me to the extent that he always go to our house early morning because of our group project. Until there was an issue that I did not expected to be bigger when I told it to my teacher while waiting for her one night. I did not expect that it will ruined our friendship. My teacher talked to him if what I said is true so I told my teacher that it was true until his mother was called to school and it made our friendship over. It happened at the end of our school year. He also transferred to other school the next year. The exact issue was not clear to me but it was about our group competition for breaktime. Every row is considered 1 group and every breaktime, whoever ordered the highest group, will win. Then he said something to me that I told to my teacher which started the misunderstanding. I felt sad thinking it was all my fault He was a good friend and considered my bestfriend. Like what I've said, I studied hard so I deserved being an honor student. I went to the stage with my mother during recognition day. I knew my mother was proud of me. **Grade 6**. My last year in my elementsry school. My adviser was Miss Caampued. A very strict teacher but she is teaching English subject so I am not that scared. What's memorable with her is during our Spelling subject. She told us that whoever got the highest score in Spelling will be in-charge instead of her teaching us. I got the highest score in Spelling so I took charge during that subject. My teacher said that it depends on me how will I took charge. If I will be giving new words then give its meaning and an examination. During my first day to take charge, I was scolded by my teacher because of my hair. It was not properly ponied. I was embarasse because she said it in front of the class. She said that I should look neat in front of the class. I also learned from it. Maybe my teacher was just concerned of me. But I was able to take charge of our Spelling subject. I was still in Top 10 in class but this time, I joined the choir because I needed an extra-curricular activities. I still attended the recognition day together with my mother and the next day was the graduation day. The recognition day was unforgettable too. I have a speech and I should be holding a dove on the day of recognition. My speech was all about peace and unity which was symbolized by a dove. On the day of recognition, I was holding the dove from the start. During the speech, I was a bit nervous because it was my first time to hold a bird. I delivered my speech well but then after that, I threw the dove away and let it flew but it was stuck to a tree. The program was over but the bird was still in the tree. We just let it there and I don't know who caught it. **My Final Say** I admit that its not always easy when studying. Like me, my favorite subject is Spelling, Reading and anything related to English subject. But I got frustrated because I cannot dwell on Mathematics. It is the total opposite of English for me. No matter how I try to understand Mathematics, it does not absorb in my brain. Fear is what 's inside in my head whenever I saw my teacher. Aside from he was a guy, his voice was so big that you will get scared of him. I thought I won't make it in Top 10 because of him. But we should study hard and finish our studies. Happy Birthday To Me..My First Birthday Without Her Yesterday was my day. I am officially 40 years old. I cannot control my age but it is okay. They say age is just numbers. It still depends on how you look at your age and how you take care of yourself. What matters is that even you are old enough, you still feel young within. Not just by wearing clothes like the younger generation but the feeling of being young. Well, happy birthday to me!! I remember when I always lie of my age. At work, whenever people asked me about my age, I don't tell them my real age. I made it younger by 5 years. Then they will asked me the year I was born so I have to compute it in my mind which was very obvious that I am lying because I answered late. I have to calculate about my age first. But I realized, why should I lie about my age? I always file for a vacation leave everytime that my birthday falls during weekdays. Not because I have a celebration but only because I want to take a rest on that day. Forget the stress and just stay at home with my family for that whole day. ***My Past Birthday Celebrations*** I remembered when my mother was the one to buy all that is needed for the spaghetti. She will cook it and we will all wait for it to be cooked. Everyone in the house loves spaghetti so sometimes, we cannot give food to neighbors because we can all ate it. But it is by default that we gave food to our neighbor who is beside us which we are doing eversince and the couple in front of us selling "ihaw-ihaw" as their business. If there were extras, we gave food to other neighbors as well. It became a Filipino tradition wherein we usually give foods to our neighbors when there are occassions like birthdays, baptismals or Christmas and New Year Celebrations. Even though we knew that our neighbors have the same food with us, we still share it with them. Same thing with them. ***My Birthday Celebration Yesterday*** I received greetings from my relatives early in the morning and from some friends. Though they were not here to celebrate, you can still feel their concerns through greetings. As long as I have my spaghetti, that was enough. I only bought pasta and sauce, together with meat, cheese and other ingredients for spaghetti. My mother always cooks it because I always wanted it and it is very delicious and tasty compared to other spaghetti I have tasted. But I know she is happy where she is right now. That is all I prayed for. This year was a different birthday for me, since my mother passed away. I will never taste the same spaghetti but my sister was there to cook for me. She also cooked like my mother. I remember when I went outside at around 7pm the other day to buy few supplies for our store. Then when I came home to take a bath because I need to get ready for my shift at 9pm, I went to the bathroom. Then my tears were flowing. I cannot control my tears. I remembered my mother. I don't know why but it was automatic that I cried. I am missing her. My first birthday that she was not with us. Yesterday, my sister bought the things needed in the market. We also cooked lumpiang shanghai. But that is all. I am short in budget so that is all we prepared. Last year, I remember when I have spaghetti, chicken, cake and ice cream. But I felt lonely because I all paid for my birthday celebration. I understood it since they don't have money to share but it just feels weird when I was buying all for myself. Now, spaghettii is okay because I celebrated and ate with my family. I also have a cake and the famous "lumpiang shanghai". It was a normal day but my family is there with me so I am simply happy with that. Especially that I have my son and my partner with me. ***What Do I Remember of My Mother The Most?*** I remembered my mother when she cooked spaghetti. She always gave me the first serving of her cooked pasta. I will be the one to taste it. I will eat a lot even its lunch or dinner and even breakfast the other day if there is some more. If there is extra sauce, we will make a pizza using bread as the dough and put spaghetti sauce and grated cheese on top. We will put it in the pan or in the oven. My mother is too close to me and to my younger brother that even we are old enough, she still scolded us and can simply say whatever she wanted to say when she is mad. She can control us especially in making decisions. If I have made my decision to a certain issue and I will ask for her opinion which is totally different with mine, she will tell me her opinion and that is what I mostly follow. Simply because it is much better. But out of all the decisions she told me, one of those things that I persuaded was when I fall in love. They don't want the relationship I have but I still follow my heart. I defended it to my parents. They are against but we prove to then our love for each other. Until now, we are trying to prove our relationship to my father now. But aside from that, I followed my mothers order and I inherited most of her traits. She always gets mad if she has no money. I am also like that. Because the money will be used at home, for food and for other payments and expenses. Of course, it is normal to get mad if we don't have money. She gets mad if there are dirty dishes in the table and in the sink. I also do. I will be the one to wash them all and wipe the table rather than scolding someone to clean it. She also gets mad if my father was drunk. She will nag and nag to us which mostly started their fight. I missed those moments though its good or bad times. There is always those tough times in the family but as long as you are complete, it is happiness. But now, all of those with my mother were just menories which will never be forgotten. Know Your Worth I am a woman. A mother. A daughter and a friend. I know I have a mission on earth. All of us does. But what is my worth? Being a woman, we should all be respected. If you want to be respected, learn to respect yourself first. *Being An Employee* I can say that I am a good employee in every company I have worked with. I work as hard as I can. Not just to earn but to help the company grow. I have a good attitude towards my colleagues and superior. In return to that, the company should also treat me fare. Give us the incentives for a job well done and annual increase which other company provides. But the current employee I am working now, cannot provide it. I am 8 years working with them but I only receive one time annual increase and incentives for several times only. But why am I still working with them? Because I love my job. It is just that I am waiting that there might be a chance for growth. Being an employee, we should be respected as woman. There should be no harassment and bullying. The level of work is just the same for woman and man but the treatment should be fare enough too. *Being A Mother* We should be a role mother to our family especially to our kids. I can sacrifice everything for my son. It is true when they say that you can give your food to your son even nothing will be left to you. As long as you see you kid eating, it seemed that your stomach is also full. When someone is sick, you can watch over them even you are too sleepy until they are okay especially if its your kids. The house is gloomy if there is no mother. We are the life of the family. The father can also do that but they are mostly working outside so they have no time for household chores. But even I am working, I still need to make time for my kids even I am tired. But just a hug and kiss from my son is worth it from all my hardwork. Seeing my son safe and happy fades away all the tiredness. ***Being A Wife/Husband/Partner*** Give your wife/husband/partner the love and support that you can give. In return, they should also give back what we gave them. Not just the material things but also the time and love should be given back to us. if our family ignores us, it feels worthless even though we are making efforts. If they don't respect us, then we are worthless in the family. ***What Is My Real Worth?*** Never compare yourself to others. Your only competitor is yourself. Compete with yourself only. Compare what you were before to now. I may fail in some ways before so I should strive better now. If you compare yourself to other people, it is called envy which can cause hatred to wards other people. You tried reaching what others have reached. If you failed competing with that person, you will lose your self-worth and trust. Why not compete with our own past? If we are jobless last year, try to apply now or even online. Do an online business. We all have different strengths and weaknesses. Do what we want to do and what we enjoy most. Before, I always compare myself to my neighbors or colleagues who are doing better than me. I always saw them buying new appliances and ordering foods online and posting it in Facebook. We do order foods too but unlike them, many in the family were working. They earn more than us. Unlike with us, only my brother and I are working and mostly, we spent our salary mostly on paying bills. I Invited My Niece To Be Part of Read.Cash Family When I started joining Read. Cash, no one in the family knew about it because all they know is that whatever online websites or applications that I joined, I always failed. I cannot blame them because eversince I told them about those, I ended up with nothing. I always told myself to try and try until I find the right thing. Until J read about Read.Cash. Actually, I cannot recall how I found this out. This time, I didn't tell anyone in the family when I already started. I Invited My Niece Until I tried to tell it to my niece. She is working in a restaurant as a cashier but since there were employees who got Covid within their shift or their team where she belongs, she does not have schedule up to now. She has no work for almost 2 months. During the first month, she filed a leave because his cousin from his fathers side died. She stayed there for almost 2 weeks but then she got sick and when she is about to go to work, that is when her colleagues need to go under quarantine. **Her Abilities That Will Help Her Write Articles** My niece is a cellphone person. She can't live without it and she loves reading. So when I told her about it, she agreed but have no idea at all. She doesn't know how and where to start. Where she can get the ideas and what to write first. I explained it to her how Read.Cash works. I told her that she can write anything but she have to read and understand the rules first to know the do's and dont's. I told her that her first article should be all about introducing herself to everyone. Telling something interesting about herself. Her talents. I believe in her that is why I invited her. Her favorites are watching K-Pops and watching interesting videos from Youtube. She is good in singing. She and her brother have a good voice and they love to sing at home. She is also talented in doing make ups to herself and with others because whenever she goes to work, she needs to have a make-up before facing her customers. She also watches vlogs about applying make-ups so she is learning from time to time. I can also see the good output in of her make-up. She is also starting to sew. She has small sewing machine and starting to learn from scratch. She can even repair simple stitches which I don't even know. She can also cook unlike me. She knows how to cook "chicken tinola" and other menus. I know she will soon read my articles including this which is all about her. I am hoping that Rusty will be good to her. I also told him about Rusty giving tips to most of us. **Reasons For Inviting Her** Mainly, I want her to earn for the meantime while she has no schedule at her work. I showed her some samples of articles with tips so that she will pursue in writing. Who knows, she will enjoy it? I also invited her to make her time useful. I told her to read articles first so that she can have the idea. I also told her that if she have anything in mind, she can start writing it then if she can't finish it but another topic came in, she can save the first topic then continue with the second one and just go back to the first one if she has the idea. I invited her to meet other writers too. I told her that aside from just writing, she can also comment and upvote from other writers article which can start a friendship. Being Vaccinated For The First Dose Before, I don't want to get vaccinated because of the rumours in the social media that the life span of a vaccinated person is only until 2 years. I don't want to die. That was on my mind. **The Vaccines** Vaccines was also declared to be mandatory only but since there was a great increase of corona virus infections, it almost became mandatory to all Filipinos. It can be **Sinovac**, **Astra-Zeneca**, **Moderna**, **Pfizer** and **Johnson & Johnson**. They say that the last 3 were the most effective vaccines because it is made from USA. The government gave privileges to those vaccinated like having discounts in restaurants and fastfood chains. If not, there will be establishments that will not allow you to enter their premises in the future. I have my QR code since I registered to a website that will give you the code and a scheduled date for vaccination. But due to multiple registrations everyday, there were no available schedules for all. Some will be given the schedule but for some, you need to wait for the text message for the schedule including me. But it was not easy even you have the schedule. Once you are in the area, you have to wait. Some were there early in the morning to wait for their queue. Priority are the senior citizens. They should be vaccinated first because they are more prone to Corona virus. Once the senior citizens were all vaccinated, the remaining vaccines will be allotted to non-senior citizens. We also have a lot of neighbors who were coming back and forth for a chance to be vaccinated. Some waited for nothing. My nephew received a confirmation of schedule for vaccination. It was Monday so he needs to file a leave without pay. But that day was wasted because he was not vaccinated. There were may people waiting and supplies were consumed for the day. I thought that having a schedule was an assurance. It was not. You have to be patient and determined. **We Were Given Stubs for Vaccination** I am just waiting for weeks or months to pass until I can finally have the chance for the vaccination. I just thought that once all the senior citizens are done, then it will be easier for all of us. My father, sister and my eldesr brother were fully vaccinated It was just me and my younger brother who are not vaccinated yet. Fortunately, God made a way. The mother-in-law of my cousin who is working in the barangay has 10 stubs and chose us so that we can be vaccinated easily because once you have the stub, you will already be seated in line and you will be prioritized. My nephew, me and my brother were included from that 10 stubs The next morning, we were given stubs and we're seated. There were still walk-ins trying again if they will be vaccinated. Thr process was fast. When we entered the court where the process was held, there were many people who assisted us so we were vaccinated after an hour. It was sinovac. You cannot choose the vaccines you want so we have no choice because we were there already and it was a chance. We will come back affer a month for the second dose. We were really thankful to the mother-in-law of my cousin because if not to her, we will still be waiting for that chance. ****The Feeling of Getting Vaccinated**** When I was almost there, I got nervous. I heard the person seated beside me advising not to get scared. Then it hitted me. My heart was pounding with fear as I get closer to the vaccination area. When it was my turn, I just closed my eyes but I really feel the paon from that second. Then our blood pressure was checked after. **Symptoms** When we went home, I was scared to feel any symptoms. Some said that you might get sick. I only drink paracetamol just to be sure not to get sick. I feel a slight pain in my arm but it was gone after. Even my nephew and my brother did not experience any sickness. After vaccination, we took a picture showing we are vaccinated. ****My Final Say**** It is a persons right if they want or does not want to get vaccinated. We have our own reasons and mostly, people were scared of it. My niece was the only one in the family who does not want to get vaccinated. Even her parents forced her to do it, it feels she was decided not to get the vaccines. Even she was scolded many times, she still insists that she doesn't want to be vaccinated. We don't know the reason why.

My Payday That Got Away (The Breakdown) Every worker is excited during paydays. This is the day we always wait for. We all deserve to get the fruit of our hardwork. Most employees received their salary every 15th and 30th of the month. Some every 20th and 5th of the month. But me, I receive it every 2 weeks but it's also the same as the other employees. It's just that I received my salary fixed every Friday of every 2 weeks. ***What Happened During My Payday?*** I received my salary Friday night. The amount is confidential, of course. It's not high nor low. It is the average income of an employee. Since it is late at night, I will withdraw the money the next day. Since the payslip is online, I already knew my salary. And I already knew what will happen to it and where will it go? ***Pay The Monthly Bills*** Every family uses electricity, water and also internet. These are the basic needs in every home. Since we are using it, we need to pay it monthly. At home, I am assigned to pay the electric bills and the grocery. My brother is assigned to pay the internet and water bills. But since my brother bought aircon, our electric bill doubled and it also tripled one time. If I pay the whole electric bill, nothing will remain to my whole salary. So what we did is to compute the total amount of bills that we are paying and my brother and I divided it to both of us. Since I have online account, I pay some of the bills online to avoid hassles in paying outside and waiting in line. The next day which is Saturday is the schedule of my grocery. ***Groceries*** I will go outside to withdraw my money from the ATM then proceed to the grocery. Before, my budget is only for 2,000-3,000 pesos only. It maybe small amount because if I will buy what I want for us and for our sari-sari store, I need bigger amount. So I need to lists down all I needed so that I can budget my money. I already made my lists that I usually buy at home every payday. The below are the examples: **Sugar** - 1 kilo which lasts for 3-4 days only. We are coffee and milk and choco lover in the family so we drink a lot. My father, me, my 2 brothers drinks coffee everyday. My niece, nephew and my son drinks milk or chocolate that is why sugar is easily comsumed. Once consumed, I will need to buy again. **Coffee** - 150 grams. This lasts for 8-10 days and I bought the bigger one so that I will just buy the next payday. **Milk** - Before, it was just me and my son who drinks milk but now, it was also my father and my niece and nephew who drinks milk and the milk I bought for 107 pesos only lasted for 3-4 days. So I have to buy again once consumed because it is needed at home. **Toothpaste** - I bought the family size so that it will be consumed for 15 days or one cut-off. **Bath Soap -** I bouht 3 big bar of bath soap that fits for 15 days but most of the time, we still need to buy another bar of soap depending on how many.times we took a bath per day. **Shampoo/Conditioner** - We used a lot of shampoo and conditionee because my niece has long hair so he uses more shampoo and conditionee evetyday but I buy 1 dozen of shampoo and conditioner every payday. These are the items I bought every payday for our daily use. But the items that I spent higher are those items that I need to buy for our sari-sari store. It is only a small business and we have only few items that we usually sell. ***Housing Loan*** I got a house that I will need to pay for 27 years to be exact. I need to pay 3,000 pesos a month. This is where my salary also goes. This means I need to work longer for me to pay it continuously or else, all my payments will be forfeited. I hope I will have enough money so that it can be constructed and have it rented. It is an investment so I really need to work hard to pay for.it. I wrote an article regarding my house. But I have no regrets because it all goes to my family and for my investment. During the first half, my salary went to monthly bills and grocery while the second half, it goes to my housing loan and grocery again. Once I am inside the grocery, I can'tresist on buying more than what I listed. Instead of the budget of 2,500 pesos, I exceeded up to 3,500 because I wanted our store to have more items so that we can have more customers. Because of that, my budget was broken. My salary all goes outside and not for myself. I have no savings and it all goes to paying the bills at home and the groceries. The work from home has given me a lot of benefits. I save money from daily budget for transportation and meal. Before, I always borrowed money from my coworkers because I don't have allowance anymore. It became a habit that I always borrowed money. Atleast now, I don't need to borrow since I am just at home and no need to go out. ***My Final Say*** I hope one day I woke up with lots of money. So that I can save money from the bank. Being physically beautiful means being attractive outside. This is the beauty that can be seen by the eye. The following are the factors that make us physically beautiful. shiny long hair-hair is the crowning glory of a person. It is always noticed together with our faces. So if a lady has long shiny hair, she is considered beautiful. This attracts everyone's attention. attractive eyes-it maybe big or small eyes with long curly eyelashes that makes a person beautiful. smooth and white skin-we are all attracted with smooth glass-like skin. Even men and women who have nice skin gives a high percentage of beauty. sexy body-not all are given the gifted body. Some have to undergo operation to achieve a sexy body while some have natural beautiful body. nice white teeth-a nice white teeth is an asset. When you smile or talk, the person talking to you will notice and be attracted with your perfect white teeth. **But What Is The Definition of Being Beautiful?** When we say beautiful, it maybe in and out beauty. The Story of the BreastFeeding Mother Being a mother is exceptional. Giving birth is a gift and having a milk when you give birth is an additional gift. Even you undergo normal or caesarean delivery, you can have milk. It is indeed a gift. I wrote an article a few days ago about the story of my delivery. I was in shocked because I didn't expect that I have milk. I don't drink too much milk when I was pregnant. I just told myself before that I will just buy him quality milk for him to be healthy. So I started breastfeeding him and I was very happy. It was unexplainable whenever you saw your child very attached to you and depending on you for him to feed. When he cries, that means he is already hungry. When he is full, he will just sleep and it feels okay for me because he is full. I appreciate my motherhood more because I know someone needs me. I know that I need to be strong and I have a reason to live. It is because of my son. After 3 months of maternity vacation, I need to go back to work. I was tearful because I will miss my son even for 8-10 hours only. I am worried about him when I was in the office. I was thinking if he was looking for me, if he was hungry or if he wants to be carried. I was also sleepy at the office because I don't have enough sleep everyday and I was in night shift so it was the first time after 3 months to be working again at night. When it was time to go home, I can't wait to see my son. He breastfed and I carried him because I missed him already. Good thing it was Friday, the last day of the week when I go back to the office meaning it will be restdays again. I also give him formula milk since I don't have too much milk. If I am in the office, we will give him formula or powdered milk but if I am in the house, he will breastfeed on me. As he grew older, he became more active. When he began teething, my nipples became painful because he is biting too hard. There were also times that he is moving while breastfeeding. He will play here and there or turn upside down. My nipples were sored because of that. I actually don't want him to breastfeed on me but my son preferred my milk than the formula one and it is painful on me to control him from breastfeeding. So I just endure the pain. ***The Advantages of Breadtfeeding*** When you breastfeed, you felt that there is a special bonding formed between you and your child. There is a special connection because your child knows who is the reason of his growth. My son gets closer to me as he grows older. He wants to be beside me when he sleeps and when he wokes up. He may seemed spoiled but when he wants to eat or drink, he always wants me to assist him. He does not want others to help him but me only. I still felt happy because I felt his love for me. We became closer when I started working from home. I am now beside him when he sleeps. Even I am not sleeping but the fact that his bed is just beside my seat, it is enough for him not to cry and enough for me not to worry on him. If he wokes up, he will just look at me and sleep again. If he wakes up and I was not in my seat, he knew where to find me. I may be in the comfort room and he will just call me. He became happier because he knew I am just here beside him. He became very active. When we play, I easily quit but he still wants to continue playing with me. He is still breastfeeding up to now but he is slowly adjusting not to breastfeed anymore. I am not sure if I still have milk. But I am teaching him to stop it because he is turning 5 years old. He cannot control twiddling my nipples. Even he is no longer a toddler, he still continue it especially when we sleep together or I lie beside him and he noticed I'm beside him. I told him to stop but it is also his way of getting sleepy. **My Final Say** As I always say, motherhood is a forever responsibilty but a fulfilling duty. Being a breastfeeding mother, I am proud to be one. Not all mothers are given the gift to breastfeed. But no matter what, we should take care of our kids and family the best we can be. We Should Be Proud of Our Jobs Our parents worked hard to give us better education. In order fo us to pay them, we studied hard and graduated. After graduating, we will look for a job to help our parents in return. It is like giving back for all their sacrifices and hardships to us though their sacrifices cannot be replaced by money. They just want us to have a stable job to have a better future. They don't want us to experience what they did when they were young. Once we get hired, that is the the time to prove and apply what we learned from school. We should work hard and be proud of our jobs. Some are fortunate to work in the company where they can use their chosen course. They will be more effective because they can use their knowledge at work. For example, an accounting graduate was able to work in an Accounting Firm or in a well-known bank. An IT graduate was able to work in one if the biggest IT Company in the country. But some chose to work in companies where it is completely different from their course. Maybe it was hard for them to look for a job based on their course or they simply want to try something new for them. Nowadays, most graduates applied in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or call centers. This is where most graduates from different courses work. Others put up their own businesses where they are the ones who manage their job. They are the boss and the employee at the same time. Unlike in companies where you have your boss who controls and monitors your work. But you need to be knowlegeable in the business you choose for you to be successful. **Be Proud** Whatever jobs we have, be proud and work hard. Do not underestimate our jobs. Some may have white or blue collar jobs with high paying salary but let us not be insulted with them. But there are also jobs for undergraduate or who did not finish their studies. It may be because of financial crisis or they neglected their studies before. These are jobs with low salary. But we should be proud that we have a job. That means we are earning. We have something to feed to our family. We have money to pay our monthly bills and we can buy what we want to eat. We can also save money. I Am Proud I am proud of my job because in my work as a Processing Associate, I work with ny colleagues who came from different universities and colleges with different courses. We have same job though difference with salaries. That means that we all have same learning experience at work But that doesn't mean that I am bragging negatively. I am just proud that I can jive with them. I also learned a lot from my work. I learn how to analyze a certain issue, learn from your own mistakes and never assume. Always ask but take note of the answers. I also learned to focus in my work. I am also proud as a writer. I may have written few articles compared to others but I can say that it's a gift because ideas are coming. Like what I've said, being a writer, we have this power of imagination. You have to trust in yourself before others begin trusting you. **Do Not Underestimate** I remember a close person who told me that he was underestimated by his own younger brother because of his job. He is a security guard but he is a college undergraduate. His younger brother was only elementary graduate. But his job now is from delivery worker to office staff. He is proud of his job but he underestimated his brothers job. He sent to me their exchange of messages and when I read it, I was totally mad at his younger brother. He insulted his brother so much. He is so mean with his words. He thinks of his older brothers job as a very easy job. That being a security guard, all you need to do is just to stand and guard. He doesn't know that being a security guard, you need to have trainings, too before passing the job. He insulted his brother by saying that he did not finish elementary but he is working now in office, in front of the computer and just asking for their security guards to make him a coffee. He was trying to say that his older brother who reached college is still a security guard. While him, he became successful by his own learning only. He wants to prove to his older brother that he is better. Without his yonger brother knowing, his older brother became the Security In Charge and Officer In Charge at his previous jobs. It means, he is doing a great job. He was noticed and promoted because he has the quality of being a superior. My Final Say The rate of unemployment is high especially this pandemic. All Mothers Needs "Me Time. A Time To Relax and Enjoy, Too Being a mother means being dedicated to our family. Some are working full-time while some are plain housewife. Some thought that being a housewife is easy. Some thought that it is just easy because all they knew is that they just work at home. But it is more than just washing the dishes or cleaning the house. It is all around work that does not require salary. It is a forever duty of a mother. It is in indeed tiring and stressful at home. When you are a housewife or house husband mainly because your partner is the one working outside, you are doing all the duties at home. Doing the laundry is not easy. It is easy if you have washing machine but if you don't have, hand-wash is full of sacrifice. **Washing The Clothes** Whenever I wash clothes, I do it by hand-wash so that I can make sure that the clothes are clean from stains especially if the clothes are colored white. But it is really tiring because your hands might get irritated because of the soap and it requires a lot of force. After hand-washing, I felt tired. Washing the clothes through washing machine is much easier but I noticed that the clothes are not properly washed because you don't use your hands to clean the stains. **Taking care of the kid/kids** Being a mother, a solo parent and working at home is harder. I take care of my kid especially now that he is no longer a toddler. He is very clumsy and moves a lot. I admit that I hurt him most of the time because he always met an accident because of his clumsiness. I also work at night so most of the time I only slept few hours because I am taking care of my son in the morning. I cannot slept longer because I have to watch over him. What more if you have 3 kids or more? Aside from taking care of him, you also have other chores to do. Most of the nights, I felt sleepy during working but atleast I am just at home looking after my son. **Cleaning the house** If there are kids, a house will never be clean. It may be clean for a moment but once the kids are awake, all the toys will be scattered. Everything will be out of place. You have to clean the house everyday and it becomes a routine. "ME TIME" Before, my only "me time" is when I take a bath but it should be faster especially if my son is sleeping. Because once he is awake that I am not beside him, he will go to the bathroom and cry. But if he is awake and playing while I take a bath, I can take a bath longer. This is where I felt silence for the meantime. I remember when my mother told me how I look like l. That I have only 1 son but I look like I have 5 children. I don't know how to manage my time for myself. I look pity and stressed. Then I look at the mirror and it was true. I also saw the pictures of my son's baptismal. I don't buy anything new for me so I wear the old dress I have. I just tried to fit it because my belly is bigger than before. It was funny because aside from my unmanageable gray hair, my dress looks old too. But during that time, I don't care at how I look. I was just focused with my son for him to be baptized and be a Christian. I also have hairfall. I noticed that when I started to have a baby. My mother said that it is part of breastfeeding but I don't know how my falling hair is related to breastfeeding. But I believe it is also because of stress. Both at work and at home. **Until I realized that I should also make time for myself.** Before, all I did for myself is to take a bathe and brush my teeth and sometimes comb my hair. But right now, I bought skin care products as my daily routine. Every morning, I wash my face with whip soap that I watch online. It was famous before because of its nourishing effect and I saw the videos and there were good feedbacks about the product. I've been using it for a month now. I hope it is effective to me. I don't have a perfect skin but I just want to use it as my maintenance. At least I can say that I have my time to take care of of myself. I also use facial foaming scrub to remove dead cells.. Even my hair, most of it turned gray. Eversince I work, I noticed I began to have gray hair until most of my hair are gray. I just colored it with black dye once every 2 months. I also want to go out and have time with my kid and my partner but because of the pandemic, we cannot hang out to atleast refresh ourselves and not just stuck at home. Since my son is already big that I don't have to carry him all the time, I have some time to use my phone and watch movies or videos. This is also the reason why I have rime to write articles. MY FINAL SAY We all have our time for ourselves. Let us not just focus with the family. Once in awhile, we need to focus on our own self. We can hang out with friends, eat with them or watch a movie. Or we can still go out with our whole family. Bond with them by eating dinner outside so that we don't have to cook or wash the dishes. We can rest for few hours and our job is lessen. Once we are home, we will just sleep and have bonding time with kids and family. We can also buy clothes for us. Buy foods that we like to eat or drink. At the end of the day, we can still share it with our family. ***My "Me Time" is more of being alone in the bathroom. Things That I Want To Try For The First Time ***There is always a first time for everyone. First time to try and explore. I have a lot of things that I want to do and try for the first time.*** Some are possible and some are not to happen. Some are easy while some are hard. Some are safe and some are not. My lists below are possible and safe but some requires money for it to happen. *****Riding an airplane.***** I haven't been to far places. Ilocos and Baguio, Philippines are the farthest places I have ever been and they don't require air or sea travel. But I want to try riding an airplane or helicopter but in my mind, I am too scared. I want to try the feeling of travelling by air. My colleagues who have ride an airplane when they travelled in Palawan and in other countries told me how it feels for the first time. It was painful to the ear when the plane landed. They also said that it's best to put earphones when travelling and to chew a gum which will help you not to be dizzy. But why am I afraid to ride in a plane? Simply because I am worried about accident if in case? I know Its wrong to think that way but that's what comes in my mind. *****Riding a ship.***** If I am afraid of air plane, its much scarier to ride in a ship. I don't know how to swim if in case it sinks. And I am afraid to see big waves in the sea. If ever I will be riding in a ship, I want to check if the weather is totally fine and it should be a short travel only. I watched the movie "Titanic" and it was really tragic. There is no difference between rich and poor when tragedy comes. They will both die if they don"t survive. Even the famous cruise is possible for accident. But on the other hand, it is very rare to meet an accident on both land and sea. *****Riding in a hot-air balloon.***** I am curious how it feels to ride in a hot air balloon. Imagine a balloon flying in air and you will be riding up there. *****Watch a concert of my favorite performer.***** This is always something I want to do. I want to hear live performance of my favorite singer. Its different when you are just watching them in the television and live performance. It gives a different feeling of comfort when you are listening to your favorite songs. *****To cook Adobo*****. Adobo is one of the famous food served in the Philippines. Even foreigners loved it when they tasted it. It can be pork or chicken. But the worst part is I don't know how ro cook. I love eating it and yes, they say that it's very simple to do but the reason why I am not trying is because I might fail wih the taste. If I will cook, I will serve it to my family also so the taste should be worthy. I remember trying to cook an egg for my son but when I tasted it, I don't like the taste because it's too salty. But we still eat some of it. I want to try to cook adobo but should be with assistance to monitor me with right amount of vinegar and soy sauce and salt. *****Eating Ramen.***** I love noodles but I haven't tried ramen. I only eat instant noodles. But when I watch videos eating ramen, I really love the way they eat. It looks very delicious. *****Drive A Motorcycle***** Since I knew how to run a bicycle, I felt that I will also learn how to ride a motorcycle. It requires less body energy because it's powered by gas unlike the bike that your own body will make the bike run.. I want to learn how to run a motorcycle so I can go to market when needed faster. Also, additional experience for me. *****To Eat Using Chopsticks***** It's embarassing that I'm too old but I don't know how to use chopstick even at home. I have one pair but I don't know how to use it. My niece and nephew uses chopsticks and they purchased it online. They are too young and are confident in using it. I should be trained first at home so that I can use chopsticks at restaurants in if I am already expert in it. *****To go out with make-up.***** I am very simple girl ever since. I don't wear make up because I don't know how to. I watch vlogs for first timer who wants to learn how to use make up. It looks easy but when I try to do it in my own, its hard and the result that I want is not the same as what I saw from the videos. Even with my eye brows, it is so hard to make it perfect like the experts. If ever I felt confident with my make-up, I will go out and try to apply it whenever possible. *****My Final Say***** Most of the things that I want to try for the first time are really easy. But it is true that I haven't tried it yet. There are some things that gives us the confidence in facing the reality. The Journey of of My Pregnancy and My Caesarean Delivery I remember that day. The day I found out that I will become a mother. From pregnancy until I became a mom of my son, Nathan. I was 35 years old when I got pregnant and that age is not too young for a first time mom. Nowadays, there are younger generations who got pregnant early because of pre-marital sex or early marriage. Some got pregnant as early as 15 or 16 years old. Some of my highschool and college friends were happily married and with kids by that time. I was jealous because I should be married by that time too. But maybe I was destined to got pregnant at a later age. It was also a choice and my fault. They say that it is delicate to got pregnant late. I am careful since I am working at night and I do travel. It is also stressful at work and at home. **My Pregnancy** But I am still fortunate because I don't have sensitive pregnancy. I don't vomit and I don't crave for a certain type of food. I got my regular check-ups and I drink prescribed medicines by my OB-Gyne. I already knew that the gender was boy. My only exercise was the morning walk when going home from work. I am also not sleepy unlike other pregnant women. During my pregnancy, I don't gain much weight. Some doesn't notice that I am pregnant during my 2-3 months. I don't physically change like pregnant women do. And I enjoyed it. My Delivery Day Time flies fast until I reached my 36 weeks or my time to deliver. I felt the mild contractions early morning but I was still able to walk and go to the bank to withdraw the money that I will be needing. I am not sure If I will have normal or caesarean pregnancy by that moment. When I reached home, contractions from mild when to medium. But I can still move and walk. Until it was dark, and the contractions gets harder. I already told my mom that we should go to the hospital. We carried all the things I needed. I was accompanied by my mother and sister-in-law. I was delivered to emergency room upon arrival. I am very nervous but all I think was if other mothers can do it, why can't I. I need to be tough and I just prayed. My doctor wasn't there yet. Another doctor checked me If I will be delivering soon. She was strict because I was in pain at that time and I felt uncomfortable while she was checking for my condition. She told me to control my movements but the contractions were getting heavy so I moved a lot. Then the nurses also checked my blood pressure. I was very nervous and in so much pain. I can no longer describe the exact pain I felt back then. All I remember was that every minute, I already felt the contractions. It felt like I want to loose bowel but not really. My back hurts. I told them to call my mother so that she can massage my back or just someone to comfort me. But no one is allowed to go inside the ER unless the nurses and doctors. But I was surprised when my mother went inside the ER. I told her why she went in but she said that she need to get my things and need to sign documents. I told her to massage.my back even for few seconds and she did. Then she went out also. But its true that mothers touch is effective. **My Operation** Until my OB-Gyne came. She checked also for my condition. Then she told me to call her if I feel like I'm about to poop. We were all waiting and waiting until the doctor told me that I will be under caesarean delivery because my cervix is not wide open. I was already in so much pain so I just said yes and then she asked for the consent of my mother. Then I was injected with anesthesia so that I will no longer feel the pain. From the normal delivery room, I was transferred to the operating room. It was big but scary because of the operating equipments I saw. Then I became numb and the operation started and I was sleeping while doing it. I didn't know what happened next. **Nathan Was Born** All I know was when the doctor wake me up to tell that my baby was already out. I don't know if I was sleepy that time because of the medicines injected to me or was it just because I was dizzy. Then when I saw my son, I slept again but I saw my mother and my sister-in-law through the window looking at my son. It was August 31 @ 12:59 in the morning. The nurses woke me up at around 4 in the morning the next day. I was transferred to the room where my mother was there waiting for me. Then my son was also sent in the room for breastfeeding. I cannot imagine that I already bear a child He was beside my bed and it was amazing that I have milk. I breastfed him. He was so small but a very good-looking baby. Then my father, younger brother and my eldest brother and his family visited me. We just stayed 2 days in the hospital and we were discharged. We went home safe. It was hard to move because of the operation but I just rest well for my baby. Other relatives visited us at home and my partner visited us to see our son. **My Final Say** It is fun and at the same time scary when you are pregnant. You need to follow the doctors advise. It was also expensive because I was in caesarean operation. But everything went well and that is very fine. Feels like all pain were gone whenever I saw my son everyday. A gift from God. A prayer granted. You have to sacrifice a lot when you became a mother. Sleepless nights, stress and all the mothers chores but whenever I saw my son grow and grow, its indescribable happiness. I feel proud. I don't feel alone. I always pray for his safety and may God guide him until he gets old. That he grew up to be God-fearing. More Articles for More BCH..Getting Ready For Myself and Nathans Birthday It's only 3 days left and month of August is coming. Before, I was only waiting for my birthday to come and go during this month. But now, there's more important than my own birthday. It is my sons birthday. ***August 27*** That is my birthday. I just want to have a pasta and it's enough for me as long as it is cooked by my mother. The sweet style spaghetti is my favorite flavor. Cake is an additional if there is extra budget. As long as I am celebrating it with my family, it's simple enough for me. But now, it is totally different. There is more than important day to celebrate. ***August 31*** It's my sons birthday, Marc Nathan. I always make it a point to celebrate it even with few foods but I always save money for his birthday.. Birthday comes only once every year so they say that we should celebrate it. So even I have my son, we still serve pasta for my own birthday but for my son, I gave more effort on his special day. **His 1st Birthday Celebration** I remember when he was turning 1 year old. I'm not sure if its just me or same like other mothers but as his birthday was getting near, I became tense. I am excited and at the same time scared since it was his first birthday. We invited few relatives and neighbors in our house. By the way, if you went to our subdivision, you will see children everywhere. In the afternoon, there are children playing, running, riding a bike. There was no pandemic then so everyone is allowed to go outside. It is fun to invite a lot of kids but it requires lot of budget too. So we invited few kids from our neighbors only. I made preparations but it was not enough. If I could only rewind his birthday, I should be more prepared from the foods, give aways and prizes. But when the big day came, the weather was not good. I still go to work the day before his birthday. It was a rainy morning. Then, the rain stopped but during his birthday, it rained again especially when the clown appeared. He was funny and if I could only prepare more prizes, there will be more contests. But the kids were enjoying even it was raining. The clown was very alive that he can make everyone laugh. Even the parents of the kids were all laughing. There was a tent but it cannot occupy all the visitors. The food was also served to all. The rain also stopped. I am happy that we were able to celebrate his first year though my son doesn't know what the event is for. He just turned 1 year old so he might not recall his first birthday. It was exhausting and tiring after but being able to accomplish a special day for my son wiped all the stress away. The 2nd, 3rd, 4th and the coming birthdays may not be the same as the first one but as long as I am earning, I can serve foods from my sons birthday. ***What are my plans for my coming birthday?*** None yet but for sure spaghetti is enough. I'm old enough but I still want my special day to be seved with my special and favorite food. Though I will no longer taste the spaghetti cooked by my mother, my sister can also cook it for me. **What are my plans for my sons birthday**? Since he is going 5 and he can eat the food we serve unlike when he was just 1, I will try to buy his favorites: **Chicken.** This is his number 1 favorite. This is also our favorite here. We will not invite anyone since there is pandemic so the serving is just enouh for us. We wanted the spicy flavored chicken but my son wants the original flavor only. **Spaghetti.** Of course, this will always be served in our table every birthday celebrations. But if we have extra budget for the white sauce, this adds more taste and the pasta will be more delicious because of the cheese, evaporated milk and cream mixed to make white sauce and this will be the replacement for cheese. **Cake.** Mocha or chocolate is our favorite flavor but mostly, we like mocha. My sons favorite part is the icing. The favorite part is also to take a picture of him while all of us including him are singing the happy birthday song. **Ice Cream.** He loves ice cream with chocolate and strawberry flavors. Or even other flavors, too. But those two are mostly what he eats. He can eat a lot of ice cream than cake. He also loves dirty ice cream. During his first birthday, we just rented a vendor selling ice cream. **Camaro.** This is new to us. Since my sister loves to buy shrimp, they cooked camaro wherein it has a mixture of flour, cornstarch, pepper and other flavorings then mixed with water. The shrimp will be dipped in the mixture and it will be fried. My son loves this because he thought it was chicken nuggets. This will be served in our lunch. **Lumpiang Shanghai.** This is famous in every birthday in the Philippines. Mixture of minced pork with carrots, onion, garllic, kinchay, then wrapped in paper wrapper then fry until golden brown. It is also included in our celebrations. ***More Articles for More BCH*** Before, my salary and my partners salary are the sources during my sons first birthday. We also borrowed money to few people. But the succeeding birthdays were just simple so it only came from our salaries. But now, I should start saving more BCH. Meaning I need to write more for my son's birthday. We don't worry about anything yet. All we know is mostly to enjoy and play. When I was a kid, I was the total opposite of what I've become now. I am always outside the house and with my playmates. I usually stay outside until its dark and until my mother scolded me. **The Old School Days** During school days, I wake up early and always go to school on time when I was a kid. I don't want to be late or make absences. I am attentive when it comes to assignments or projects. I make sure that it will be passed on time. I am scared of my teachers. I am very sensitive and can easily cry when scolded. At Home Once I am home and done with my assignments, that is the time to play. I remember that I used to play almost all games. I grew up in a crowded place so I have a lot of playmates even its boys or girls. **When I was a kid, I also remember that we usually eat canned foods at home because it is cheaper and easy to eat.** I remembered the brand "Philipps" Meat Loaf. We used to it with rice before. I recalled it when I went to supermaket and saw it. It feels like I still know the taste of it even I tasted it wave back elementary days. I did not buy one but when we undergo quarantine, we received relief goods from our community and it includes canned goods with the meat loaf that we used to eat before. I was so excited.to taste it again. But when I tasted it, I did not like it anymore. The taste in my mind was like spam but it was not in reality. Maybe it was delicious for me before. **When I was a kid, I was eager to learn biking until I learned.** Most of my playmates know how to ride a bike. I did not expected that I will learn how to use it and that I will have my own bike. Since my father used to work abroad, he was destined to guard a place with swimming pool so he told us that there was a customer who left a bike. That bike was delivered to us and we assembled it. ***If you don't know how to ride a bike, it feels that the bike itself is too heavy for you. So my playmates taught me how. One of them was at the back holding the back seat while I tried to run it but I was too scared. I'm scared that I will fall. So what I did was to run the bike without any assistance. I tried and tried until I learned***. After learning, I did not stop using my bike that day and since I already knew how to ride it, it felt that the bike is too light compared before that it was too heavy. **When I was a kid, I used to be the group leader in our activities.** I always planned what to play. I always have active mind. I remember playing football, chinese garter and even cards. This turns out to be the total opposite of what I've become now. I don't want joining activities at work or even leading a certain activity now. I don't want roo much interaction with many people It feels like I may run out of topic and they might get bored at me. **When I was a kid, I was a business-minded person.** Every vacation, me and my friends will contribute money so that we can put up a small store and sell candies. I also have collection of fairytale pocketbooks and I tried renting it to my neighbors who were also kids. I also made an unforgettable sin. I was eager to learn how to use rollerblades that time My cousin who is also a neighbor of mine, has a pair of it so I borrowed it while practicing in their house. That time, they were taking care of the chicks. While I was practicing, I accidentally stepped into one of the chicks and it was badly hurt and I knew it will die. I did not mean it but I did not admit my sin. I told my cousins that something happened to one of the chicks. They told me that it maybe my fault but I lied. But I knew that they knew it was my fault because it was only me who was near the chicks when it happened. **When I was a kid, I can only eat at Jollibee when I am included in top 10 in class**. It happened once a year only so I tried to study hard so that my parents will be proud of me. Every kids are happy whenever we eat at our favorite fastfood chains especially when eating chicken. Every kid loves chicken. We Must Learn To Be Thankful In Many Ways When we look at the kids, we envy them because they just play and play without any worries of what is happening in their environment. All they need is to sleep, eat, cry and play. Sleep when they are sleepy, eat when they are hungry, cry when they have tantrums and play as much as they want. If we could only go back to the time when we were kids. But when we grew up at the right age, there we experience by problems which is just normal because we are humans. Even the richest or smartest person in the world have problems. It may not be financial for some, but it can be phusically, emotionally, spiritually or psyxhologically. You are considered abnormal if you don't have problems. If we all have problems in life, that means that we also have something to be happy. Like what I've always been saying, we are all created equal. If there are problems, there are also things to be thankful for. It can be smal or big It can be material or non-material. *I Am Thankful and Lucky* Why? *****I know there is God.***** I have always been saying this that I am not a religious person but I believe we have God that always look on us. He is there when we needed HIM. If we have no God, there will be no love on earth. Only hate. Without him, we are not here. He is the most powerful person that even the impossible can be possible. *****I have a family.***** Even though my mother passed away, I am still given the chance to be with my mother. Not all are lucky because others grew up without their parents or real parents. I am thankful that I still have my family It may not be complete but having your fanily is something to be proud of. *****I have my partner and son*****. I will always be proud to say that I have a partner and a son, Nathan, of course. I am thankful enough because during my teenage days, I have been selective with the boys courting me. I felt a guilt for myself because I felt that I've been proud in a bad way before. I thought being fresh and young is forever. But until I work, the stress begins. I have break-outs in my fave because of lack of sleep and stress at work and at home. I saw the difference between then and now. I wish If I could go back to the time it was before. No one courted me after. I thought that I will stay single forever. Until I met few and the last one I hope is my current partner. I am lucky that we meet again. We meet again because we used to be colleagues in a company where we became part of one team. We met though we were not that close that time. We parted ways and luckily, we found each other after 10 years. There were complications but we still stand for our relationship. Of course, we have given a son. I prayed before that if I will not have a boyfriend or husband in the future, I just hope to have a child or children of my own. It was given late because I was 35 years old but still, I am thankful because it is a granted prayer and it makes me complete as a woman. We all need to love and be loved. There are couples with a long years of marriage but were not given a child. They are lucky financially or in any other way but not with kids. Maybe not this time or maybe in other way like adoption. There are also latest innovations for us to have a child through scientific process. *****I am thankful to be a mother.***** I want to be a good mother like my mother. I am slowly learning the hardships of being a mother. Having a work and a mother at the same time. I am lucky that I am able to do my responsibility as a mother to my child. I can control him and discipline him if he is being too clumsy. *We Are All Blessed* We should not compare what others have that we do not have. We have different paths or destinies in life. You may find out that your best friend works in a new company with better salary than yours but you who have been working in the same old company for how many years is still in the same salary that you have been before. You cannot leave the company because you are happy and you are still expecting for changes. And those change happened. You were promoted and given a higher salary that you did not expected. This shows that you have something to thank for . Your hardships were paid off. There is a reason why you are still in that same old company. There is something waiting for you. *****Some are thankful in love.***** They found their happiness very early which leads them to marriage and family. They don't experienced bad relationships. They met the one who is faithful, God-fearing and hardworking person. The one that matches their personality. *****Some are thankful with their jobs.***** There are people who easily passes an interview. People who can easily find a job. There are also some who finds the perfect job for them. The job where their course is related. Where they can use their skills and improve. *****Some are lucky with lottery and gambling*****. Let us admit that there are people addicted with gambling. It is bad but some does have luck in it. The 24th of July Earthquake It was my Friday shift. The favorite day of us employees because its the last day of work. Tomorrow will be Saturdays and Sundays, my restdays. The best thing is that, it was my payday. Payday gives us the energy to work. Who doesn't love paydays? We deserve to earn and that is the reason why we work. That day, I was very focused because I need to finish my deadlines. I am kinda sleepy but trying to be focused because time flies too fast if you are busy. You will not noticed that it's almost breaktime or about to time out. **The Earthquake** Until it was 4am. My last breaktime. I was really sleepy so I was just resting my eyes while seated in front of the computer until I slept in that position. I think I slept 20-30 mins then I continue working again. Until it was around 4:55 am. I thought I was just dizzy. I felt like someone was pushing me. ***But it was an earthquake. It was too scary because it was a strong one. I was looking at the appliances and all that were attached in the ceiling like the rotating fan and the lights. It took 1-2 minutes and it was long enough. A strong and long eartquake was really scary. Until it stopped***. My father woke up because of it. My son also wokes up. I am not sure if he woke up because of the movement or just because he woke up. My son was smiling at me and didn't know what happened. It's better to smile than waking up crying because of trauma. Even it stopped, I still felt dizzy. My brothers and niece and nephew were sleeping soundly when it happened. They just found out when they woke up. Since I'm at work during that time,.our group chat which was silent before became active with group chats about earthquake. EvenbI had timed out from work, I cannot focused because I was still in shock. Some said that there were aftershocks but I only felt it once but it was long. What makes it scary was the typhoon. It was raining so hard so thinking that there was an earthquake and typhoon, you have every reason to be afraid of. I remember someone told me to check if there is an eartquake. Just put water in the glass then put it in the table and if there is an earthquake, it will move depending on its strength. I was so scared because a lot of things reminds me when it happened. My mother wasn't there. I have no one ro talk to that I was so scared. What will I do if its stronger? I was holding my child and observing around the house if something might fall. All I remember was that I was praying when it happened. Praying for it to stop and it did. **The Elementary Days** I remember when I experienced one of the strongest earthquake when I was in elementary. It was 1990 and it was too strong and we all panicked. We were inside the classroom when it happened and I ran without noticing that my footmat is still on and it just rained so it was wet while we ran. We went to the playground which is an open place and we all pray. Good thing is that no one was hurt and we were all safe. But there were other places that were greatly affected and many died. It was one of the worse earthquake that I experienced ever and I hope it won't again. **Safety Measures During Earthquake** **Do Not Panic.** Sometimes its hard not to panic when the earthquake is there but it is the first thing that we should all put in mind. **Go to open places.** If you are inside the house or inside the building, do not use the elevator. Once you are outside the building, go to open area as much as possible. **If you were trapped.** Just hide inside the table where you can hide. **Drop. Cover. Hold.** Drop down using your knees and hands. Cover your head and neck. Hold on to where you are until the earthquake stops. **My Final Say** We don't know when an earthquake or other tragedies will happen. Only God knows when and where it will happen. It just so happened that July 24 was the day when we had earthquake, when there was typhoon and there is still the virus. All we need to do is to be ready at all times. Think Before We Click It may sound cliche but thinking of what is happening right now in the Social Media is alarming. How easily we can ruined a persons credibility in a way that everyone might possibly believe. Social media is powerful. This is because it is accessible to all even to the young generations. It is real-time so a simple hi and hello can lead to misunderstanding. We all have the right to freedom of expression. But that doesn't mean that we are free to say whatever we want to say even if it's a lie and can hurt somebody. Be sensitive to other feelings. Honestly, it is hard to tell whose telling the truth or not because everyone can fake ones personality. In FaceBook, it is easy to create a fake or dummy accounts. We can make multiple accounts. From that multiple accounts, we can make different profile pictures even the photos of a person we want to destruct. Since we are using a different profile picture and not our real accounts, we can post anything against a certain person we hate. The Bashers Bashers is a social media term for a person who always judges or monitors the person he/she hates through social media platforms. It usually happens in Facebook or Instagram or Twitter. Every posts or pictures of a person they hate are comments from bashers which are negative. Most of the times, those comments are offensive and out of the boundaries. Nowadays, even the famous personalities in showbizness or even in politics can be criticized. Those bashers are not afraid to say anything because they are using fake accounts. They will not be distinguished because there are no any identification of their true personalities. They are only using codes or any names they want to use. For example, a famous celebrity actress who flaunt her body in social media to show how proud she is. Then different bashers will comment. Either its body shaming or will try to ruined the actress posts. If the celebrity will comment, the basher will reply as much as he/she can because again, its not the real identity. But as I noticed, those bashers are hidden supporters. They support people but in a negative way. They just see the negative side and comment it straight to the person. So the person might change because of the bad comments he/she has been receiving. It can be a tool for a person to change. Those comments maybe negative or harsh but in the end, they will take it as a publicity and they get famous from it. **Think Before Click** I noticed that most of us does not have control with the use of social media platforms mainly Facebook. We should be careful on what we post. There are those who use it against the person they want to avenge. Some examples are saying something about the person who does not pay their debts. It is their way to payback and embarassed the person who does not pay them. But we don't know the real reason behind why he/she was unable to pay the debts. Why do we need to broadcast it? Does that makes us happy embarassing someone? Some couples exchange messages in social media which shows their fights. They didn't know that all people knew what they were fighting for. That people will start talking about their issues in life. There are also active users. Being active that when someonee posr anything about politics or known issue, they will react or comment immediately if it doesn't meet their beliefs. They will proudly explain whst they believe especially if they are good at it. Until someone will react to his message until they already fighr and exchange comments There are also those who do live selling. It is an effective way to sell their products because people can see the actual item they are selling. But some abused it because they tend to attact buyers by wearing attractive outfits that caught the viewers attention. It increases views and then the possible earnings once the viewers or customers purchase the product. Let us be reaponsible when purchasing online. Due to Covid-19, most of us purchase online. We should think first when buying items. Make sure that it will be useful to us. Not because everyone is buying doesn't mean it will be useful to all. Money is important. Think before we click and purchase. **The Positive Sides** There is also the good side of Social Media if used wisely: There we can have communication with lost friends. We can meet new friends. Help people earn if you have a business and you can easily invite them as long as its legal. You can find your perfect match. You can create a page for your group in FaceBook so you can update each other if you have any invitation or just want to greet and simply communicate. My Final Say Always remember to think seriously first before doing any actions. It can be through social media or even in our everyday lives. ***Think first. Do not react immediately especially if you are very angry. Like what I've been saying, do not decide when you are mad. Let everything cool down first then after a while, that is the time to decide.
