How did you keep yourself healthy and fit today?
Today I did my daily workout routine but didn’t do upper body exercises cause my back and arms hurt from yesterday’s workout.
Didn’t eat breakfast, fasted until noon, ate some avocados and my favorite snacks peanuts and almonds.
For dinner I ate eggs, veggies, potatoes and chicken this was my only meal for the day.
