"Macaroni and Cheese."
The morning didn't start with coffee: My cat climbed onto the baguette and ripped the middle retaining hook out of the wall with all its might. The baguette quacked and sagged sadly in the middle. Now, come on, figure out how to reattach the hook back (I tried just to stick it in, not held, of course), or go to the store to look for a new one.
Lord, well, if you're a cat weighing almost 5 kg, why play the gymnast?
He lies there and does not understand the extent of his moral degradation. He doesn't want to respond to "fat-assed bastard."
But that's not what today is about, it's about a simple recipe.
That's what I love about Macaroni and Cheese, is that, The name has it all - the ingredients and the recipe!
Easy to make. Good as a side dish as well as a stand-alone dish:
But, not for every day!))
Minimum set of products:
Fettuccini, tagliatelle - in a pinch, simple pasta will do))😉
Cream
Butter
Cheese (parmesan would be perfect)
Fresh or dried herbs - as you wish.
Naturally, we cook pasta.
Simultaneously with the process, put the cream on low heat:
Dip the butter into it and stir it slowly. There is a theory that you should first melt the butter and then pour in the cream - but, it is checked, the result will be the same.
Keep on the heat stirring for 5 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken
Add grated cheese (a little can be left for decoration)
Keep on low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is completely dissolved. In the process, if desired, you can add dried herbs (fresh is better when serving)
Drain the water from the pasta. And pour in the sauce. Stir thoroughly:
You can serve it right away. But I usually let it stand for another two or three minutes under a closed lid over low heat. Just to get them to "make friends".
And that's it. "Three days' worth of calories in one bowl!)). Above, recurring, abundantly black, freshly ground!
Good luck and don't get sick! Eat right!
