Be A Team Leader Not A Boss
Having leadership is an honor but many people doesn’t know the correct definition of leader or leadership. A leader lead to the road where there we can achieve success together, there is no individual success only, it will be a group success or success of team members. A leader shows us the right path and never shows attitude to the team like a boss.
Now what is the definition of boss? A boss who pays you for your work and when you make mistake you could be warned or fired. Boss can shows attitude and can take any decision of his own. But how beneficiary it can be prove for a company where a boss is ruling over people? The working environment could be uncomfortable because we as human being love freedom and respect for sure, a leader lead with respect and share work to each others, no load to one and only person but a boss always will want you to complete tasks in a deadline alone, doesn’t matter how you’ll do but you have to do.
The thing came to my mind when I worked with several good team leaders who had enough patience and good working strategies and approach. So I always suggest company owners or employers to be kind leader instead being a boss. If a person working under pressure, there high chances to make mistake and its surely not good sign for a company or institution. So for a while forget that you are a boss and be a good team leader to see the difference.
Team management is also can be a part of study because a good team leader must have qualities to run a successful and active team. A good listener, good speech provider, and dealing things wisely with patience can be good leader. No one born as leader but our history leaders can be out role model whom we can follow to lead a successful team. If a team member can't co operate properly, a team leader won’t fire the member and will give another chance to make correct his mistakes. A boss will never allow you to make mistake and you may have to pay for your mistake sometimes.
If someday I get a chance to lead a team I'll surely try to be a good team leader where other team members can discuss their problem for a solution and never get scared to loss a job or work. From the fear we make more mistakes so as a team leader creating a healthy working environment is important. If you don’t take care of your team members they won’t be able to deliver their best efforts. We usually take care of our favourite gadgets to make it long lasting and perform well, likely we as team leader can treat our team members as favorite and valuable gadgets.
When we talk about leader, we think about someone who give speech on the stage but it not always like that. When it comes to promoting a brand, company, product to earn profit or run business successfully, a leader can lead a team or group work to make it work or run. A team leader doesn’t need a harsh or loud voice to rule others, a team leader can be Gentle, humble and less talker. A person who talk less, mostly think loud and for leading a team thinking loud is the best quality for sure.
So before being a good leader you have to be prepare for it as much you can. Remember one thing, when we consider other team members as an important part of team they will give more efforts to their work. So if you are a boss today switched to be a leader to bring more success.
Leadership is a fact of being more friendly with workers that let workers do their best against being boss is meaning bad relationship with employees.
