Nan gyi thohk ( Burmese spaghetti )

Nan gyi thohk is kind of salad with thick round rice noodle and mixed with specially prepared chicken curry.The dish is garnished with Gram flour,sliced onions,chilis,slices of hard boiled eggs,coriander and seated with lime or lemon U can enjoy Nan gyi thohk as breakfast ( recommanded) and also for lunch.The origin of Nan gyi thohk is from Mandalay ( the Central Myanmar). https://youtu.be/RH9CHLpxpVE
