Preparation of Chickpea Chicken Rice Recipe
Let's put the rice in salted, warm water and let it stand for about 15-20 minutes.
Let's boil the chicken by taking a pot full of water enough to pass over it. I recommend cooking it in a pressure cooker to make it faster. It depends on the size of the pot or chicken, but it will be enough to cook it in a pressure cooker for about 20 minutes.
Then let the boiled chicken cool down by placing it in a suitable container. After it cools down, let's dig it out.
Let's strain the chicken broth through a strainer and set it aside for use when making pilaf.
Put the butter and liquid oil in a suitable pan for the rice and let the butter melt.
After the oil has melted, let's add our rice, which we have starched by soaking it in warm water and washing it well, and let's roast it nicely until the rice separates from each other.
Then we add our mixture of chicken broth and hot water. I used it by mixing chicken broth and regular broth, but you can also do it with just chicken broth or just hot water if you want.
After adding the salt and boiled chickpeas, let's mix and close the lid of our pot.
Let's boil our rice over high heat until it boils, then drain the rice over low heat and leave it to cook until it is browned.
After our rice has januaryated, let's turn off the stove and place a paper towel over our rice cooker and close the lid and let it brew for about 10 minutes.
At the end of the time, let's add the chicken meat and serve our rice, stirring. Enjoy your meal.
I have never tried any Chinese or maybe any white food before in my life, and we don't have a Chinese restaurant in my area, if I ever have the chance to eat Chinese food I will go for sushi, but I'd also like to try this too
