Maybe this is why no one complains when I start bumping the volume on the stereo. R.E.M.'s 8th studio album would reach #2 on the US albums chart and see three singles make it into the US Top 30 - Man On The Moon (#30), Everybody Hurts (#29), and Drive (#28). As a side note, string arrangements for the record are by John Paul Jones, bassist for Led Zeppelin. I have to check out all the vinyl at the shed. I ask my husband why he keeping those. He told me not to touch it then I see this. That's cool!
Definitely hands down one of my favorite R.E.M albums. I could listen to that one all day.
