Appreciation

Globally accepted word is appreciation for praising someone for something done sincerely either for a person or for an organization.

Token of appreciation can take any form. May be in the form of gifts, a word of praise, an increase in salary or an unexpected promotion. Any of these will definitely enlighten and motivate us to do anything with much more enthusiasm.

But some peoples find it difficult to appreciate someone for doing things totally unexpected. From their point if view, may be prestige issue. Their pride doesn't allow them to do so. This usually happens in an organization. No matter how hard he works and reaps wonder, may be in a lower position he deserves an applause. Such recognition of appreciation is forwarded to ensure the continuity and importance of his job in the organization. To boost the energy level a word of appraisal is more than enough. A moment of pride for the one who receives it.

Opportunity knocks at your door step only once. So grab it and you have to make maximum use of it. An outcome of your hardwork will definitely be recognized, no matter when or where.

Starting from home, a promise to the little one of the family for securing good marks or for being an obedient child, promotes and encourages him to be a better citizen in near future. The promise should be a fulfilling one. Not just words. Because children prefer gifts 🎁 to words of praise. Next, when it comes to your spouse an appreciation can be in the form of an outing, spending quality time- just the two of you. Once a while it's ok. It really works in strengthening the family ties. To respect and value eachother is the biggest appreciation you get in life.

Conflicts usually occur only when our hardwork goes unnoticed. This usually happens when your job is in par with your colleague and either of them is unnoticed by the superiors. The same is applicable in a household environment also. With lot of enthusiasm and love one prepares the best, but it goes in vain, when it goes unnoticed. That is when a person, despite his hardwork, faces mental trauma, be it personal or official. So a word of praise can make a difference in one's life.

To be one among the shining star is everybody's dream. And when this dream turns to reality becomes the proudest achievement and appreciation in our lofe. The joy of giving, is something that can never be expressed in words.
