This article is not about insomnia. This is about something really deep that many of us already experienced. We are human being, the best creation of Almighty. So we are not like the other animals because we have guilty feelings, we have feeling of expiation.

As human being we have conscience and it helps us to judge what is good and what is bad. This is the quality of human, it doesn’t found in other animals. So we people who hurt others or do injustice to others surely can't sleep well. Our conscience never allow us to be fine after doing wrong to others.

We can see cats, dogs and other animals in this world sleep well. They have no tension, they have no insomnia and they are not suffering from guilty feeling. But we human have that. A mad guy on the road also can sleep well beside footpath because they don't have conscience, they are like other animals.

So we human never can be happy and never can sleep well if we do injustice and if we have a human inside us. Why I'm saying human inside us when we already are human? We all know that, there is a beast or animal sleeping inside us and we keep the beast sleep when we try to be human being. If the beast wake up and show something cruelty, later when the beast sleep, the human feel guilty.

Try to be with human who knows to be guilty and ask for apology. I've never seen a cat or a dog stopped sleeping after biting or hurting others. We human can't sleep when we do something inhuman. So if we need a sound sleep, a peaceful sleep, we need to be good to others. We need to be human and control the demon inside us.

So if ever someone hurt you, break you, scold you and you tolerating it with silence, one day he/she will realize the reason behind his/her sleepless nights. They can discover your silence and will feel guilty if they are human.

Never take revenge because it never brings anything good. When you take revenge, you also listed yourself as inhuman. Then there will be no difference between you two. So leave silently and let awake the human inside the person and after spending sleepless nights they'll feel sorry for their mistakes or inhumanity.
