In sub arachnoid hemorrhage increase the intra cranial pressure, some times it happen for meningitis,

Or sometimes it’s happen for stroke/cerebral ischemia / brain ischemia.

How can you identify sub arachnoid hemorrhag?

1. Patients have severe headache which called thunderclap headache.

2.vomiting(this is for increase intra cranial pressure)

3.patients loss his/her consciousness

4.photophobia of patients.

How can you definitely diagnosis sub arachnoid hemorrhag?

1.CT scan(non contrast)

2.by lumber puncher
