Sound Sleep 😴 for a better tomorrow
Greetings!!! To all read.cash members. After a hectic week sxhedule , one should possibly get the time to rest. To relax your body, hopefully you need a sound sleep. Here are some tips to improve your sleep.
Energize yourself after a good sleep. Remove all your stress, once you leave your office premises. Please do not carry them to your home. Especially during weekends. At home, peoples do not want to hear the story of stress. Enjoy a good sleep, good food and family tine together.
When it comes to sleep you need atleast 6-8 minimum hours of sleep. It is said that in the night, take some warm water before sleeping as it improves your sleep. Also make it a habit to go to bed before 11 p.m. or atleast by 11p.m. Make sure to sleep in a dark room as you get a better sleep .
Lack of sleep leads to several health issues. Less sleep causes heart fatigue. That's why most Doctors recommend for 6 hrs of minimum sleep. Its the resting period of our heart beat. Otherwise risk of heart attacks are more. So for our better health we need a better sleep.
Lack of sleep can cause -
Heart attacks
High Blood pressure resulting in heart attacks
Over weight gain as the insulin resistant is quite high when you sleep less.
For proper sleep -Do not eat heavy food nn the night
Eat lots of fruits
Avoid taking spicy foods
Drink warm water
Avoid more intake of coffee or tea.
Other Foods which are good enough for a healthy sleep are yoghurt, high fibre foods, green leafy vegetables etc. All these can be included in your diet. To make it more comfortable you can listen to music that givea a soothing effect ro your ears. Sleep in a room which is quite dark, inorder to sleep fast.
