The world is a lot unhealthier now than more than ages ago, it is because of the change of food habits of the people.
Before, like ages ago, people would never pick up a junk food and fast food just to feed their faces. But people today just do it casually, they will satisfied their cravings by eating pizza, hamburger and or chips with cola. And it is really not surprising that we are experiencing many health problema today.
Our health is the measurement of what we eat. The bad condition that we are living today is not just one's problem, it is now a problem by everyone, as in globally. People today is eating wrong and that results many complication in our body. We are definitely eating right, we have to be prepared to what may come, from obesity and to any other health issues.
There are so many reason why we eat what we shouldn't eat. Me for example whenever I am stressed out, I distract myself from eating potato chips, Lays for example, clover chips, piattos, nova and many more my gosh, stressed eating right. I'm sure I am not the only one who's doing this. I'm sure many of us here.
Our eating habit is so wrong, unless we take action in this situation, things will not improve. Improving things, create a suolutions is what we must do.
Awareness. We have to look and learn what is the right food for you and your family. Take a research and understand what nutrients your body needs and in what measure.
Diatery regimen. Dietary regimen is really important for you and for your family. Everything you do you must also apply it to your family for healthier lifestyle. Cut down all the harmful foods - (1) the fats, (2) the carbohydrates and the sugars. We can take a little but just a little amount, not too much but just an accurate amount.
I really can't enjoy the food without carbs, how about you guys? I'm sure all of us loves foods like that. But if we really want to improve, we must look for it's measurements because the only solution that we can do to have a healthy eating habit is to control ourselves from eating too much of it.
Seriously, no one can really tell what is ideal diet because it's atill depends on the person. Ideal diet is much related to the individual itself, their lifestyle, age, gender, the level of their daily activity and even their geograohical region.
The diet should have enough carbs, not too low and not too high. Too much carbs can buildup glucose innthe body and that can lead to diabetes.
Don't eat too much fried food, foods with a lot of oil. You should just eat fried food every once in a while.
Green Veggies, leafy vegetable should be part in your meal. Not just green vegetable but also the other healthy veggies like for example is cabbage and a lot more.
Some spices is really great in any dishes but, it can also destroy the nutrients of what your cooking has. So, when you cook don't put too much spices so that of all the natural flavors will retain.
Synthetic material should be avoinded, completely.
Off course eating a healthy foods has a lot of benefits. It can make your life more meaningful and wealthy.
Healthier Body. Eating right equals healthier body. You gain control over your body and your immune system and digestive system will wokmek right. You can also be protected from any disease to diabetes.
Save more money. Because you have less expenses from food you can save more money. Your bank account will boom fast because you can stop now yourseld from too much eating.
Less toxic foods in your body. You all know that a lot of foods today has toxins like for example Processed foods, they put a lot of chemicals to the food and when you eat it those chemicals will get into your body. When you are trying to eat right then you are mich less likey to get those because you are eating right now.
Active Lifestyle. When you eat right you can now do better in your work. You can now exercise, travel more, work more and that will make your life nore productive. You can be nore involve now with your family and friends and spend more time with them enjoying every bits of your healthy living lifestyle.
Managing your life to have a healthier life is really up to you if you want to have a healthy body, then eat right. And don't eat when you are stress, for you are the only one who'll suffer when you stressed eat, back to zero.
