An Eagle is a bird that commands attention wherever it is. It gives itself respect and honour. It goes far and wide in search of prey and flies far into the sky to ensure that nothing neither interferes nor block her views from catching what she has in mind to catch for her own food whenever she decides to hunt. By this precision , she doesn't fail in her attempt to achieve her goals.

From the above , to be focused impliedly refer to a situation where nothing interferes with your determination to reach a goal , to achieve a meaningful strides of accomplishment that commands respect and honour in and outside ones enclaves. Nothing good is achieved in life without being focused.

In life of ours today , seriousness can never be maintained if one gets distracted with a little thing. While your mates are busy ruminating on how to go far in life through serious academic excellence and articulate study , you are busy connected to sensual life of drinking of alcohol and partying during odd hours of the night. What do you do in the morning after partying in the night , relaxing through sound sleep. Slumbering away your precious time. What a world without focus !

As a corollary to the above , greater attention is needed to focus on what you eat , drink and what have you. Eagle bird doesn't eat dead prey or food but live prey that's fresh and nice. What do you eat ? What do you drink ? Trimaddol drug capable of destroying body system. Toxic alcoholic is your favorite drink capable of destroying ones destiny. At one's youthful age of 20 - 45 years , you are seeing as being older than your father , who had honorably retired from public service at the ripen age of 60 years. What a life of no focus.

By the same analysis , right mental attitude is needed as well as undiluted stamina to build fruitful career in life. Be it in Music , Medicine , Teaching , Arts ,Finance , Politics , among others without being focused. Your head needs to be closely guided in both mental and physical. You cannot be a glutton or drunkard to have right frame of mind mentally. If you are not stable mentally , you cannot achieve anything professionally. A focused minded person is a forward looking individual capable of achieving greatness and high developmental strides. A person with mission and vision will be focus and achieve advancement in life.

Who are your friends ? Are they focused ? Are they wayward ? The set of people you moved with has a lot of impact on your life. Friends have both negative and positive impact on your life. Try as much as possible to move with right set of people in order to find yourself in right pedestal of life. Be focused.

A man with a good wife , has a good treasure . Likewise , a woman with a good husband is having an eternal asset of life. Wherever it goes , good counsel comes from good home. Possession of good and awesome family is like a fertile arable land that produces bountifully. Be focused. Having this at the beginning of the year like this. You are bound for the top.
