Lack of entrepreneurship

Now a word that is heard in the mouths of all those who live in the neighborhood is "What happens after studying so much when you have to sit in other institutions." Or there is no point in studying a lot because at the end of the day you have to be unemployed, and many people say that those who study too much die under the car.

The words of each of them are basically not false, because there are crores of unemployed people in our country who have graduation honors next to their names. But do you know the main reason for their unemployment?

Basically our country is going through corruption. Qualified people can never be found in eligible seats because the country is controlled by incompetent people. So it is natural that qualified people will not prevail in the crowd of unqualified people. So what should the qualified people do to leave the country? Not really, we mean employment in someone's company or being a day laborer. But it's not right, you can't establish a company like those you are working in or thinking of doing today? Basically if you want it is possible, and those who want it are called initiative. Today I will tell a short success story of a successful friend or a successful entrepreneur.

A friend of mine with me studied up to higher college after which he could not continue his studies due to poverty. Then he submits his CV for jobs in different people's courts but gets no job or even if he gets a job it pays very little which makes it difficult to support his family. Perhaps its poverty and low wages allowed it to stand on its own two feet.

While he was working, he started growing mushrooms indoors as a hobby as well as a job. Although there are different types of mushroom cultivation in the country, my friend used to cultivate the mushrooms which cost the least. Because he did not have much capital. At first he tried to supply the mushrooms to the local restaurants in his area but the problem was that the villagers never ate mushrooms. Since no one has eaten mushrooms, it becomes very difficult for him to teach them to eat mushrooms. So he decided to build a small restaurant himself, and there he would sell various mushroom recipes.

To tell you the truth, I myself have never eaten any food made from Masum before. When I went to his restaurant for the first time and he served me mushroom cake, I was quite surprised and started eating it with excitement. If I was unlucky, I was late to their restaurant because they had run out of fresh mushroom dishes. When I went to his mushroom restaurant only dry mushrooms were left.

Dry mushroom tastes a lot like chicken. My first bite tasted a lot like chicken meat which was quite good to eat.

However, he employed 5 to 7 more people to run his restaurant. Also hired a man to tend his mushroom garden. According to his plan, the mushroom garden will be gradually expanded and will employ at least seven to eight more people. Also, since the mushroom garden will grow slowly and the production will increase from there, he wants to deliver the mushrooms to restaurants in different districts apart from the local area. If possible, his mushroom garden will start cultivating most of the world's edible mushrooms. If necessary, they will start importing them outside the country.

When he couldn't get a job in any companies, his willpower turned him into a mushroom farmer. The amount of money he currently earns is 100 times more than a company's salary. So make yourself an entrepreneur, try not to be a laborer in someone's company.
