Having a successful dream

What is a dream?

A hope or wish. A cherished aspiration, ambition or ideal. They gives up and hope energy and enthusiasm.

John Maxwell defined dream as "an inspiring picture of the future that energies your mind, will and emotions empowering you to do everything you can to achieve it"

Your dream is what keeps you going forward, it propels us forward, they makes us happy and encourages us. It's true that everyone ought to dream, but a lot of people's dream has been crushed because of some circumstances. Some have been discouraged, some have been disappointment due to a past failure, some have lack of confidence to face and pursue their dreams.

Putting your dream to test.

It's true that most of us find it difficult to know what we are good at when we were young. We listen to our friends and parents who directs us and advises us on what to become in the future. I personally have this difficult while I was young, different teachers tell me different ambitions to go for, my parents too, my friends too. It's quite difficult when I hear my friends too. It's quite difficult when I hear my friends picking something entirely different from what I want.

It got to a point when you will wish to follow the ambition of your role model, either been a singer or an artist. Then we don't know what we really want, so we have no choice than to listen to our parents and friends.

There are so many people who follow the ambition their parents have chosen for them. Many forced to go to Law school or Medical school out of their choice.

Fulfilling your dreams

Have your own dream.

Have your dream. Have your goal. Have your ambition. Have your vision. You will live the way you envision your dream to be. When you have your own dream, it will feel right to you, it will keep you going, facing all odds, you will feel like you are made to do it.

Lead your life

You have the right to lead your life. Choose to lead your life the way you want not accepting it as you want.

Choose your dream because you love it

Successful people who achieve their dream love what they do and they do what they love. They allow what they have passion for to lead and guide.

"A dream isn't worthy of a person's life if it doesn't benefit others. And it isn't fulfilling unless it is achieved with others.

Make an endeavour to pursue your dream the way you want it. Follow what you love and don't give up.
