I guess, this is a month of appreciation. Not just for the academic teachers, but also to the teachers that we have in our own individual churches.
Today, we celebrate the Pastor's Appreciation month in our church. And I am so happy to share that it was successful. We are so grateful to see the bright smile of our Pastor.

Pastor
These are the people that God ordained to spread His words. Their task is to guide and steward the people of the living God. Commonly, they are the leader of every Christian churches and given the authority to do religious works.

Preparation
As for the preparation, we started planning last Sunday for today's celebration. We conducted a short youth meeting for this day. However, we work on it yesterday.
Video presentation
We created a video presentation for our Pastor that contains our old to present pictures. How he has been a great father, grandfather , husband , friend and a servant of God. It was just a short clip video.
Video Greetings
I decided to contact my friends who used to be part of our church. Well, we are venturing different paths right now and that explains why they are no longer in our church. However, they will always remain in our hearts and are always welcome whenever they want to come back. I compiled it.
Certificate of Appreciation
I already shared this in my noisecash. Of course, the celebration will not be complete without certificates right?
Token
I went to downtown yesterday to buy a token for our Pastor and his wife as part of our appreciation. As much as I wanted to share it here, I wasn't able to take a picture of it. I just bought a flower pots for our Pastor's wife and a journal notebook for our Pastor. Simple yet full of love.

How was it?
Our Sunday service started at exactly 8 am today and I have to do a lot of alibis just to make our little surprise be successful. But to sum up everything, our Pastor truly loves and appreciate it. We can tell it through his nonstop smiles and tears of joy.

Closing Thought
Being a leader isn't an easy thing to do. Regardless of what type of leader they are. May it be in politics, classroom, churches , family and work. Their job is not a joke and definitely exhausting at some point. That is why, it is really important to atleast show them appreciation and thank them for what they have done. Leaders are not perfect. They have flaws and lapses. However, we should not let it blind us to the good things that they have done.
But since we are talking about Pastor's Appreciation Month right now, let us focus to them.
To all the members in every churches, don't forget to celebrate your leaders and Pastors. Don't stop praying for them. They need our prayers as well, as much as we need it. Help your leaders in every way you can. Respect and love them. Always remember that God appointed them to guide you in the right path until the second coming of the Lord. They deserve to be appreciated.
Happy Pastor's Month to all of the pastors and youth pastors. That is such a sweet and meaningful gesture sis. We all should practice this and let them know that they are appreciated.
