In Reality: Problems Are Not as big as seem to be in the imagination

Imagine an 8 figures number in your brain whatever it is, it difficult to assume that number or conceive about it. However, if you write the same 8 figures on paper it becomes much easier for you to understand what actually it is!!!

Same this way we are suffering through different problems in our by giving them huge value. But when we try to sort it out these issues are no longer tricky. Problem is that we are trying to resolve an issue that is not the proper way.

Thinking about a specific problem will increase only stress levels which leads to overthinking. Instead of solving that issue. Okay, we should try from minor efforts like writing that issue on paper which will prove helpful in understanding that problem is not big as you assumed.

Overthinking about problems will complicate issues further instead of solving them. So, the first step is at least writing through which you are suffering. This will help in understanding what the actual issue is and how it looks. Now it becomes more easier to take action as the problem is clear which seems big only in imagination, not in actuality.

Embrace problems, these are not problems but opportunities that help make you a person mentally tough as much as he can endure or digest the that success which he will get after many efforts. These problems are the test of his psychological levels, how long he can stick to achieve his goals.

After finding the problem next steps are to improve every day, adopt new habits, and take those actions that help in building your personality. Remember you don't need to be perfect but improve daily. Ask questions yourself daily whether this day is better than yesterday or not!!! if the answer is not then change your habits and try to make a better one.

According to the book that I studied Atomic habits: "if you want to adopt a habit just start giving two minutes daily, later it becomes part of your life" The thing is that you don't need to be a perfectionist, just need to improve consistently. As no one is ideal every person has flaws and features but the amazing are those who improve themselves regularly.

In reality, problems are minor but if you try to solve them just in your subconscious mind it becomes huge like an elephant resulting in boosting stress and anxiety. Don't suffer yourself, just write it on paper and try possible ways to sort it out according to problems.

it's our own approach to solving any issue, some are trying to utilize their brain which is as much authentic way, their are few steps in solving in sort of tricky issue!

Problems mostly accursed by our own fault , mistakes and expectations. If we tackle them on grass root level , then may not rise but once we ignore, keep pending, not giving importance then it rises like waves in ocean.
