Money & wisdom, which one should be relied more on?

Good afternoon lovely persons of the great read.cash platform, i hope everyone seems to be waxing ever stronger from the daily sorry challenges of life we are all faced with today right? Well yes is my own case as i also believe same to be yours as well.

I just decided we look into those two key areas in life that had to do with the reliance on money or wisdom, which one of them we should fall back on mainly, but first, i will like us to look into the meanings of money and wisdom before we are able to draw our inferrels or conclusions.

What is money?

Money according to economic definition is said to be a genreally accepted means of exchange, which is used for buying, selling, settling of products disputes and stored as a measure of value.

Ever since the invention of money by the Mesopolitamians shekel, we had it according to history that the first ever known currency emerged which was nearly some 5000 years ago while the earliest mints that were known back then also started around some 650B.C in ancient Asia minor through the elites of Lydia and Lonia as stamped silver and gold coins which were used to pay their armies back then.

For all we know, money has many functions as though we won't be looking into any of them at the moment as we move to knowing what wisdom is.

What is wisdom?

Just as its name implies, wisdom for me, is simply the quality we have from the experience, knowlege and the good judgement we engage ourselves with on a daily basis. It could also be seen or said to be the quality of being wise.

However, the above cannever be said to be the best definition of wisdom and what it is, especially as it was coined from my own perspective about wisdom and what it entails, hence, there have been far too many different definitions of this above word - wisdom by many scholars and others alike but in all, we must not forget the fact that it involves the application of wiseness in our dealings in life.

Wisdom may or may not have any known or established from of functions but you can actually deduce one from your own context of definition which becomes its function.

But it must not be forgotten that wisdom just as money too can come in types and for our record purpose, we have it that the three types of wisdom are: The Godly Wisdom which comes from God, the Earthly Wisdom and of course, the Satanic Wisdom which has to do with the Devil.

Having given all the definitions and said all that we need to know about money and wisdom, let us then go into which one of them should be relied more on.

Moreso, for us to get this puzzle right, then let us look critically into what the bible's view about money and wisdom is and then we draw our conclusion from there.

See What Ecclesiastes 7:12 Says.

"...for wisdom is for protection, just as money is for protection also, but the advantage of knowlege is this: wisdom preserves those who have it".

Here, God's word was being specific about the importance of having wisdom and having money too of which the both of them, serves as protection for us in all we do in life.

How does wisdom serve as a protection?

According to the quoted bible portion earlier, wisdom serves as a protection for those who have it. Yes, this could be said to be in the areas of trouble of which a person with wisdom happens to walk into a place where a fight is going on and then decided to conceal him by staying clear of the trouble, the simple way of applying that wisdom of staying clear from the trouble place or concealing oneself is called wisdom cos during and after the fight, the police might come and make an arrest of everyone present while the fight which may be bloody was going as parts and parcel of the conflicts for questioning and this is no sweet story at all by answering questions at the police station for a fight you haven't been involed in.

Or take this scenario of a man who has no idea of a particular kind of job but because the amount actualizable from knowing it seems quite huge of which the said man would not want to miss at all, he then set out in search of a person who knows the act of doing perfectly, the said job of which afterwards, he was paid some hadsome royalty of an amount for making such connections, what do you call that if not wisdom right?

Now from the two wisdom examples, we have seen that their wisdom have preserved the former from getting into trouble and landing into the police net after he concealed himself when the fight was going on and then, the latter for making a huge amount of money from a job he knew little or nothing at all.

How does money serve as a protection?

I guess this one seem more direct in explanation as i'm not meant to rack my brain far too much in expalining it for a better understanding given its self explanatory mode.

With money we can buy our good solid and expensive house that won't cave in given the sophiscated materials it was built with right?

With money, we can give our lives some meaning by buying expensive and luxurious cars and then afford to travel across everywhere we deem fit at will isn't it?

With money, we can afford to visit places and pay our hotel and services bills when we decided to take our next vacations away from our countries of host i'm i correct?

With money, we can afford to give ourselves and loved ones a resounding education at its best right?

With money, we can protect ourselves from all forms of external aggression whatsoever by hiring good lawyers to stand for us in cases where there are plans to destroy us i'm right?

And many more and more and more.

Now my question again, between money and wisdom, which should be relied more on?
