Finally Its time to share some random thoughts though I'm late than usual. It Sleeping time, Exact time 12:09 am. As always movies made me late for writing my random thoughts which is open for all. Before sleeping I prefer sharing random thoughts in my mind. So here I come.

Today's topic is quality though most of the time our priority is quantity. Quality is a thing we need to build and we can build it over a night, it takes time. Wise people believe in quality development and this is the reason they became wise or legend.

Quality needs hard work and patience and most important thing it needs time. We practice for a long time and one day we find ourselves with quality and it has no end. But do you really thinks quality need badge to prove quality of a person? Well, in professional life we often can see every department has a head and we call him/her departmental head and in profession we may consider this as a kind of badge. Do you really think a boss or leader only have qualities to lead a department successfully? Some other also could be more qualified than the leader but he/she has no badge of being head of any department.

So a badge or label can't describe the quality of a person. Nowadays in this world one thing we can see or observe that unfit person ruling others and they just grabbed their position by giving bribe or something. People who has no self respect and guts mostly buy jobs or position by offering or giving bribe. As a result we get unfit individuals as leader or manager. Worthy people never support bribe and will surely protest.

If we think wisely, we can realize that quality needs no badge. Just focus on developing qualities and success will surely kisses your feet. Having quality means having proper knowledge in first step and then practice particular good actions. Being sincere to everyday life tasks and develop career can be wise. People may believe in badges but we should believe in quality, wisdom and acknowledgment. When you have quality, no one or nothing can't make you stop. A person with quality never can remain hungry.

Our quality is our knowledge and skill. The more we develop skill, the more we can secure our future. People run after money when we need to develop our skill and acknowledge more. Many people shout for having a badge but badge can't be a proof of your quality, your quality will make you worthy to have good will. These are my random thoughts today, exception also exist but that can't be an example.
