To Build up Confidence in oneself

So after a weekend relaxation all our read.cash members are back to work, I guess.

This topic just came up to my mind. Building confidence in oneself. Because I came across some instances, where I felt that I was also a scapegoat. It's not easy to build up Confidence overnight ..but still you can do it. From my own experience I have put forward few points, with the hope that it will be of help to someone.

Believe in yourself - When you have decided to go ahead for something , say, to appear for an interview, to make a proposal or to mèet your mate for the very first time.....go with the saying I can do it. It's my cup of tea. Iam not going to get a better chance than this. Make your moves with an honest prayer.

Dressing manners - Make yourself presentable and comfortable. Not necessary to wear a new dress for the proposed meeting. You must be comfortable as well as very presentable with what you wear. Sometimes we feel comfortable and confident in some particular dress that we wear. That will boost your energy and confidence level. So go for it.

Having an Eye contact - Do have a perfect eye contact with whom you are concerned. That shows how accurate you are in the subject concerned. It just can build up your confidence. There are cases, where some of them forget what to be told next in an interview. But your eye contact can give you strength. With proper eye contact you can easily switch your topic to some other related thing.

Prepare well for the subject concerned to speak- When you have made up your mind to go for what so ever concerned, make sure that you are prepared with what you are going to tell the other person. Do not give a chance for the other person to ask Why so? When? Why like that or Why like this? Are you sure...... a question & answer session should be avoided.

Be a good listener- Listening is one of the most important thing. Before listening completely don't jump into conclusions. That will probably give a negative remark on you from the opposite person. Make a clarity of what the other person wants from you and give a reliable response.

Do not take others opinion - Before going for such meetings, you can take blessings, but not opinions. Different people give different opinions to confuse us. Too many cooks spoil the broth. Hope you know the meaning of this proverb.Do not take others opinion
