Ingredients:
1. 8 eggs
2. Bason half a cup
3. Half a cup of chopped onion
4. 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves
5. 1 tablespoon crushed green chillies
6. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
7. Half a teaspoon of garlic paste
8. 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
9. Half a teaspoon of chili powder
10. 1 teaspoon of kabab spices
11. Half a teaspoon of hot spices
12. 1 cup of toast crumbs
13. Salt (taste like)
14. Quantitative for frying oil
Method:
1. Make 4 eggs, make omelette with salt only, cool it and finely chop it with a knife.
2. Beat another egg.
3. Mix all ingredients together except oil and toast crumbs.
4. When it becomes soft, add a little beson.
5. Now roll in biscuit powder on an average in the shape of a tikia and keep it in the fridge at normal temperature for 20 minutes and fry it in deep oil.
6. Serve with sauce or chutney as a snack as well as rice or polao.
