According to the United Nation, the estimated population of the World is 7.8 billion as of September 2020.
Is the world overpopulated? For me, yes it is. Overpopulation has so many impacts in our world today.
The effects of overpopulation is very fatal. It can cause depletion of natural resources, degradation of environments, conflicts and war, rise in unemployment, high cost of living, pandemics and epidemics, malnutrition and starvation, water shortage and lower life expectancy.
As this years pass, i have seen the effects of overpopulation in our community.
So what can we do?
We can start contibuting by learning by ourselves. We can practice family planning.
Family planning improves pregnancy planning, spacing and prevent unwanted pregnancy.
The easiest way of family planning is the use of contraceptions.
There are many different types of contraceptions. Here are the following:
Oral pills
Condoms
Intrauterine device
Contraceptive plant
Contraceptive injection
Emergency contraception pill
Contraceptive ring
Diaphragm
Sterilisation
By using this types of contraception we can control the fast growing rate of our population.
But in the end its our own who can control the situation. Learn to engage in learning something new by attending seminars regarding sex education.
Education is the key
