@RowanSkie

Been thinking for a while. I managed to get a lot of BCH from doing everything I do. And now that noise.cash is here, it's been decreased for a bit while I express being myself. Now that I see how profitable being a nut in noise.cash is, well, let's finish the poll I have two days ago and show the total results. So far, people don't seem to realize I made this poll, so here's where it was: https://noise.cash/post/ln5wwjvq The ones I tipped are the only ones that count.…

@RowanSkie

Someone give me the price of the George Fool Line, except it's adjusted for inflation.

@RowanSkie

How do you know you are bored and you have noise.cash: 1. You don't know what you want to type in. 2. You have things to do and you can't do them. 3. You're hungry. 4. You're posting a list of why you are bored.

@RowanSkie

Okay guys, I personally recommend getting $1+ as your minimum payout if: 1. You care about fees 2. You're sending them to an exchange/custodial wallet that requires confirmation times (usually shown as taking very long to receive) 3. You're lazy to consolidate inputs when you place them in your wallets I recommend setting it at 1-10 cents if: 1. You care about making noise in the BCH blockchain 2. You have a non-custodial wallet and you can handle the fees 3. You really just…

@RowanSkie

Okay, so yesterday I set my minimum payment to $1 as a test. Well, technically more of a choice of trying to get $1 before $1000 happened (didn't), but now I noticed that unlike others' $1 minimum with hundreds of tips before they reached it, mine is like, less than 100 tips before it gets to $1. Is that something with my way of posting and tipping, or is it just because people are more into tipping big amounts now?

@RowanSkie

So, ways to get paid on noise.cash: 1. Get tipped. 2. Tip people. 3. Get the attention of high-tipping persons. 4. Make so many posts and so many people relate to it that they tip a lot of 1 cent. Anything else?

@RowanSkie

Okay, quick poll, effective until I get the total of $1 from my tips: Move minimum payment to $2 or stay at $1? I don't really need to move it, but I just feel like it's gonna be a thing.

@RowanSkie

Fun fact: A lot of languages have relatives where you can understand just a bit of the other language, but not fully enough. Also, English is that one language that keeps eating up every other language's words.

@RowanSkie

I'm gonna go and finish up the ones I need to pass for the week, there's like, four of them. I don't want to wait until it's only a day before passing, I've had too many missed calls from that. Sadly, I think my fellow college men want to keep it that way. Hmm... Filipino time, everyone. Also known as being lazy that even the clocks themselves are set differently.

@RowanSkie

I got a $1 withdrawal from noise.cash now. Hooray. Now I'll stop tipping too much just to get it faster to $1 and make my damn homework.

@RowanSkie

How do you know something's wrong with the world? Some of your Youtubers that you watch with are suddenly posting things that are in-character and out-of-character at the same time.

@RowanSkie

You Should Write What You Know I remember around the same time last year when read.cash introduced their distributed fund system. It had a simple way to operate: For every point, you get a part of the fund. Its rules were also simple: For every article, you get 20 points. For every comment, 4 points. For every like you give, 1 point. After that, there was a wave of people rushing in to join and use read.cash, but then there was something odd. Most of them are copy-pastes,…

@RowanSkie

I remember read.cash's short posts. Does anyone remember them? Does anyone still use them that much?

@RowanSkie

A good morning is a morning for me when I am able to hear a good song. For me, that's a Bump of Chicken song. I need to find a way to download these songs... maybe buy it via BCH? Who knows.

@RowanSkie

Does anyone think that noise.cash having a stats page is good too? So at least we can see who is who, how many users there are, and how much of the Mesel Fund (trademark pending) was used.

@RowanSkie

So, how to BCH, based on my observations: 1. Have a non-custodial wallet, like Electron Cash 2. Consolidate funds once in a while to prevent high fees due to large transaction size 3. Tip and buy, spend and replace 4. Use CashFusion on different settings so you can tip securely and privately 5. Be happy and don't think too much of the price 6. Remove all of your BCH in exchanges and non-custodial wallets where you don't have access.

@RowanSkie

I have taken notice that I was recently barraged by heart tips, and not that I don't like it but, it doesn't reflect on the total amount of tips given unless someone tips normally. Is that normal?

@RowanSkie

I'm gonna go and make an article about seed phrases and why they are important. Well, I was gonna make an article but I can't continue it. Same with an article of when to back down.

@RowanSkie

So, between ice cream and doing an assignment that requires me to remember what I did, what's going on in the world of noise.cash right now? I'd not be honestly surprised if you guys stayed here. Reddit's a cesspool, the Telegrams are all about development, and this is a social media site without requiring you to actually be social, so it's just a media site.

@RowanSkie

So, I had been thinking. Screw getting the news to get to our side, we should just build. They won't notice that we're building until 50% of the world is using BCH.

@RowanSkie

I'm currently watching my computer defrag right now. The D: drive has been running very slow lately. Should've set it up a bit earlier but then I will leave this on for the whole night before I need to use it.

@RowanSkie

Bitcoin Cash, the best cryptocurrency that you can use, earn, and spend with! And I am never, ever, ever touching bch.games again, damn that competition.

@RowanSkie

Anyway, as I calm myself down from using BCH.games, I will tell you guys how the DAA works. Basically, you check if the block amount mined is higher or lower than the previous calculation (or the time from the last block for BCH), then react accordingly. How you implement it is a lesson for a lifetime.

@RowanSkie

Unpopular Opinion: The ones that actually use the BTC chain are idiots since they lose their stuff to fees.

@RowanSkie

Fun fact about BCH.games: If you deposit BCH and win more than the amount you got from what you deposited, BCH.games actually sends back that coin, along with few others that are partly from your previous deposits or from other things, like others' deposits. And yes, this is my fault.

@RowanSkie

Time to explain a few sites that does pay in BCH: LazyFox.io: To earn BCH here, you actually do whatever the challenge is given by the one that made it. If you want to give challenges to other, you'll have to pay a minimum deposit of 0.001 BCH/ 1 mBCH for their correct response. Now, if you didn't get the challenge, the funds go back to the challenger.

@RowanSkie

Sometimes you think you set to boost your article on Read.Cash and end up unknowingly boosting it for longer than usual, or it means that someone is boosting it and it's not on you. Hmm...

@RowanSkie

Today has been the weirdest day because I was barraged by too many heart tips I was confused about what was going on. But hey, I got a dollar from it.

@RowanSkie

So, I had a thought. The best way to shill something isn't really to shill it at all. It's making the Streisand effect work and wrap your shilling/advertising around it. You see, you need to make people think and all. BTC is dying that way, after all.

@RowanSkie

Me: *checks notifs* Also me: *notice most of tips are heart tips* Also me: When did those hearts get this much? Finally, me: I'm gonna write about it.

@RowanSkie

The fact that if you just do random stuff and two days later, you're only 20 cents away from a dollar means that either I'm an idiot, or something's horribly wrong and people actually like my stuff. I don't like having people look into my post, pls, haha

@RowanSkie

How to know if one of your tippers also gave a heart tip: There's an extra cent. That's it. Expecting something else?

@RowanSkie

After I receive this dollar, I'm cutting my minimum payment posts back to nil. This is a side effect when social media site is about showing the wonders of BCH by near-instant tipping, then the site added a function to consolidate/batch your tips.

@RowanSkie

I've set my minimum payment to 1 dollar and a cent. Because slippage is needed and the number of BCH per dollar right now is like, not 0.001 BCH like it should've.

@RowanSkie

Fun fact: BCH nodes don't propagate *blocks.* They propagate transactions and instructional data that form the blocks. In essence, BCH's scalability problem of not being able to propagate fast due to blocks is effectively nil. I could be wrong, though.

@RowanSkie

FTs are dying out, being replaced by heart tips. Can't say I didn't hate the FTs, but I will miss the fact that you can actually pay from 80%-20% of the tips via FTs.

@RowanSkie

So, taking to account the less yield of holding FTs, plus the fact that heart tips are now the thing to have, will the following problems be fixed? 1. QR code unreliability, some people seem to have errors in using the QR code. 2. Unnecessary yet needed censorship of certain phrases. 3. Potential for another upvote group scenario on noise.cash due to heart tips via noise.cash's chambers. Hopefully at least 1 out of 3 gets fixed, potentially the third one. I am not yet…

@RowanSkie

Alright, boys! Now that FTs are gonna be gone, we have a new target. Scouring the Chambers section of those who will inevitably create "Heart-4-Heart groups", which is just an offshoot of the most-hated Upvote groups in read.cash. That, and prepare for butts for the beggars. #SpammerHunters

@RowanSkie

Anyone here wikiwriters? Need to get some help with BCH's wiki. If the creator of the wiki does find this post, do you mind if I go and imported some stuff from Bitcoin's wiki?

@RowanSkie

You ever had that feeling that you want to buy some tokens, but then your BCH has reached a checkpoint that you self-assign so you don't buy too much, and you're just really tempted to break the checkpoint and regain like 10 dollars worth of BCH? Me and my life with DIVVY right now. I want to buy it on Memo.cash.

@RowanSkie

Been looking at my Reddit shenanigans. It's so... weird...

@RowanSkie

A thousand dollars seems to be a good midnight price for the peer-to-peer electronic cash. Hope it stays.

@RowanSkie

Centralization may promote progress, but through decentralization that people's lives become more affirmed to the beauty and privacy of the innovations created by centralized countries. What I'm saying is that we need pioneers.

@RowanSkie

Today is May 4, so a mandatory Maythe4thBeWithYou to all. Yes, I'm a Star Wars fan.

@RowanSkie

Whoever makes a good uwu-speak may get a nice prize. Comment down below.

@RowanSkie

Been going all out with any FTs I have because I know for the fact that those tips are gonna be gone and fully replaced with heart tips. Speaking of tips, did you know Rusty the Random Rewarder bot is actually sending out $1,000 per day now?

@RowanSkie

Music of the day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5aPxHpcP66s I knew that I promised myself that I would be late to fads, but I really am late to the fads, lately, and I love it. I can really focus on why they were famous. Except for Bitcoin Cash. That one is not a fad but a currency.

@RowanSkie

Everyone is treating cryptocurrencies as assets on stock exchanges. Well, excuse me, but they're crypto*currencies*, which means those exchanges are monetary exchanges. *flips table*

@RowanSkie

Woo! At least, the FTs never came. Just in time for me to clear it on sensible posts to be tipped. Also, I'm gonna soon have to decrease my minimum payout to at least 25 cents, since it'd mean 25 heart tips.

@RowanSkie

Honestly, I'd really wish there was anything else to do at the moment. I have too many assignments, next week is exam week, and I have to see a lot of group works for some odd reason when we can't physically meet each other. >.<

@RowanSkie

Okay, so an idea, BCHN should change the look of their website. Like, so the scammer sites are more obvious. Or have something that makes them the actual one, like Twitter relay or maybe an RSS.

@RowanSkie

Actually, I think noise.cash only really needs to have formatting and pinned comments once the FTs are gone. We're so effective against spam.

@RowanSkie

Do you know the weird thing about BCH's multi-node ecosystem? Everyone thinks it's only BCHN, and then Roger Ver owns BCHN. It's so silly, haha. Remember to tell idiots (such as maxis and trolls) that BCH has six full node implementations, everyone!

@RowanSkie

Okay, so I now just realized how great a high minimum payment really is for your wallet. You can simply set one address on there, wait for payment, then change it.

@RowanSkie

Taken notice that Bitcoin Cash Upgrades are now every May 15 per year. Woo!

@RowanSkie

I bought DIVVY, at least. It took 0.003 BCH, but hey, at least I have another coin to go with.

@RowanSkie

I don't know why but it just feels so unnatural right now when I don't receive my tips right away, but then I have it set that I get paid every dollar and cent.

@RowanSkie

TIL I have Star Wars: Battlefront 2 on Epic Games.

@RowanSkie

It has come to some of our BCHers' attention that high price does make high fees because the satoshis themselves get their price higher.

@RowanSkie

Only in noise.cash, everyone, where you can find BCHers that care about the price more than usage and trading. We need to step up on explaining things. But hey, I heard Roger Ver got to talk with Elon Musk.

@RowanSkie

As much as I enjoy the talks about high prices, I care more about technology. Why don't people talk about it more? Make other users adopt, instead of trading. The price will be a bumpy ride, guys, don't rely on it that much.

@RowanSkie

One good thing about the price being higher though is that I can now buy things that are a dollar at a much lower rate. Is this why people want the USD to Local Fiat to be higher? Huh...

@RowanSkie

BCH right now: * Price flying around ~$1,100 and $1,400 * Median blocksize ~300 kB * 5-minute average blocks (sorta, it's already 10 minutes after the time it happens) * SmartBCH on testnet and growing to mainnet launch * SLP tokens kinda not good to sell or use right now

@RowanSkie

So, guys, the price is crashing now, and has anyone went to buy anything?

@RowanSkie

sleep: begging woke: having famous posts everyone tips it

@RowanSkie

I have taken to realize that 0.001 BCH is no longer 1 dollar. It's a dollar and 35 cents.

@RowanSkie

Dear Simon, Please allow us to set a minimum payment with BCH instead of USD. I want a constant 0.001 BCH, no matter the price, please.

@RowanSkie

Managed to break the wallet system by setting it to lower than I have on queue somehow. Someone please fix it for me? EDIT: Thanks u/dalz

@RowanSkie

So guys, I was suddenly reminded that read.cash uses CashID, a system that effectively allows a person to log in/register via their private keys. Why doesn't noise.cash have it?

@RowanSkie

I tried out joystick.club, here are some thoughts: 1. Fee too high 2. The site seems to be more into Mobile but needs Desktop

@RowanSkie

When BCH at $2,000, then it means $1 is now 0.0005 BCH, or 0.5 mBCH. When that happens, I'm buying a gift card on Steam, then buy myself a game. Or use it to pay for GoMo. Or just buy me a snack. You guys are all for the price of USD, I'm all for the price of BCH. And less BCH spent, more I can spend and replace. We need pumps. Lots of pumps. Kill BTC and show the world of BCH.

@RowanSkie

Okay, so apparently BTC dumped after we hit $1.5k. Our price went from $1.5k to $1.3k but then went to recover at record speeds. Looks like we're decoupling now.

@RowanSkie

$1,500 for 1 BCH, man! That means $1 is ~0.00075 BCH!

@RowanSkie

Went to buy some tokens for this dVPN called Mysterium VPN.

@RowanSkie

The fact that I'm paying 0.5 MYSTT (token for Mysterium VPN) per GB sucks, haha. But at least I'm on Singapore now, technically.

@RowanSkie

FINALLY! BTC blocks are now 1 sat/byte. Kinda. Mempool size too big still.

@RowanSkie

Switched my dVPN to America, where I don't pay for GB but instead per hour.

@RowanSkie

People don't like being random. People don't even like when things are random. People won't like the heart tips, I'm sure of it. They won't, because its too random and people needed to get rated by those who are already able to heart tips. It's too random that once a heart upvote group/chamber appears, it won't work since you don't heart tip others if you heart too fast. Simon was right, there should've been heart tip upvote groups already, yet there isn't.

@RowanSkie

I just found out the price of BCH is $1,420 at time of writing. Nice.

@RowanSkie

Final exam week next week, I have an assignment and some other stuff to pass soon. See ya around.

@RowanSkie

Fundamentals before hype, everyone. Hype helps short-term, but fundamentals keeps people from leaving. Speaking of which, Dogecoin has high fees now?

@RowanSkie

You know you're international when you post a very late night post and wake up with hearts all over it.

@RowanSkie

Can't say I enjoy saying random posts that can be marked as spam, but if it is marked as spam, then it is spam. The fact that Simon had to post in multiple languages means that there's a lot of people wanting to earn stuff, and these people that want to earn stuff have no idea how to earn. It feels awful when you find that most of the spammers are your fellow countrymen, but when you know what was going on, sometimes pity isn't enough. And yes, this also works with Telegram…

@RowanSkie

You know the funny thing when someone shows you what really is happening is that your mind begins to correlate it to everything you see. Think of it this way. You just bought a card that allows you to buy something and felt you were the first one to have it. After that, someone points out that they have that same card. At first, you ignore it, but then as you use the card to buy something, you'll notice more and more people actually have the same card as you had. In the same…

@RowanSkie

Meme of the day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYGwXFG2OIw You know, that actually reminds me. Why hasn't told that this was spam? Haha! Anyhow, you know the feeling of trying to earn more money than before and it ends up backfiring so much that you wonder why you did it in the first place? It's me right now with noise.cash. Sorta. It's really hard to explain, but then the price is stuck on $1.3k and I want my $1k price... unless you guys get it to $2k which then means I…

@RowanSkie

Set my minimum payout to 2 dollars because it will be inevitable that we're be staying on the $1k - $2k range. Honestly, if it weren't for the fact that a lot of us here are speculators, not users, I'd rather say keep doing their thing so I can go and use it as currency...

@RowanSkie

And now, a special issue broadcast by Rowan James Skye: How do I rate the people I see? Well, it's obvious. Spam - Copy-pastes, begging. Bad - Short useless posts. And that's it. I don't rate others up or anything because well, it matters more when the system knows if someone is bad or just spamming the heck.

@RowanSkie

Alright, so I have set myself a calendar of events since yesterday. Basically, yesterday I was gonna play. Today, I'll do some of the easy assignments, tomorrow is for those that need group works, and the next day is cleanup.

@RowanSkie

Messenger's been really glitchy lately. I really wish schools don't have to use Messenger.

@RowanSkie

Ever had that feeling that you want to rate your own account or probably at least see what's the community sentiment about you lately? I mean, to be fair, when people talk about rating it's about your opinion on them. Anyhow, the feeling when you're actually in control of a lot of things is unnerving, to be honest.

@RowanSkie

Long live Bitcoin Cash, the currency that managed to get a yearly ATH of $1,500 and lived on $1,400 support until the Dogecoin market crashed.

@RowanSkie

Okay, so, there are still people who still comment very short comment that doesn't help the conversation at all. These comments are small ones like "agreed", "hi", "good morning", etc. Look, there's a reason the heart button exists and that's to show that you agree. There's a reason things like Youtube have likes and dislikes. All you guys need is to click on them, nothing more. If you guys have anything productive to say, then that's the time when you comment. Until then,…

@RowanSkie

We need to kill the FreeTips button once an account has no FreeTips on their account reserved for tipping. It's all UI clutter for those who have given it all now.

@RowanSkie

Something I've taken notice that's different from noise.cash and read.cash from other sites is that we don't have a personalized token, but it's directly to BCH. Probably because you can't get paid in BTC, haha!

@RowanSkie

I suddenly remembered a weird quirk of the Bitcoin.com wallet when BCH's price soared to $1,500. All price predictions that time want to sell BCH.

@RowanSkie

I was so nostalgic yesterday that my music was mostly Minecraft sounds. Like, really.

@RowanSkie

How to spot spammers, based on observations: 1. Usually have less detail on their posts. 2. Posts have pictures and maybe some text that can be related but definitely isn't worth posting. 3. Comments are one to five word phrases of appreciation, acceptance, or greeting. 4. They have no idea that someone rates them as spam and complains to good ol' Simon when he posts. Simon is the pseudonym of the talking head of read.cash and noise.cash. 5. Obviously has a problem with…

@RowanSkie

You know, I don't get it why LTC keeps getting overpumped to remove BCH from the top 10. When will they stop?

@RowanSkie

Ever had that feeling that you actually got too much of what you wanted and may have accidentally caused a coin to dump because you broke the buy wall? Would be funny if it did happen.

@RowanSkie

So, I had a moment. You need 100 tips to get at least a dollar. True or False? Explain, please.

@RowanSkie

I've also taken notice that my stuff has a lot fewer commenters than it used to have. Is it because I'm strict or something? That's just funny.

@RowanSkie

Do you know what I like with low price? More stuff to get. Do you know what I also hate with low price? My funds get spent more. And always remember, you guys are doing trading on monetary exchanges.

@RowanSkie

The feeling when you left CashFusion open for a day and find out that 0.001 BCH has been taken from you and all your transactions are on CashFusions. Then it turns out that when you try to consolidate them, everyone who was using CashFusion doesn't appear now, apparently satisfied. Privacy is best when others want to be private, guys.

@RowanSkie

Well, crap, I didn't realize I got my $2 payment, haha.

@RowanSkie

This chamber is dead and full of spam now. Haha.

@RowanSkie

I'm tempted to create my own chamber but then spammers would floor that chamber and then it would just be generally useless.

@RowanSkie

I'm really, really, really, really tempted to buy something with my BCH, but then it's close to 0.6 BCH. I could knock my money back to 0.55 BCH, or maybe stick it to 0.5 BCH permanently, but then all the stuff I just wanted to buy are Steam gift cards.

@RowanSkie

Question for Spicetrader: When does the DV token pay whatever it pays? I did buy 2,880,711 DV from memo.cash.

@RowanSkie

Fun Fact of the day: Having subscribers is good. Losing subscribers because you finished some work or anything is even better. Of course, that means you're a writer who posts chapters. Seriously guys, think who to subscribe.

@RowanSkie

I love when the price crashes. It means I can get more BCH, which means I can save more. Granted, it won't ever be back to $300 levels as it used to be (or else that'd mean the exchanges are down or something), but then my ultimate goal now is to get 0.6 BCH and spend the heck out of anything that adds it. Because I don't think I can get to 1 BCH now, plus the fact that 1 BCH means you own 1 of the 21 million that will ever exist.

@RowanSkie

Sometimes I miss the varying tips people give to people here. But since everyone just has heart tips, well, it'll be sometime before it gets fully used up then everyone will be gone. Does anyone know if Simon accepts donations to the tip fund? I want to contribute, even if it helps for only a few hours.

@RowanSkie

$1,300 is now the new $300. Change my mind.

@RowanSkie

Okay guys, what's more profitable when buying Steam games? A gift card? Or a game key?

@RowanSkie

Trading < Hodl < Spend and Replace. Something to think of is the fact that we still think of crypto as an asset that you use to get rich. Crypto is an asset that is used to trade with items that gives it value. Cryptocurrencies are currencies. And Bitcoin Cash is the only one so far that has worked it out.

@RowanSkie

Bug Report/Suggestion: When I heart my post but renoised, make the tip go to the renoiser, not me.

@RowanSkie

So guys, I had the most wasteful idea using NFTs. Support tickets.

@RowanSkie

So I actually went to check a magic 8 ball if the price will go up more today for kicks. It said "sings point to yes".

@RowanSkie

With BCH price going high enough to reach the $2k barrier, I've moved my minimum payment from $2 to $2.5. I need at least 0.001 BCH, damn it.

@RowanSkie

And now people around me can't seem to withdraw and deposit BCH to PHP. Anyone have a good replacement with Coins.ph?

@RowanSkie

You know, it's so weird. Checking my SLP Deposit wallet, apparently I once received 0.01 LITH rewards.

@RowanSkie

Let us congratulate our BTC friends for getting their mempool small enough that their blocks are full of 1 sat/vbyte+ blocks again.

@RowanSkie

I have to admit, BCH price getting 1/3 on the way to the ATH that was created due to overhype seems to be weird in my opinion. Plus that also means we need to reconsider how big fees should be. Hmm... Okay, now I'm curious. How does a 1 sat/transaction work in your opinion, guys?

@RowanSkie

And now, we're back at ~$1,300. Told ya guys that it's the new ~$300.

@RowanSkie

The price shifting reminds me of when I play Elite: Dangerous. Basically, on that game, I have a ship that uses stars for fuel. Sometimes I do a perfect run, going around the sun to scoop until the fuel is full which saves me credits. Sometimes, well, I get too close and burn, and when I return to the station, I lose more credits than I should've just bought them.

@RowanSkie

Alright, so, BCHD, Bitcoin Unlimited, Knuth, and BCHN have released May 15-compliant nodes. Non-consensus though. How about others? Also, when is the bridge so everyone can use other software instead of BCHN?

@RowanSkie

Also, since the price is around $1,300 again, I've removed the extra 50 cents from my minimum payment. All for ~0.001 BCH/ 1 mBCH per payout.

@RowanSkie

So, for those who went 1 BCH, I have to ask you all. Where are you using it? The reason I can't go 1 BCH is because I use it slowly enough.

@RowanSkie

I have realized I can buy a gun with at least 0.1 BCH. No, guys, don't do it.

@RowanSkie

Hmm... you know, it's really amazing how BCH is still flying around $1,300. The fact that the system is so gameable by simply listening to BTC's calls and reacting a few seconds after it happened makes you rich... So, does anyone have any ideas for good adoption for BCH? Besides showing stuff.

@RowanSkie

Taken notice that Coins.ph's BCH can't still be moved until today. I might go and put it to XRP, then to an exchange, then to BCH but... Hey, looks like XRP still exists!

@RowanSkie

So weird using Coins.ph today. Basically, with BCH withdrawals down (suspiciously, also their ETH as well), I used my XRP wallet (which I activated before). Then, I sent those XRP to CoinEx, exchanged it for BCH (and took a few more via CET), then withdrew it to my wallet. Result? Well, A bit over 0.002 BCH.

@RowanSkie

Tempted to run Detoken.net and get me a hedge. But then hedge fees will be high because a lot of people are hedging.

@RowanSkie

A good argument is when you manage to agree on something, either on your idea or their idea. Change my mind.

@RowanSkie

Road to 1 BCH is back on track, baby! Price is now crashing to $1,000, which means I can finally return counting via 1 mBCH = ~$1.

@RowanSkie

Lyrics of the day: Take my hand it's time to leave From now on to eternity Oh, we all know it gets hard to breathe And how we got here is a mystery So we leave the world we know behind Behind There's so much there to see I hope you'll find what you're looking for Song: Forgét Mej - Not Alone

@RowanSkie

There are so many things at the moment that I don't know if I should go and tip or I should go and do it. Granted, they're all deadlines marked today and tomorrow are the exams after yesterday was a holiday and today was full of local blackouts.

@RowanSkie

Bitcoin Cash at ~$1,300. Seems to be normal now.

@RowanSkie

By the way guys, the fact that we can only tip in QR code is like, peak tipping. The site should encourage it more.

@RowanSkie

Due to government shenanigans, there are two types of cryptocurrency users: 1. The Majority, also known as the investors, speculators, the ones that treat crypto as some stock and repeatedly trade it. 2. The Minority, the true users of cryptocurrency, crypto-anarchists, cypherpunks, and those who use cryptocurrency as a payment solution and peer-to-peer cash. Which are you?

@RowanSkie

And now, some updated PSA for any newcomers for noise.cash that may notice this post when they join: Always remember to create good posts and mark your minimum payments at a good obtainable price! By creating good posts and not randomly commenting, you increase the chance of people actually tipping you with hearts and the system not flagging you as spam. By setting your minimum payment to a sensible price, say $1, you will be able to get more when it's time to move it.…

@RowanSkie

Alright guys, change my mind. The best way to beg is to not beg.

@RowanSkie

Okay, so fun fact. You're not gonna see me talk in Filipino unless there's no other way. That's how bad English is.

@RowanSkie

So guys, if you play Elite: Dangerous, it means you know what I mean with this: o7

@RowanSkie

Unfortunately, I had to buy a Steam gift card because Elite: Dangerous Odyssey is about to release, and apparently I can't join with the other Horizons players. Plus also first person on space.

@RowanSkie

Really need to write some article so I can get at least $5 back. It's what I can do. So, I will now do myself a noise.cash review.

@RowanSkie

Posting this image so I can save it for later. But this is what newcomers see now: We can do better than that, guys...

@RowanSkie

Do You Really Earn? - A Noise.Cash Review Let's talk about noise.cash, the project created by Simon after read.cash and mainnet. While I would write a more formal review on such matters like TxStreet or BCH.games, this will be a bit more nuanced and informal, as this is about another site created by Simon himself. Now, unto the matters itself. Noise.cash is an amazing Twitter alternative, and that's a fact. Noise.cash is Twitter that pays, and that's what made people flock…

@RowanSkie

Okay, so my life in Elite: Dangerous right now is that I retrofitted my exploration vessel with cabins to help a broken starport. Dunno how it's worse than real-life rescue operations.

@RowanSkie

I'll never get 1 BCH. Why? I keep using it. Use your BCH guys, even if it's only just as little as 0.001 BCH.

@RowanSkie

Has anyone tried to check if the 50-utxo transaction limit is gone? It would be nice if someone checks it.

@RowanSkie

Something I have realized is that I've never much created an article that's worth more than a dollar based on the Random Rewarder bots on my account. Seems fair to me.

@RowanSkie

Hmm... Can't say I really like when you guys only focus on price then back out, okay?

@RowanSkie

Seriously, guys, I have a poll. It's for a good cause. www.strawpoll.me/45275329

@RowanSkie

So... I've set my Electron Cash to read as mBCH, and immediately I find a much accurate price range. Apparently 1 mBCH/0.001 BCH is $1.24.

@RowanSkie

You know you're an Elite: Dangerous player if you understand the next sentence: It's so bloody hard when you have to keep jumping towards large systems when your fuel tank is low and all you have is a Diamondback Explorer while Thargoids are everywhere hyperdicting people off witchspace/hyperspace.

@RowanSkie

Bonus from last post, and I might tip you 1 mBCH if you have actually experienced this: Warning, capital class signature detected. Warning, capital class signature detected. Frameshift drive charging.

@RowanSkie

Okay, I'm definitely getting a new read.cash account for my Elite: Dangerous shenanigans.

@RowanSkie

Who Really Are You? Sometimes you look at yourself and ask, "who am I?". Of course, when you do that, you will answer yourself and say "I am me." But then as you walk out of your room, your comfort zone, is it still you? Or is it someone else who pretends and thinks it is you? Of course, you don't know if you are you. Sometimes what you think is you isn't you and what isn't you is you. How will you know that you aren't you? You don't know, but then the people who aren't you…

@RowanSkie

I have a sad feeling that BCH will return to $1,000 before bouncing back hard. So I just wasted my 100 mBCH short I placed today. Well, at least it works!

@RowanSkie

I should've spotted the three peaks bull signal. Crap. Detoken still doesn't have their cancel button yet. Argh. Alright, there goes 0.1 BCH.

@RowanSkie

You know the irony of hedging in Detoken? You're getting the same money, not the same BCH. This is really my fault, should've kept put.

@RowanSkie

Okay, so, the current plan is to ride it out and hope that the bull signal doesn't reach $1.8k, I would very like to have at least 0.05 from that mistake.

@RowanSkie

I really like when BCH is set as mBCH, it really shows how close it currently is to $1 USD.

@RowanSkie

Taken notice Bitcoin dominance at yearly low lately.

@RowanSkie

POV: You're heading to a very far place. Very, very far. Damn that pirate...

@RowanSkie

Securing the Unsecure - Boons of the May 2021 Upgrade Let's start with some mood boosters because this is a happy post for everyone, developer or merchant otherwise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VieIk9rjCos (Ignore the demon girl in a maid suit.) Everyone probably doesn't know what had just recently happened, but let me tell you anyway. Last May 15, 2021, Bitcoin Cash had a non-consensus upgrade that only had two things: Multiple OP_RETURN outputs. Removal of the 50-utxo…

@RowanSkie

Let me tell you a story of Elite: Dangerous, and why it is cool. It has simulated most, if not all the stars in the galaxy.

@RowanSkie

Everyone, everyone, doesn't worry about the price! We can all handle it, all we need to do is use it as normal and buy more if need be. Unless of course, your normal usage of Bitcoin Cash isn't using it as cash so...

@RowanSkie

Really tempted to put my minimum payment to a dollar now that we are back at the $1,000 level. But hey, that's just me, and my Detoken short/hedge has been booming a bit.

@RowanSkie

You know the hard thing when using Detoken? When you're checking the price and it's all in your favor yet the time left is higher than 5 blocks/an hour. Hopefully we get some stabilized block propagation for the next 4 hours...

@RowanSkie

I remember the good ol' days when the price was at $300, I was proud back then. But now seeing the price of my held coins at $1,000+, well... I now have a bit more than I can chew. I wonder if the market would crash and a lot of hedges get claimed right now? That'd be an amazing recovery afterward. Too bad Detoken doesn't seem to influence the price.

@RowanSkie

My hedge will be dead for the next few hours, haha.

@RowanSkie

So, I was like, "my hedge is dead", and BCH price be like, "no, have 0.01 BCH for trying" and now I see the price is low enough. 9 blocks left...

@RowanSkie

Okay, you know what would be more impressive? BCH staying at $1,000 while BTC dips lower. That will be impressive, fun to watch, and also increases our dominance.

@RowanSkie

I'd rather not make the price crash to $800, really...

@RowanSkie

So I was afraid the price of BCH will dip $1,000 on Detoken and found it bounced back to ~$1,030. Phew.

@RowanSkie

$1,000 support broken. Welcome back to < $1,000 land. Prepare your butts.

@RowanSkie

Okay, if BitPay's price calculation dips to $800 levels and our prices go down, we're gonna be ruined. And the guy who went long against my hedge will be mad.

@RowanSkie

It's always the last 6 blocks that worry me when using Detoken.

@RowanSkie

I have realized I can buy myself unlimited premium for XSplit VCam. Just need to wait for Detoken to finish and prices to stabilize. Sort of.

@RowanSkie

2 block left before my Detoken contract is done. 2 blocks left before I get my BCH back. 2 blocks left before I send it to Coins.ph again to get Xsplit VCam permanent again ;-;

@RowanSkie

I just realized why I managed to get a 0.90% premium. A lot of people were going Long on Detoken.

@RowanSkie

I would be surprised if the next block, the price based on BitPay is less than $1,000. My Detoken contract's almost over.

@RowanSkie

Okay, 1 USDT is equal to $1.05 right now. This is your Tether, everyone.

@RowanSkie

So, what's the best course of action when showing off things? Posting it here? Posting it somewhere? Show offline friends? not really sure.

@RowanSkie

Ever had that feeling that when the price goes $10,000 it means that Bitcoin Cash has won?

@RowanSkie

Guys, change my mind. If there's only one developer team, it's centralized.
