Apple pancakes
These pancakes are very tender, rich and delicious, and they appeal to both children and adults! It turns out that apple pancakes and apple pancakes are not the same recipe. While "apple" pancakes are those that are filled with a cooked fruit filling (which is also delicious, by the way!), today's apple pancakes are unusual because the grated apple is added directly into the batter!
Why? After all, we make pancakes with apple pieces - why not add them to the pancake mix? I made a trial batch, but next time we'll probably make a double batch - we loved them so much!
I added something to the recipe: where there are apples, there is cinnamon! Pies made with this combination are always incredibly delicious, which means the cinnamon will be useful in the pancakes. And a little vanilla for flavor...
Ingredients:
For 10 pancakes (pan diameter 24 cm):
3 medium eggs,
2 medium apples (we have Golden apples),
1.5 tablespoons of sugar,
1 tablespoon of salt,
400 ml milk,
160 g flour,
2 tablespoons vegetable oil,
0.5 teaspoon cinnamon,
How to bake:
Beat the eggs, sugar, salt and slightly warmed milk with a whisk or mixer.
Sift the flour into the mixture, add the cinnamon, baking powder is not necessary. It is usually added to pancakes with holes, but these are without holes!
Again, mix the mixture well so there are no lumps of flour left.
Now add the unscented sunflower oil and mix everything together.
Rinse the apples, remove the cores and peel, grate them coarsely, add them to the batter and mix.
The dough is quite firm thanks to the grated apple.
Clean a dry pan, brush lightly with sunflower oil (before the first pancake) and heat well. Pour the mixture into the pan (I used about 1.5 tablespoons for one pancake).
Cook over medium heat until the bottom of the pancake is lightly browned. The pancakes are not very thin, so they take longer to make than pancakes without milk and applesauce.
Flip the pancake and fry it on the other side.
Then place it on a plate. No need to butter them - the pancakes will butter and soften on their own.
Apple pancakes with juice are delicious!
I just love apples, it's probably even my favorite fruit. And these pancakes are just super apple! I really liked them, I'll be making them often now, that's for sure. They are easy and quick to make, quite dietary, and most importantly very tasty!
Just a question and I know it might be stupid but I seriously need to ask this does this mean that they can use any fruit ANY!!! To make pancakes, because we here in my country we use fruit for only one thing to eat it and that's all if in anyway you can make fruit juice out of anyone then that is your problem.
