Surely you love to eat kebabs? However, many people stay away from making kebabs for fear of trouble. If a delicious kebab can be made very easily, then how is it! Today let's find out a simple recipe lentil kebab-
Lentils - 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Onion crumbs - 1 large
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Mustard oil - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder - half a teaspoon
Chili powder - a pinch
Kebab spice - 1 teaspoon
Salt- to taste
Dried chillies - 3 (fried powder)
Coriander leaf crumbs - quantity
Eggs - 1
Bread crumbs - quantitatively
Soybean oil - for frying.
Method:
First soak the pulses for 30 minutes. After washing it well, cook it with 2 cups of water, half of 1 chopped onion (the other half should be given after application), garlic paste, mustard oil, kebab masala or hotpati masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
When the water is dry and the pulses are boiled and dried, cool it down and mix it well with onion powder, dried chilli, coriander leaf powder. Then dip the egg in the shape of a kebab, add bread crumbs, leave it in the fridge for 10/15 minutes and fry it in deep oil. You don't have to fry for a long time, because the pulses are already boiled. Take it down as soon as it is crispy.
