Kobe Beef (More than food)
Hello everyone! In this article,I would like to discuss with you guys about world highest quality beef. When you hear about “Kobe Beef”,you'll see tender,delicious and satisfied expression in your imaginary.What is the origin of this meat? How did they raise these cows? There is a rumor that japanese Wagyu farmers ( Wagyu ~ japan cow ) massaging cows,playing classical music or feeding them beer. Is that true or rumor?
Japan has four famous domestic breeds of cattle. Kuroge (Japanese Black),Akage (Japanese Brown),Nihon Tankaku(Japanese Shorthorn)and Mukaku(Japanese Polled).
And Kobe beef is from Japanese Black. The owner of NAKANISHI Farm who passed down from generation to generation for the last 80 years said that the massaging,feeding them beer and playing music to them is probably false may be if a TV company or commercial something else.
He raised Wagyu by creating optimal living and growing conditions for each animal that means fresh mountain air and reasonable amount of living space atleast compared to American factory farms and high quality food.
The main thing that he gives the cows is essentially just hay and water. He try to get the best from around the world. The highest quality hay from Australia, Canada and US. Not just hay but three times a day,he feeds them a mixture of corn,soy scraps and other mixed greens and roughage.
Only 3000 cattle quality as Kobe quality each year. Japan's beef cattle have better genetics and have been meticulously bred and developed for hundreds of years.
There is an organization called JMGA (Japan meat grading Association).This organization rate your Wagyu quality. In Japan, the beef grades go from b1 to a5 the higher the grade the better the quality and taste. They examine the texture,brightness and firmness of the meat. If the one from your farm get highest grade quality,you will receive the Champion Kobe Beef Award.
In conclusion,Kobe Beef is a living breathing legacy symbolizing the meticulous unending effort of japanese farmer over hundreds of years. So,now how u feel? Do you want to taste Kobe Beef once in your life?

ပုံမှန်အားဖြင့် ခရီးသွားများကို တစ်နှစ်ပတ်လုံးတွေ့မြင်နိုင်သော်လဲ မိုးရာသီတွင်မူ ခရီးသွားအရေအတွက်နည်းပါးသည်။မိုးရာသီ တွင် ဒေသလမ်းများအသုံးပြုခက်ခဲခြင်း ရေတံခွန်သို့သွားရာ လမ်းတွင်အခက်အခဲများစွာရှိခြင်း များမှာအဓိက အကြောင်းအရင်းဖြစ်ပေမည်။

Haipa Waterfall (The Forbidden Treasure In The World)
Haipa waterfall,one of the cultural heritage's in southern Shan-state (Myanmar~Burma).It is formed with seven to nine steps of waterfall.It is a natural scene filled with various species of wild life and birds.It wasn't in touch with society in the past and the result is that transportation & accommodation won't be in quality standard but decent condition for nature lover.Nowdays local community is trying to repair and maintain the roads.
Regularly,travellers can be seen at Haipa waterfall all the year around but the number of travellers decrease in rainy season because they have to face difficulties to walk along the way to waterfall. In general,it is opened in November and December and closed in May.
The peak-traveller amount reaches on holidays and during Thingyan festival (water festival) period. Visitors may take a relaxation at the waterfall with services of temporary guest houses, restaurants and souvenir shops.They may taste authentic cuisines such as Shan traditional foods,sour pork and sour beef meals.

Gohteik viaduct ( The second highest viaduct in the world )
Gohteik viaduct is a railway trestle in Naunghkio,western Shan state,Myanmar(Burma).The bridge is situated between the two towns of Pyin Oo Lwin and Lashio.
Gohteik was built in 1899 and construction was finished in 1900.It was very suitable and convenient for trading and transportation.So,British destroyed some parts of viaduct once and fascist Japan also did when they colonized Burma.
The length of Gohteik is 2260 feet and the height is 1100 feet.At that time,it was difficulty constructed with 16 main steel piers
Gohteik viaduct was famous for its surrounding sight views and rural environment.That's why it can persuade travellers from overseas and local.
Nowdays humans are suffered from work pressure and need to escape from Urban as they can. When the world becomes healthy,I would like to recommend to take a trip no matter foreign or domestic.

Nan gyi thohk ( Burmese spaghetti )
Nan gyi thohk is kind of salad with thick round rice noodle and mixed with specially prepared chicken curry.The dish is garnished with Gram flour,sliced onions,chilis,slices of hard boiled eggs,coriander and seated with lime or lemon
U can enjoy Nan gyi thohk as breakfast ( recommanded) and also for lunch.The origin of Nan gyi thohk is from Mandalay ( the Central Myanmar).
