Even kids know its skill that help us to make money. Certificates will be consider as piece of paper if you don’t have skill. There are many job ask for certificate because they believes certificate is the evidence of your skill and sometimes its right that you got certificate for showing good performance and skill. But skill is a thing that need regular practice to be expert on particular fields.

Once I've heard a guy submit fake certificate to join a new job but employers couldn’t find the certificate fake as the guy was skillful. The guy was confident on his skill so he made the certificate as formality papers. Though the process was wrong and doesn’t consider as honest but it was smart. So here we can understand the value of skill. These day corruption can be found everywhere so people become corrupt for money so they sell fake certificate with fake sign and hardly got caught. Our skill can prove us and when we have skill we are unstoppable to make money.

On the other hand there are many certificate holders found rejected in job sector because they just read books and write exam papers for the certificate but didn’t have practical knowledge which can be compared to skill. So where there is no skill, there is no job and no money. Very simple math.

These days technical study getting more priority as it help us acknowledging practice practice beside reciting book and writing exam papers. In general line teachers only force students to read and write but they doesn’t realize the importance of practical knowledge and practice that can help them to be skillful. As a result those students are having degrees or graduate certificate without having a good or particular skill, they remain unemployed maximum time after completing their academic study which provide them a certificate not skill.

If you are young you still have chance to develop your skill by practicing a lot so choose the right field for you to develope your skill. After showing certificates when you get hired and can't show good performance in your job, you will be fired and will be the insult of the certificate you got for your academic study not for having enough skill. But nothing to be frustrated if you are ready to work on your skill regularly to show best performance to your employers.

So always remember the value of skill and encourage your next generation to be skillful instead run after a piece of paper call certificate. A seasonal exam and It's result come to us as certificate which can't justify our quality of work. If your aim is job and you have no skill, you should join a kind of private job where they offer employees free training before hiring, or you can consider that as internship or practicing period. This period can be consider as an investment on yourself. When you are skillful, your work will help you make money. Hope our new generation will pay attention to skill development more.
