What are the causes of arachnoid hemorrhag? 1.trauma. 2.Rupture of 85% aneurysm. Sub arachnoid hemorrhage some times Associated with 1.Ehler Denlus syndrome 2.polycystic kidney disease. 3.excessive alcohol consumption. Why sub arachnoid hemorrhage is important? In sub arachnoid hemorrhage increase the intra cranial pressure, some times it happen for meningitis, Or sometimes it’s happen for stroke/cerebral ischemia / brain ischemia. How can you identify sub arachnoid hemorrhag? 1. Patients have severe headache which called thunderclap headache. 2.vomiting(this is for increase intra cranial pressure) 3.patients loss his/her consciousness 4.photophobia of patients.
