There are lots of things we realize later when we gather experiences. Experiences makes us mature and helps us to act mature. More or less we all experience such situation where we need to be kind enough to forgive and let things go. Forgiving others means we want to have peace in life and heaven in after life.

Today I realized that there was many situation when I missed the chance of forgiving others when they asked for it. Doesn’t matter that they were deserving or not, our duty should be kind and kind for being happy. When someone can't forgive he/she thinks about taking revenge.

If we take revenge we lost the peace of mind and at the same time we lost the chance of having heaven. Our Almighty Allah assured that a forgiver will be blessed with heaven and I can remember an incident from the life of prophet.

Many of you may know about the incident and I'm going to remind that here in this article. Once our holy prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) was indicate a companion as deserving for the heaven in his absence. At that time other companions was curious that what does he do that holy prophet indicate his as deserving for heaven.

So another companion decide to follow his all days activities so he decide to become his guest to follow his lifestyle to know the reason of prophet's prediction. But he found nothing extra ordinary than them. That companion doesn’t says extra prayers or some other good activities so the companion who was following asked him directly that if he does anything secretly to impress Almighty Allah for the heaven.

That companion doesn’t know the reason of the prediction of holy prophet but he share one thing that he did every nigh before sleeping and that was he forgave everyone and try to forget everything and never think about taking revenge and something bad for others so here was the reason behind the prediction of holy prophet. A person who forgives can also get peace of mind that he/she can't buy through money or wealth. A person who let things go always get respect from others.

But question is, can we forgive easily? This is not that easy but not that difficult too. Taking revenge will bring enemies and negative things in life that may ruin our life and after life so forgiving is always wise. History is witness that how Almighty giving respect to a forgiver. Directly promising for heaven for a forgiver, for a kind hearted soul. It could be difficult in many situation but we have to make it easy and assure our mental peace including heaven for after life.
