Things that I Experience in Tutoring Modules In this kind of situation and if we talk about studying we all know how hard is this in every students and as their Parents you need to teach them and it is your responsibility because they didn't know or they can't learn on their own. As an Older cousin, it is also my responsibility to help my younger cousin in their modules. I teach them what I learned and what I know because their parents cannot do that they are busy in their works so while I have time, I help their children in studying because I also experience teaching before and that is when we do a Work Immersion. Do you know that I can feel the pain, pressure, and hard to understand and study their Modules? Because when I see their module's Lessons in every subject I lost my words because even I, I need to review one by one their subjects before teach it to them in the whole day because their lesson is very difficult than what I expected. Some of the lessons of Elementary Grade like Grade 6, we didn't study that before and we study that when we are High School so i am surprised that their Modules is hard and they already studying that Lessons. At First, I expect that I will enjoy teaching my cousins. However, I exprienced a lot of different situation and feeling in teaching them. I was so happy that I can share what I learned to them but it is very hard to teach them because they are very stubborn and making their study funny and taking it seriously. Actually if you will teach you need a **Patience** to your students you need to understand them and be humble and not be angry in the same time. You can mad to them if they are so very very stubborn but you cannot lay your hands to them just give them a small warning to listen. While I teach my cousin, I think that I can now understand how hard to be a Teacher. The feeling of being a teacher to your student and the way you teach them. It is very exhausted because you will review their Subjects, Imagine 8 subjects *(Math,Filipino,Science,English,Ap,T.L.E,MAPEH, and EsP)* and you are just the only one who will teach them. After you will review the Module you will take down notes how you will teach them so that they can easily understand the lesson and then you will Teach it to them in a Whole Day. I will Lie if I will say that i am not tired everyday but It is very enjoyable to do too because I can share my knowledge to them. I know that I am not that good in teaching because i am not that Genius however, I can only teach them what I know and I learned in the past and I guess that can help them in the future. While I am teaching, I also learning again. I feel like I am in the past and I also remember those memories in every subjects. I also remember what my Teachers always say to us, giving us a motivation in studying and I share it to my cousins so that they can also study well. So here are; The things that I experience In Tutoring: **Headache** - my head is always hurt because of how stubborn my cousins is. They are always make me old because of being stubborn and hard headed. They cannot listen to you at first reason why you will need to Discuss again what you say. **Lost of Voice** - I always read loud so that they can listen and pay attention to what we are studying. I was always speak loud everyday reasin why I lost my voice. **Lack of Sleep**- Everynight, I review the lessons of every subjects and make a notes so that they can understand the lesson easily and I do that after I eat my dinner and It is 7-10 pm sometimes 8-11 pm because I am solving their Math Lesson. So I don't have proper sleep. I also experience to be Mad to them however, it is just a word so that they can listen to me because it is for their own sake because studying in this time, they can ask by their teacher about this lessons in the future. If what they learned and they can study those things in the future too beacuase those lessons can be needed in their next lessons. They cannot learned the next lessons without learning their lessons in this time. It is hard to Teach but It is also Good. I don't regret helping them in their modules because I am happy to share and I can help. Thank you for Reading!

Thief People Around The Platform, Who? If you will Copy my Article please don't be shy and don't change it the words 💁🏻‍♀️ Even if you change the others it is still understandable that it is mine. In the past few days, my friends @Ruffa and @Cristy was mentioned in the articles. We didn't have a clue if why they are mentioned but when I checked those articles, I am like 🤦🏻‍♀️ that is obviously mine but they change the other words by synonyms. 🙄 Seriously? Why there is some users like that here? I know that I am not the only Person that Victimized by them. I read some short post about how the new users copying the others works by changing the language, changing the photos, changing the words, but the funny thing is, even the comments they copied it and publish it with the article that they copied lol. But the most funnier thing is @TheRandomRewarder wasting Money to them. Seriously, when this Platform will be good again? The people who are hardworking in writing their articles didn't get reward but those trash people get many many many Upvotes. Honestly, I don't like to write anymore. But i am hoping that I am still receive some Reward even if I know to myself that I am wasting my effort. To all Copy pasters, be thankful to the person that you robbed because you receive some moneys isn't that great? You don't have some mercy. Why do we Really need to Study these Subjects? Everyone did do study since parents taught them. By the help of parents to understand their children that they need to study and there are some difficulties at first because younger children didn't know about life because they enjoying being young and they are innocent at beginning. However, when someone will become in middle school, they will realize that studying is important and they will continue it until they already achieve their dreams. Now, Are you also curious before if why do we need to study those subjects that our Parents and Teachers taught us? Because I, I did think about thoughts about it. Some questions are **If is these subjects are important to life? Why I need to do assignments, activities and projects of these subjects? Why these subjects are always repeat to study? Why do I need to learn these things?** And so on. So by Writing this Article, We will going to answer those questions that I always ask to myself about subjects that we are studying. But before we will answer those questions, we will talk about our subjects in school first. Book Subjects and their Purpose: **Science and Health Education** **Why do we need to study Science?** *answer: Because* ***science*** *helps our understanding of the world around us. Everything* ***we*** *know about the universe, from how trees reproduce to what an atom is made up of, is the result of* ***scientific*** *research and experiment. Human progress throughout history has largely rested on advances in* ***science****.* **It is important to study Science?** *Answer: Of Course, we need to study Science, we cannot invented some things that we will need in everyday living, things that can make our works become easy, and know about it if how it will works, if what things do you need to make it, to study if their are some things that you didn't know how to call it and Not just things but also some medicines to our health. Without science, we didn't know how to do if someone is ill, if what to do to cure some illness that we didn't know.* **Mathematics** **Why do we need to Study Math?** *Answer:* ***math*** *helps us to have a better problem-solving skills. It help us helps us think analytically and have better reasoning abilities. Analytical thinking refers to the ability to think critically about the world around us. Analytical and reasoning skills are essential because they help us solve problems and look for solutions.* **It is Important to study Math?** *Answer: Yes, it is important because without studying it, we didn't know if how to count in our fingers and in books and because it is written everywhere. It is important to study math because we need it in everyday needs.* `For example: Your mother was busy and she don't have time to go in supermarket. She need your help to buy the things that needed in your house for foods everyday and she give you a budget money. In buying and paying, you need to calculate the prices of the items that you will buy so that, you know if there are still change or not or if you are good at saving money, you can do a calculation and you will choose some items that are less price. So you know how much money you will spent.` **Music and Arts** **Why do we need to Study Music and Arts?** *Answer:* ***Art*** *and* ***Music*** *Improves Language and Reading Skills* *For young children, making* ***arts*** *provides opportunities for language development. Toddlers learn words for colors and shapes as they create* ***art****. If* ***you want*** *to encourage language learning, communication, and reading in your kids,* ***art*** *and* ***music*** *are essential.* **It is Important to study Music and Arts?** *Answer: Yes. We can't live without music and arts in our life. Music is very important because we cannot identify the sounds that we hear without knowing about if what is the sound of that and we cannot also identify things if we didn't know the basic shapes. Arts is also important because it is well connected to colors and things that we always see in our vision. Without Arts, you cannot describe the thing, without learning Music and arts you will not be creative in making sounds, and draw things.* **English and other Languages** **Why do we need to study English and other languages?** *Answer: Actually, It is not really important to study other languages it is just an optional to us if we want to learn or study other country's languages. But we want and needed it because it is very important to learn how to Read, Write, and to Communicate with others.* **It is important to Study English and other Languages?** *Answer: Yes. Because we cannot talk or communicate to other people if we cannot study and learn other languages. It is needed for better communication. Without studying it, we cannot understand other people. We cannot also read the important things in every places that we go.* **Physical Education** **Why do we need to study Physical Education?** *Answer: Because* ***Physical education*** *explicitly teaches the* ***necessary*** *knowledge and skills for working with and relating to others, and provides the learning opportunities to develop these skills. It enables the development of leadership and teamwork skills and encourages students to transfer knowledge to other learning areas.* **It is important to study Physical Education?** *Answer: Yes, it is important because we needed to learn how to take care of our self. Because sometimes, Physical Education teach us to know how to balance our diet like what Exercises can we do like doing or playing sports can also make us exercise. Speaking of sports, we can also use our knowledge if we know how to play sports and use it in contests, it is also an achievement and ambitions to become and Athlete*. **Technology and Livelihood Education (T.L.E)** **Why do we need to study T.L.E?** *Answer: Because this subject can teach us in different important and basic chores in our house. In Philippines, students in our country is teaching how to do right Farming and planting because our country esp. in some provinces has a Farms and mountains. It can be use to help their parents in rice fields and planting some vegetables in their farms so that they will be know how to live in the future in a simple life. It can also use in doing businesses when they would like. Not just planting and Farming but T.L.E can also teach us in Computers. Like it is a basic education or being an I.T and we can use it in studying that course in college and not just that, T.L.E can also teach us about Things in the kitchen that neede to cook and it will teach us how to cook , and this is related to the course of H.R.M.* *That's why T.L.E is Technology and Livelihood Education because it is a study of Technology and studying in Living that teaching us to do some basic things that needed in the house.* **It is important to study T.L.E ?** *Answer: Yes. Because T.L.E can be useful to other things. Not just somewhere but it is helpful to young people to help their parents in their houses and this subject can also have a chances. Studying FBS in Tesda if you can't afford studying college and it is can be use in working if you don't have a work. Like Working in the Restaurants and hotels.* We have some many different and Kind of subjects however, it is also all well connected in this subjects that I mentioned above so I don't need to mentioned them all because it is also relatable in all of that subjects. Now, can We answer the questions that i mentioned in the top? Questions and Answers: **If these subjects are Important in our Life?** **Answer:** *Yes. It is Important to learn all of these because we needed it. Even if you say that you don't needed it, why do I need to study this? in the future, you will understand if why. Because all of these ate needed in to our life living. It can be really uselful for us to study it because if we don't, we will regreted it in the future.* Don't be just like me, because I choose to study in Grade 12 a General academic strand than Technology, Vacational and Livelihood Education Strand and After 2 years I study TESDA with my sister and we study about lessons that can be learned in T.V.L which is why I regreted to not choose that course in Senior High School however, it is okay because I study the both different courses that can be useful for me in the future. **Why do we need to do activities and assignments of these subjects?** Answer: *Because doing assignments and activities can make us learned by using our own knowledge. Activities and assignments can make us learn what we know about some things what they teach to us. Because sometimes, not just in studying with our teacher and discussion by our teacher in our school can make us learned. We can also make our self learned by the things that we know and this can help us to have out our knowledge.* In after assignments and activities, you will realize that, that is why they teach us the lesson because all of the teachers lessons that they give to us is have a hidden meanings and clues. That's why I like doing activities because our teacher was giving some hints that will connected in the lesson. **Why all of these subjects are always repeated to study?** Answer: *It is not repeated. It is an Levels of studying like they are slowly teaching us from basics to hardest lessons.* `For example: Grade 1-3 Math lessons will teach about and how Plus (+), Minus (-), divide, Multiply (x) and in Grade 4 you will study about fractions and when you will in the High School you will study the geometry and it is the start of hardest lessons in Math.` `When you will realized that all of these subjects that have Mathematics are connected.` *Same with the other subjects, maybe we will learned it again and again however it is because it is connected to the lessons and we cannot learned another lessons without the learning of the previous lessons.* **Why Do we need to learn all of these things?** Answer: *Because without learning these things, we don't know anything. It is connected in our life living. We cannot do the things that we do in this world without learning it. We will be clueless if we didn't learn and know about the important things. Imagine yourself if we didn't have those subjects, maybe we:* Can't understand our self and others Didn't understand the life living, and we Don't understand the world that we belong. A subject without learning other subject cannot be understandable. Every subjects that we study has a connected. `For example: We need Math to calculate one of the lesson in the subject, Science. Because we also study Science with Mathematics.` `Another one is we cannot read the other subject without learning English and other Languages.` Of course about Grades and Points, it is just a number. It is not a Basis of being genius or stupid the important thing is you study well and learned. You know how to live and achieve the dreams using what you learned. And that's all for today's topic. The Vloggers Advertise about Earning platforms, Do you Trust them? In this time of pandemic, I already said in my past articles here that some of us is hard working in finding works. We cannot go out everywhere because we are not sure if some places are safe or not. So while we are staying at home we need to find works that can make our life survive in this kind of situation. Working at Home is the best optional that you can do to this kind of situation while you are at home, you will earn money. We can do many works while staying at home like you can use your talent in cooking, making face masks using cloth, having a small Canteen, and so on. But we cannot really satisfied because we cannot really earn enough money due to many people cannot also has a money in this moment. So, some of us search some online jobs where you can earn money and this earning applications, and platforms was become trend online in social media esp. in facebook. Actually, we cannot really find a legit earning applications or platform. It is hard to believe in people you don't know in social media if their applications or platforms that they are using is really a legit paying because some people that using earning applications or platforms didn't really know about applications or platforms that they are using if it is really a legit or not because some of them didn't checking the background of what they are using and they are just looking in money that they will earn. Before we jump to our main Topic about this article, we should talk about some people that doing advertisement or endorsement of earning applications or platforms that they are using in every social media. 1. Why people Endorse the earning Application or platform that they are using? One of the reason why there are some many people that do endorsing or advertise about earning apps or platforms that they are using is because they are using a refferal needed application. **What is Refferal and it's use?** There are many types of refferal: sometimes it is code number, words or random letters plus numbers and link it is depends in application or platform that you are using if what type of refferal do they have. The use of this is to gain or invite more people to join and use the application or platform. It is also use so that you can withdraw your money that you earn in the platform or application. **Is Application or Platforms that have a refferal is legit paying?** Not all of applications and platforms that have a refferals is really a legit paying. Some applications in Google play is the most worst paying application. Like when we needed some 30-40 persons to invite to join in some earning applications that you are using to withdraw money, it is not really a legit. You know some creators of the scam apps, the more users of their platforms and applications, the more they earn and not the people who are using it will earn the money. Not just in the applications but also in the websites do that. Watching a videos from youtube, typing a code number, etc. That needed invite using your refferal. **Why do we need Refferal?** Not just becase it is needed to withdraw your money but your invites can also added to your earning. You will need to complete tasks, playing pets, or any type of games that you will need to save money. **Typing Codes-** typing a given codes the more you type codes, the more you earn money **Using skills-** there are some many applications or platforms that needed your skills. Like this ReadCash, you can use your talent in writing and they will pay you a money. 2. Who are the Persons that doing endorsement or advertising earning applications or platforms? We have some many different types of people who are doing endorsement and advertising the earning applications or platforms that they are using. **1.The People who didn't know about the earning Applications that they are using** They are the type of people who didn't check the backgrounds and they didn't study well about the applications/platforms yhat they are using. They are just blinded by the people in social media who advertise and endorse their apps/platforms that their using and they are just focusing in how much money they will earn. **2.The People who are Just New in this kind of work** When the pandemic is still not spread everywhere, many people didn't really interested to this kind of work. Some people didn't really know that this thing is really exists. Because they would think that it is a scam and waste of time, well they know that in the first place but they are still trying in this moment that they are in need. Another reason is, they didn't know about earning bitcoins and Cryptocurrency. They just know that it is a earning and paying but they didn't know if how they will recieving their income, or how the applications or platforms they are using work. **3.Vloggers in Youtube** Not just random people in social media like facebook, will have some people who are doing endorsement or advertisement of many earning applications or platforms we have some many people in youtube too. Using some earning applications/platforms and they will review it in their Vlog and share it to their viewers. Now that we are talking about Vloggers, we can now talk our Main topic to this article: **"Vloggers in Youtube that that advertising about earning platforms, Do you Trust them?"** Not all of the Vloggers that sharing some earning platforms can be really Trusted in this kind of work. Well, because I have some `Possible Reasons` why they do share it to everyone this kind of work aside from the reason that they want to help. **1.They do it as one of their content to earn viewers and subscribers** This is one of the reason why they do share about this kind of content. To review the application or platforms to earn some many subscribers and viewers of their account so that they can earn in youtube and not because of the applications and platforms that they are using. **2.They will invite people to add or use their Refferal link to earn more** Like I said, Refferals can be use to earn more money or pays in earning applications or platforms. So when they will do a content in their vlog about the earning applications or platforms that they are using they will share their refferal link in their description box and or they will pinned it in the comment. So that they will earn more money. The more people they invites the more people they will earn. Now let's talk about if they are really trusted in **reviewing applications** I can tell that Not all Vloggers cannot really trusted in reviewing some earning applications. Why? **Reasons:** **They have some many earning applications and platforms that they are using. It is very obvious that they didn't earn the money(s) in their Application bank.** Because they are using different kind of applications and platforms in a month. Well, I am not convinced to them by how they earn the money or proofs that they are sharing in their videos like their are possibility that some of them just withdraws a money and save it to their wallet in their applications like GCash , Paypal, or CoinsPh. **It is Possible that the money that they earned is sponsored.** Because it is not obvious to them that they are using the applications or platforms in a month, days, weeks. Like I am a user too I have some many online jobs and I joined many earning websites but i cannot balance my time in one day of using them and i cannot even save so much money individually. It is very obvious to them that they didn't work hard for it and it is also a possible reasons why they earn so much money in their proofs is because they advertise or endorse the applications in their Youtube channel so that they earn many invites and they earn so many many money. **Vlogger's Proof of earning and paying is Really True?** Well If the video is really really long time ago, and they are not new in earning online job sites. I can tell that they can really recieve their earnings and pays from the application/platforms that they use. Because not all of the applications that they are using before is still paying right now. If you are wondering why their are some earning applications and websites that made a long long time ago and it is still working, but not paying in the right time, it's because they became not active anymore even if they are still working and do you think it can still pays but when you reach the minimium withdrawal, you didn't pay out the money and do you think it is scam. They are legit but not active in paying anymore. Their are also some applications and platforms that they reviews that it is really a scam. I just wondering if the earning applications and platforms are different from past and right now. Because their are so many scam applications that invented everywhere and it is really funny because they are all new and obvious that theirapplications qn platforms is scams. It is really made this applications and platforms to scam people who are new in this job. **How to Review if the application or platform that you will use is a scam or legit?** **Applications and platforms are legit paying** `IF the pays that they give is small and hard to earn.` You cannot earn the pay that they give in just a short period of time and you need to put some hard work for it. And **you can tell that the application and platforms are scam by opposite** like they will make your eyes money bill because `they can give so much money and the task that you will just do to earn that is simple and not hard. You can also earn that in a short period of time` plus some of them has a advertisements about the applications that also a scam. It is obvious that sll of that applications are the same and it is made by the same creator. Well not just that. It is also have some many applications and websites that you will need to pay money to join. Well it is not the applications or platforms will be blamed for it but the users that using it and add some more rules to everyone to it for example: Like what you are seeing above. There is someone who did it first like that someone add a rules and add a money to join the others to it because the application or website that--that someone joined or using is not really a paying application or platform. Like that someone really know that it is scam so by how that someone will earn, that someone add a rule which is the person(s) that that someone invite will pay a money so that, that someone will give the link to the person and will join it. Same goes to that someome invites they will repeat it, the more they invites the more they earn money and they didn't realized that they become scammers. So if you will join to some earning websites, applications or platforms, etc. That if what you will call it make sure to check their background first. It is very important to know about it the history, about the costumers reviews and please avoid joining to the any earning applications, websites, platforms, etc. That needed a pay to join. Because you cannot earn just because of the applications, websites, platforms, etc. By it but to invite and to scam many people. And for about the vloggers that advertise and endorse some earning and paying platforms you can try the applications or what they are using if it is really legit or not and you can also read some comments about the video if there are some thoughts about it from people who use it and try it first. Tropical Cyclone 'Pepito' effect in the Philippines, Part of Luzon Yesterday, I post about the coming typhoon in our Country. I also announced that our province was be affected because it is one of those places that the typhoon likes to target. Well, the Typhoon already land in some part of Luzon last night and I also feel the typhoon's strong rainfall and it is very hurt in my ears last night and I can't sleep due to very cold wind plus my cat is sleeping in my neck. Earlier, I watch a News and it is about some areas that affected by the typhoon *"Pepito".* Of course, News should be very updated about important matters. So when I was watching, I am not shock because it is not new to me, if what happening when there are typhoons and disasters that happening in each places that affected and we are all experience this kind of situation. But there are some part of me feels very sad while watching the News because: 1.Rice Farmers suffer huge losses due to the recent Typhoon According to the news, many Rice farmers losses a huge amount and the damage to agriculture in areas affected by the back-to-back typhoons was estimated at about *9 million pesos.* The tropical Storm *"Pepito"* will likely affect the harvesting of '*palay*' resulting in losses for farmers. It is also said that it is due to lack of post-harvest equipment and facilities, farmers will have to harvest their palay earlier than scheduled so as not to incur more losses. 2.Many Families Lost their Home It is not new to everyone suffers a lot of lost esp. of the things that important, houses, businesses, and lives. When we have some typhoon in our country, we experience a lot of difficulties. Some areas in the places in that affected by the typhoon *'Pepito'* was experience of Flooding esp. the most dangerous places like mountains and higher places that can cause a flood because of the heavy rains and dangerous wind. In the news, some families was experience losing their home due to the flood that cause by the tropical cyclone, Pepito and they experience a higher water flood so that the emergency in-charge in their places was rescue the people who will willing to go in evacuation centers. Until now, they still experience a difficult living that cause by the Typhoon. 3.The Place of Negros Occidental experience two dangerous disaster, Tornado and Typhoon Pepito This was the news that makes me shock because it is very difficult for the people living in the place of Negros Occidental,Philippines that they will fighting with the two dangerous disaster in their areas. According to the news, In Bacolod City- **Forty-eight houses were reportedly hit by a tornado**, destroying seven and **damaging 41 others in two areas in Negros Occidental**, last saturday morning. Of the total figure, **31 houses of those affected were in Pontevedra town** and **17 others in La Carlota City.** It is also said that, the *tornado* or severe wind was caused by the enhanced southwest monsoon or *'habagat'.* The tornado was passed by the said village around 10:30 a.m., hitting houses mostly made of light materials and the three other trees were also uprooted and fell on some of the houses and they also said that the clearing operation is ongoing. Flooding was also reported at Brgy. San Juan due to storm surge. It is said that 36 families were affected by the ankle high-water level in the said coastal village and it is also said by the head of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office **(MDRRMO),** that they were supposed to have forced evacuation but the water slowly subsided. The number 3 news was very worst happened during this Typhoon. Because the tornado is also added as another dangerous sitwasyon that they face. It is hard to hard to live in this kind of situation because we are all suffering in COVid-19, and it is still not safe for us everywhere then we have this disaster again making us more hard to live because many places was lost many things that so important to them and everyone cannot also able to eat due to the pandemic then it makes the situation worst when the Typhoon comes. The rice fields of Rice Farmers that can be helped them to live, also gone due to this typhoon. I don't know if what will happened next. It feels like we are facing more and more difficult situation in this year, 2020. Many things happened, we lost many people lives, important things, and destroyed the things that we need in living. I hope that disasters will end. I know that we can't avoid it because we are also in fault why this is happening to us. Hello Everyone! We have a Typhoon here at our Country, Philippines. The Typhoon was named Pepito and he is attacking the head of the Philippines, Part of Luzon. So as of now, our Province was announced that we are Signal #2. Which is the reason why we are preparing for it. Earlier, My Auncles and Grandfather was cutting the Trees because it can cause a dangerous effect in our house because it is near to our house roof and I helped my grandmother to fix the Windows to avoid the rain entering in the rooms. It is not really dangerous in our area because we are living and sorrounded by many trees, plants and mountains. However, maybe we can still experience a very scary blows of winds and rains. Vlogger Doctors who are sharing Information about Health Cares in Youtube, Should you Believe? In this time, We are going to talk about the issue in every social media platform. This is about those vloggers in social media who is aiming to be a Doctor because they are giving some information about medicines about our health conditions. But before that, I will give a word of warning before we proceed in our topic. Before reading this, I should let you know that this is just my **PERSONAL OPINION**. We are free to speak our Opinion about some issues esp. when we are talking about important matters about our Health, country, self, etc. You can have your own opinion, and I will have my own. So recently, I am reading some posts about this two Doctors issue. This two vloggers is talking about medicines because they are both Doctors and they are giving some information about medicines about health conditions in Youtube. I know that you also reach of this news because every social media have this News every where. Well, I will just talk about the issue but I also will add if Which of these two Doctors should you will believe. The First Doctor was Doctor Adam Smith or also known as DOC ADAM. https://youtu.be/yF8JvMd7Lig He is a Doctor Vlogger who is giving some advices about Health. His love for the Filipino people started during his visits here for medical missions. **He noticed that medical knowledge is very limited in many places here which is why he makes it his mission to educate the Pinoys to become healthier through his vlogs.** When you watch his videos, he is speaking in tagalog so that everyone will understand what he is trying to say or explain to everyone because it is an important topic, health is very important. According to what I search about Doc Adam, he completed General Practice Training in Sheffield, England. He have experience in *palliative medicine*, *medicine of the elderly*, *family medicine*, *emergency medicine*, *respiratory medicine, gastroenterology and Woman’s health.* He have been a doctor for over 10 years working throughout the UK before he made the move to Melbourne in 2016. He worked on several charity missions in the Philippines so that he is speaking tagalog in his vlogs. Why Doc Adam is Doing Vlogs in Youtube about Health? Because this is his purpose why he is Doing Vlogs about health. Because he is concern in every Filipinoes Health because he think that Philippines was lack of information and study about Health. Actually, Doc Adam was one of those Kind hearted Doctors in other country that helped many Filipino who can't afford medicines and going to Hospitals. He also give some free consultation and organized many charity for the people in the Philippines. If you watch his vlogs in Youtube, you can watch a lot of his Vlogs about Health which is very nice because you can learn some information about health conditions and he is really giving some Good Advices about our health. She is doing Vlogs and sharing some health information, and medicines about some health situations like Doc Adam. **Is she is a legit Doctor?** According to what everyone watched in her Vlogs, Farrah will not consider as a Doctor because she is sharing a False information and knowledge of medicines in different kind of Health situation and/Or condition. There is no study about what she is recommending medicines and it is obvious that she is lack of study in Medicine and she is just using this job to earn money. Obviously, she is a Scammer and a Fake Doctor. Even if she send a photo that she studied in Harvard University, but it looks like she is just registered online class in Hardvard website cost $49 usd. You can read some many people sharing their experiences about Farrah in some social media(s) because their are a lot of people victimized by this kind of false information and tips that she advice in her Youtube channel. You cannot blame them because this girl who they think she is a legit Doctor about Health. Doc Adam vs. Doc Farrah Issue The social media went crazy when the two doctor was debating about their work or job. Doc Adam just create a vlog and he review many Health Vloggers who is doing or giving false information about health medicines and I don't think that Doc Adam is doing wrong because he just correcting their mistakes and informations that they share because all of these scam people who is aiming to be a health doctors is giving some wrong informations of medicines which is dangerous to all viewers. Doc Farrah was mad because Doc Adam just correcting her mistakes and false informations because he is Concerns in everyones health and he is just sharing what he studied because he didn't study 10 years of medicines for nothing. Not Just Doc Farrah was angry to Him but also those people who was mentioned to his vlogs who is sharing about false information of medicines and about health. Of course, They are mad because they are corrected by the true and legit doctor who study well about medicine and you can watch in Doc Adam's Vlog if who are them because I will not gonna mentioned them here. My Opinion if you will believe in Vlogger Doctors who are sharing some information about health Care For me in my opinion, You should be a genius one in researching about some medicines and health cares because Health Care is really important and you should not give your 100% trust or believe in those random Doctors in social media who is sharing some information about Medicines or Health Care because we cannot guarantee if they are really a true Doctors or expert in medicines. We should just trust a True Doctor who is have a good back ground, Research is important. If they have a Persional Biography about their Job and they really have a information background about where they study, and where they Working right now, etc. It can help you to see if they are really an expert in Health Cares or not. Just like Doc Adam. Doc Adam has a Background and he is really serious in giving his best in what he learned in studying medicine. He also help many people's health conditions and he is doing his job as a Doctor in youtube, he is just correcting those people who is sharing false information of health to make sure that everyone will be aware of this kind of scams. So you should better stop watching a Filipino vloggers who do you think they are giving a false advices and information of Medicine about health Care and watch a foreign Doctors just Doc Adam who study well about medicines and has a experience. The most Hurtful thing that Happened to my Life I don't know How I start this. But I would like to express my feelings right now because I don't have someone to talk with. I'm sorry if this will be seems like it is very Over Acting to you but please be with me just for this moment because I am very hurt today. Do you know that, I am trying my best just so that my family will appreciate my simple effort? I am giving some foods too, when we don't have to eat using my own money. I am doing the chores, when there is no someone who will do it or so that my Grandmother will do less work. But when I do that all, they cannot eat the food that I always buy, they still not see the efforts that I always do everytime i do some works at our house and when I am laying in my bed, they will nag to me and say that I am lazy. Do you know how much years I am struggling with this kind of family? Not just me but also my Sister. They express that we are not welcome to this family. I still remember the time, when my father is still here. He doing his best, Cooking for us and buying some Food but just like what they always do, they cannot eat it but when the food that he buy is gone they will looking for it to us and said, "You buy foods but you will just finish it?". Like this is the reason maybe why my father was always drinking alcohol and going home here every night when he is still here. Because it is hurting him and he feel that this family cannot accept him as a member of this family. When I was young, I cannot understand what's happening and what's my Parents struggling with this kind of family. But now that I grow up, I finally understand the feeling and it is very hurt. I understand that we are not really accepted to this family, because they cannot treat us just like what they treat to my cousins. They much love them and noticing them than us. With this kind of living with them everyday, I learned not to put some more effort anymore because they will just wasting it. I learned to be cold to them to avoid the feeling to be hurt with their words. Because their act, their words, is very painful because it is stabbing to my heart and memories will be in my mind forever. I know, We are just living in the same roof, we don't own anything here. I know that my mother is not like his sisters and brothers but do my mother really deserved to be treat like this? Treating her different from this family, treating us like this because our parents is different from them. We are just poor, of course her sisters and brothers is graduated from college and my Mother is got pregnant early. But do we deserved to treated like this? They cannot say it but they will express how they hate us to be here. How I wish, I can still go home in our old home. Because i don't like here anymore. Everytime, every seconds, hours, and days and nights that I am here, it is feels like torturing my self. My childhood is just a fake happiness. I feel like not all the things that they do to us is really meaningful because of course they can feel necessite at first before they give or do it. Until now, They give us in package of my aunt our name was there but it is not many like what those other family members got. But this time it is just only me, i got a tshirts that looks like it is be wearing in the house only and while my cousins and sister got so many beautiful dress, shorts, and tshirts. I didn't expect it because i am get used to it. What's new? Treating like different, I am get used to it but I cannot still hide the pain and my tears because of it. I am always wrong and they are all right. I am always not good to their eyes and **they always compare me with others** ***This is me, This is really me I don't need to change myself and make myself like others because this is me.*** They didn't accept my efforts because ****it is just simple,**** not just like others always give to them. ***Sorry if you don't like simple foods, you don't like foods from useless person like me. Don't eat it then, but stop looking when it's gone because of course the foods that I buy will be waste if i don't eat them.*** I am just buying myself some new things from my allowance from my mother and they always nagging because I buy nonsense stuffs, and I am like ***I'm sorry because I don't have a Father and my Mother is just working OFW just to give us the things that we don't have and she is not graduated from college like your favorites. What to do? She is just like that so do you need to tell to us face to face that we are just poor and cannot give you some money? You hate us because we didn't give enough money but when your other childs is being like that too you don't complain.*** Seriously, I am very very dissapointed by this Family. How I wish I am not born but of course I am thankful that I meet a good, understandable, and loving Mother. `I am very contented with my Mother's love to me.` The others is not important to me the most important for me is my Mother didn't change, she is still My Mother that I meet with the narrow eyes since when I first opened it in this World. It is okay if I didn't put some effort now. I don't care to them anymore. The more I do good, the more Hurtful words I get. I don't like to feel the pain anymore. I don't like to endure those feelings. I don't like to live the way I am weak, I want to fight. It is okay to be rude to the people like them because not everyone deserved to be treated good, Age doesn't matter if they think that you are rude to them it is their fault because of their behaviour. They didn't deserved some respect at all. Not becayse they are senior citizens it doesn't mean that we can respect them when they are too much. You have some feelings an you don't need to endure those feelings just to live. I learned to spread my own wings and not pretending my true feelings. I am not in the wrong when i fight because I am fighting my own right and I believed, I am free to do my right in this world. I like to live in a Mature way, maybe now I have nothing but someday when I work hard, I can give all the best for my Mother and we will lived far away from this family where they cannot reach us when they are in need. Esp. it can be use in our Face because our skin in the face is really sensitive even if we have some 4 skin types. We can have a possibility to ruined our Skin health in our face. Esp. when we use the Rejuvenating set. Because Rejuvenating set can really Clear your skin problems in your face. However, it is not mild to use because toners, and soaps is really hurt and hard in our face. Because we can experience in process of Peeling and exfoliation in our face because rejuvenating set can clear our problems in our face. `If you will ask me if what I will use in my face`, Normal Skin Care or Rejuvenating Set? I am Rejuvenating Set user since I became Senior High School and by the influence of my Friend. Because Her face is really beautiful and ahe didn't have a problems in her face because of rejuvenating set. So I tried it and I can tell that it makes my face smooth and beautiful however if it is your first time using it, it is not easy at all because it is hurt like burning my cheeks however if we will use rejuvenating Set it is makes your Face in Glass skin effect which is very beautiful in taking selfies and it makes you boost your confidence. Because Normal Skin Care cannot really help me in Skin Problems in my face. The process is long and cannot really see the results in a short period of time and it is costs a lot of money. The Reasons why we Feel stress, How to Avoid it, and Cause and effects We as a Human always feel the one of the most difficult feeling and this feeling always lead us to depression sometimes this feeling is a cause and effect of depression and depression can also a cause and effect of this feeling. It is obvious in the title if what feeling i am referred to and that is the **Stress.** Do you know what is the Stress? According to the article that I read about stress, **Stress-** *is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous.* And there are also **two types of stress**: **Acute Stress**- This is `short-term stress that goes away quickly.` For example: *You feel it when you slam on the brakes* *have a fight with your partner* *Ski down a steep slope* It helps you manage dangerous situations. It also occurs `when you do something new or exciting.` All people have acute stress at one time or another. **Chronic stress**- This is stress that lasts for a longer period of time. You may have chronic stress if you have *Money problems* *Unhappy marriage* *Trouble at work* Any type of stress that goes on for weeks or months is **chronic stress**. You can become so used to chronic stress that `you don't realize it is a problem`. If you don't find ways to manage stress, `it may lead to health problems.` Why do we always Feel Stress? We always `feel stress when we always think or do something` that can make us feel it. Not just doing but we can also feel stress that is because of the other people who make us feel it. **For example in Doing:** Students now at this kind of situation, online class make them struggle. Because they have a lot of things to finish like activities, assignments, take down notes, that can cause them to feel stress because they didn't know if which one should we finish first. **For example in Cause and effect because of the other People:** Students can also feel the stressful feeling because of their teachers in online class. Their are a lot of pressure to feel and they are stress because they always giving some activities, assignments, projects, etc. That can be related to studying and another reason is their parents. We have two different kind of situation about parents: **Situation no.1:** Childrens who are a kind hearted and always think about their parents, didn't want to tell the problems and things that they face in online class. Becsuse they didn't like their parents to struggle so they are facing the many problems and it is the result why they feel the stress. **Situation no.2:** Other Parents `didn't know how their children/s struggling in a difficulties of life.` They can always do and saying bad words to them and they didn't consider what their child/s feels. That's why childrens always feel the stressful feeling because they have a lot of pressure and they feel bad. Of course, there are a lot of situations too but that are just some examples that we experience in how we are stress. In the short term, these reactions are good because they can help you handle the situation causing stress. This is your body's way of protecting itself. When we Feel Chronic Stress, is it bad? When you have **chronic stress**, your body stays alert, even though there is no danger. Over time, this puts you at risk for health problems, including: High Blood Pressure Heart Disease Diabetes Obesity Depression or anxiety Skin problems, such as acne or eczema Menstrual problems And If you already have a health condition, `chronic stress can make it worse.` 12 Signs of Stress: Stress **can cause many types of physical and emotional symptoms**. Why Parents cannot let their Child to Play Mobile Games? Online Games is very nice to play because of the excitement and enjoyment of playing it in the times that we need a thing to do esp. when we are feeling bored. Playing with friends with your favorite online game is very enjoyable because it is very nice when you have some friends that can go with the flow in everything that you like. You can share some memories with them by playing games too and someday, you can talk with your friends in the future about it too. However, Playing Games is also bad. Why? Here are some of the Reasons: **You will become addicted to It-** This is the most thing that you should avoid. Being addicted to Online Games or Mobile games is not healthy because you can't have some time in the most important things to do and while we are talking about time we will proceed to the following: **You will lost your time in Studying**- this is also one of the most cause and effect of playing Online/mobile games. Esp. to those kids that it is still students if they will addicted to it, they will lose their control in time of studying and they will ruined their future. **Sleep Deprivation-** We all know that lack of sleep is not healthy to us. So when we are being addicted to playing games esp. mobile games, we will sleeping late. **Losing weight-** not enough sleep and/or lack of sleep can cause losing weight. **Pimples-** not enough sleep and/or lack of sleep can cause of acne breakout. **Redness of the eyes-** if you are playing mobile/online and lack of sleep your eyes in the left or right will be red and it is not good because it can lead to: **blurry Vision-** having no rest in looking in screen of your phone can make your eyes blur vision. It can also have a chance that it will lead blinding your eyes. **Head ache-** if you are lack in sleep in the three or more daytime to night, your Head will be hurt. It is painful that can make you dizzy. Which is not good to our brain because if you are lack of sleep maybe, there will be a time that your brain will stop working and it will lead you to death. **Stress-** there's are some times that you will feel depressed because of online games. Losing to the game sometimes will make your expression indifferent like you will make your emotion mad because of losing and if you will feel the lose streak in your game *(because there are some mobile/online game that has a 5v5 and rank game)* that will lead to stress and feeling stress is not good to us because it will change our behaviour esp. when you will become addicted, and rank, or acchievement of the game will become your priority. That's the reason why parents are being strict to us regarding about using mobile phones because they will know that we will become addicted not just in social media but in playing games too. Being addicted to Online/Mobile games will make your life misserable. Because playing cannot help you to your future and plans in your life. Not just your future will destroy because of Online/mobile game but your Health is also ruined. The Difference between Philippines and Japanese flood Flooding is one of the disaster in each places of countries. It is the effect of Typhoons and other disasters that might lead to flood. What is Flood? ****Flood**** is an overflow of water onto land that is normally dry. Floods can happen almost anywhere. They can cover an area with just a few inches of water or they can bring enough water to cover the roof of a house. Floods can be dangerous for communities, lasting days, weeks or sometimes even longer. Many different situations can cause a flood. Here are just a few: Heavy rainfall Ocean waves coming on shore, such as a storm surge Melting snow and ice, as well as ice jams Dams or levees breaking What Places can be affected by Floods? One of **the most dangerous place that can be affected by flood is the Houses near the rivers**, **Urban areas** *(areas near cities)* are also at higher risk for floods because rooftops funnel rainfall to the ground below, and paved surfaces such as highways and parking lots prevent the ground from absorbing the rain. **Mountains or steep hills** can increase an area's flood risk, too. Rain or snowmelt running down a mountain can cause streams and rivers to rise quickly. In fact, if a thunderstorm lingers over a mountain, a creek only 6 inches deep can swell to a 10-foot-deep river in less than an hour. What is a flash flood? **Flash floods** are very dangerous floods that can happen with little or no warning. Some of the places that are always affected by the Flood in our country is the Places that are didn't have a proper cleaning and lack of discipline of the neighbours who are living in the places that are always affected by flood. Because, everytime that we have some flood in our country, there are a lot of trashes everywhere it is the cause of not having a proper cleaning of places esp. the rivers and canals and of course the Houses that are not in a proper build like the houses that made with non-cement equipments. It is also always has a Flash flood in some areas that are high at risk places like in the mountain. Because there are some people who are living in the top of the mountains too and this is the cause while there are some people who are dying because they didn't listen in government warning while and during the disaster, because they didn't like to migrate in a safe area because they didn't like to leave their houses and things that they always need to survive in living. **Japan** While in Japan Country, it is very different. If our country has a many people lack od discipline in Japan, they are well disciplined. I found out to others that they are clean in their sorroundings. There are no trashes in everywhere places. So sometimes flooding in their areas and the water are clean in the eyes. This is the Japan flood. I saw it in facebook post I am very amazed by the flood of japan. Because the water is look so clean in the eyes. However, I can also tell that the water is dirty because of their canals, so I can tell that it is still dirty. It is just clean in our eyes compared it to our flood in our country, the water is brown colored but it is still not clean. Japan is also experience a brown colored water of flood it is depends in how the disaster's power to destroy some places. Japan is easy to have some flood because they didn't has many trees that can protect some neighbours and places. Because we all know that Japan has a lot of houses and buildings that trees every where. Compare to our Country, Philippines. We are also experience floods in every places that are lack of trees too. Like some places in Manila. They are always the most affected places when there are some disasters. While we have some many trees in provinces so we are not very affected in disasters like typhoons because we has a lot of mountains, trees, and plants in our place. However, it is still depends in the power of disasters in how they can destroy some places and things because sometimes, Typhoons can also destroy province places because of the strong Wind and can cause of some damage in houses roofs and tree falling. What are the Difference of the Two Countries? It didn't has a lot of difference of the two country about flooding. Maybe the disciplines of people in the two country in how they take care their places and the water sometimes in every flooding. But they has no difference in how it can affect in every places and people because flood is flood it is very dangerous and can cause many people lives in danger. What can we do to avoid Flood? **Plant some trees-** this is the most that we always need to avoid floods in our areas because trees can protect us in floods because they absorbed waters in every rain drops that can cause floods in our areas. **Always clean the sorroundings and protect the mother nature-** minings can also cause a dangerous effect in every disasters. It can also make our lives more dangerous specially when the people are near in minings and we should better stop the people who are cutting trees because it is also one of the cause and effect of floods in our areas because if they cut the trees there are no trees that can protect us from floods. We should also always clean our sorroundings it is part of taking care of our places That is just the basic things that we should always do to avoid floods. I advice to the people who are always living in a high risk areas of flash floods that they should move to the place that can be safe to live. They should not think about their place and they should take care and think of their lives. How to say if that someone is your First Love? I am inlove with someone and He is my First Love since I fall inlove to him. He is just my crush for almost 11 years but I consider him as my First Love. Why? Because he is the first guy that I like. He is the reasons why. I experience different things about love that new to me in my young age. Well, It was start in our Grade 4 days. Actually, he is my *'Kababata' or* in english my childhood friend. Since when we are studying in the same school of kindergarten and we become friends not just the two of us but we also have some another two friends but we became not close because our two other friends transfer school after that and the two of us left behind so our friendship is still strong. I still remember the memories, '*Because when you are inlove, you never forget the memories that you share with that someone ...because it is special'*. It is became part of your life and memories that you will never forget until the rest of your life. I don't delete those memories with him even if he already erased me in his life. After those happiness, joy, laughs that we share together at that time..I didn't know that it is just *temporary*. Years past and I am still in love with that *someone*. Even if I have a boyfriend, I can't help myself but to still think about him. Maybe, that's the reason why I don't like to introduce my boyfriend in my family and friends because I still like and love that *someone*. He is the only one that I love. Even if I express how i love him he is hurting me by his actions. He didn't like me and I know that. I still remember those times, during our high school days, I ignored those hurting actions and words by him. It hurts and Maybe, I cried every night but I never surrender. I still continue to like him no matter what. He knows that I like him and I don't know when. My friends is his friends too so maybe they said it to him. I didn't do proper confession to him because I am scared by the words that I will hear because based on his actions to me, I know that he will never accept my feelings. So, during those years that I survived and I still breath, I just always see him in a far away. Watching him how he smiles and laugh to everyone..except to me of course. He always change his behavior when I am near to him or joining them so I always distance myself maybe because I am scared that I might ruined his moment with them. So I learned to distance my self because I know that he already forget those memories that I am with him. I don't know but some of my friends noticed that before, we are more close better than them but now, We didn't even smile to each other, talk, and so on. *'I can't even stare at him for too long because my heart always beat so fast and I am nervous with he is looking at me too.'* So everytime our eyes meet, I am always the first who will looked away. I don't know but I am shy at the same time, I am scared to him. I always with him when our classmates want a outing. In a resort, in someone's house, etc. We are always drinking alcohol when we are together with our friends. So every time I am already drunk, I look at him because I know that, that is just the time that I have a courage to stare at him, because I am weak when I am not drunk. I know that I don't have a chance to be with him forever but I am thankful to my friends because they always invite me when he is also there because that is the only chance that i will be with him and see him. Being in love to the person that I love, is very difficult esp. when that someone is never see you the way you look to that someone. I experienced a lot of pain because of him but I never surrender and never forget him because that is how I like him. I am okay with seeing him far away as long as I see him smile and laugh. Because seeing your love one happy even if you are not the reason, you can tell that it is okay as long as you see that they are happy. Am I right? Many people around us always say to me that I should better stop fantalizing him because it is not healthy to me anymore. I should better find someone who will distract my feelings toward him so that I can forget him. Because my friends cannot bare seeing me always hurt because of him. But do you know that even If I can find another if my heart cannot feel the same way that I feel to him? I feel sorry to those guys who feel in love with me. Because I cannot love them the way they love me coz' I am still in love to someone that I know that I can never had. So I promise to myself that I will never married with someone who is not him. Reasons why Teens are becoming addicted to Alcoholic Drinks In this article, I will going to share you my experience in Drinking Alcoholic drinks. I am not proud drinker of alcoholic drinks, I just want to share it to everyone my experiences so that everyone who will read this article will know and aware if they would Drink alcoholic drinks. So, in my 20 years of existence, this is not the first that I drink alcoholic drinks. Because I admit that I drink a lot when I was in a Senior High School *(I already said this in my previous Articles)* but now, I already stop this. I just drink Alcoholic drinks when there is an special occasion in our house, and if we have some outings with my batch mates it is okay since I get some permission to my parents and they let me too but there are some conditions and rules since they are still worried about me. Like, Don't Go out with Boys after you done drink with your friends Go home after midnight and don't stay to their house until morning Your Allowace will be deducted if you didn't follow and do some crazy stuffs 'We trust you so don't broke your promises to us' That is just the things that they always say when I hang out with my friends and I always obey them. Since I am not always drinking alcohol and going out with friends they always let me now *(not always)* and enjoy my Teen age life. Actually, last thursday October 8, is the time that I drank again with my friends. They fetch me and they talk to my parents for permission because my Batch Mate's Father Birthday Celebration. However, they didn't know that we will drink until midnight. My plan is, Just eat with them and go home after 8 o'clock pm but my Batch mate didn't let me go Home they want to drink with me so I said that it is just the only time again to drink alcoholic drink with them, I don't remember the last time that I drink with them and I already forgot the taste of alcohol. Lol Now Let's talk about **The Reason Why Teens becoming addicted to Alcoholic Drinks** When you are about my age, Did you experience hang out with your friends too? During your Secondary School it is not new to us to hang out with friends and enjoy our Teen age life. Because in our Generation, it is not new or trend to every teens to be always present in school and being a good son and daughter. One of the reason why Teens are being like that is because **They Want some attention by their parents and they want to rebel -** sometimes, parents are so strict to their child. That they didn't see some efforts of their child and just seeing their mistakes. Some of the Childrens are doing dirty things because they are depressed by the behaviour of their parents and that is the reason why they learn to take cigar and drink alcoholic drinks. Always hang out with their friends and they are becoming not serious in studying. Not all parents now the pain of their child that there are also a possibility that their childs where change their behaviours to them and to everything. **It is only for Fun and they want to enjoy their teen age life-** one of the reason why Teens are being addicted to this is because they like to have fun and enjoy being a teen ager. Because sometimes, they think that this things that they always do with their friends, **they find it cool**. Since in our generation, people nowadays think that it will makes them look cool when they have some bad habits. **They are influenced by their Friends-** Classmates and friends everywhere has a chance to become the reason why you change yourself. Because they want you to become like them and they want you to enjoy your teen age life with them. However, it is not their fault when you change your path in the future because it is your choice and their convince and influence is not a valid reason why you take the wrong path because you can have a freedom to choose if you will accept their invite or not. That is just some example reasons why Teens are becoming addicted actually that are some of the reasons why I become addicted before in drinking but I already stop it and change myself however, there are some more possibilities that can become a reason why because we have some different situations in our life that be became a reason why we drink alcoholic drinks and do some bad habits. Is there's a possible effect after drinking Alcoholic Drinks? Well in my experience, There are some. Because the taste is bad, I don't know why while drinking you will think that alcoholic drinks are delicious but when you wake up in the morning your head will hurts and you will curse that you will never drink again *(but you will drink again soon).* Because when I wake up in the morning, I am not feeling well I called the hawk in the sink and I sleep in the Morning 'till evening because of the Hang Over. Drinking Alcoholic drink is not bad. It can cause liver cancer if you will always drink alcohol. But If you will balance eating healthy foods and you will still maintain to take care of yourself, it will not bad to your health. **To avoid sick because of Drinking Alcoholic drinks:** Take Exercise everyday. Eat healthy Foods. Just drink sometimes and not always. Choose the wine that you think that you can drink. Drink more water everyday. Tips to avoid a hangover Do not drink more than you know your body can cope with. If you're not sure how much that is, be careful. Do not drink on an empty stomach. Before you start drinking, have a meal that includes carbohydrates *(such as pasta or rice)* or fats. The food will help to slow down your body's absorption of alcohol. Do not drink dark coloured drinks if you've found you're sensitive to them. They contain natural chemicals called congeners, which irritate blood vessels and tissue in the brain and can make a hangover worse. Drink water or *non-fizzy* soft drinks in between each alcoholic drink. Fizzy drinks speed up the absorption of alcohol into your body. Drink a pint or so of water before you go to sleep. Keep a glass of water by your bed to sip if you wake up during the night. This can help you to avoid Hang over I hope that this will help you because me, I didn't follow that because my friend just serve a Gin with Nestea, Fundador light, and Wine *(I forgot the name of the wine).* So I don't have a choice. If you are still young , don't be addicted in drinking alcohol. Because it is bad to our health. It is okay if you will still maintain your health, Healthy. It is okay to enjoy drinking with friends but you should still think about your future. You should always remember what our teacher thought to us about Drinking and taking cigar in our Health education subject. Because you are not Studying for nothing. I Draw my Dream House in PicsArt PicsArt is not only use and to be used as a Editor in photos. You can also create a master piece of art using your own creativity and skills in art. If you love art, you cannot just use paints, paper, pens, pencils, and any materials to color your draws. You can also use your talent in making some creativity art by using technologies and applications. It is depends in how you can do, you can be a creative person in Art. One of the best application to use for editing Photos is the PicsArt. However, PicsArt cannot just be use for editing Photos. Using the apps's filters and other materials in editing photos. PicsArt can be also use to draw anything that you want to draw using shapes and lines. For this example, I draw my Dream House in PicsArt using the shapes and lines. I will teach you to draw house in picsArt In first Step, Click the **Draw** Button you can see in in Paint emoticon. The Shape Button is the **Square and circle emoticon** this is where you can see all the shapes that you want to use. It is your choice if in how the lines of the shape you want to use. The Square Shape is for the body of the House It is depends to you if How small or big the size of your house. But for me, I prefered to be a not small and not big size . So that I can have some space for the roof and the details can be seen because when you choose to be small, the details will not show. Using the Square Shape, Fill a color that you like and make it like this: Next we can add the details for the inside of that door I use Boysen Paint to Color my House. Just joking! I use the same and repeat step using square shapes to color and fill it with color sky blue . Do you know that It is hard to color the parts in the veranda? Because it is so small and that is my mistake because it is hard to color it so I didn't color the two whites where it didn't have a color. But it is okay, maybe I will consider that as a design. And last that we should add is the curtain and the details of the objects like this: And here is the finish House that I draw I also add Grasses using triangle shape because i cannot find other shapes to use it to draw grass. You know it is My dream house. Being simple and. Want the veranda of our house made with rope, and the Doors too was made with a simple door. Just like what I draw. I don't like a house that contain so very expensive things. Just a simple house will do. Well my Dream house is not that big as like that but the details is the same. Simple yet beautiful house and the color too. I also want my house to be build in province since province is really beautiful and I am living in the province. Anything that what my house looks like in the future even if it is small or simple I would like a simple yet happy family and I also read someone's post about house before that makes me inspire the most. In my 20 years of Existence in Living In my 20 years of existence, I feel and feel everything that can experience in life living. I can feel different emotion like joy, sadness, pain, anger, and all of kinds of emotions that can be expressed to everyone. I started to be curious in the things that every adult around me always do when I started to become a Teen. I know that you also know that being Teen ager is the beginning to be an adult. Everything that happened in my Teen ager Life is new to me and I am still at the time of adjusting myself to everyone that I always experience. Having a Menstruation Is one of the first time experience of being Teen. At my first mensturation before, I am curious in the things that can be use in menstruation. I always watch my older sister and my Aunt before how to use the thing called *'Sanitary Napkin'* but at that time, I am scared using it. Because I don't know about it. The second thing that my first experience in Menstruation is having body pain and stomach pain, it is my first time to feel that kind if pain so i burst in to tears at that moment. My mother and grandma said that when a girl is already has a menstruation it is we called that you are already a maiden. It is a sign that you are already not a kid anymore. Starting to change the body figure When I became High school student, my family noticed that I change a lot. My height increased a little. They are always telling about my past when they always see me. Telling that before i am just a little small and thin. Playing with toys and so on. The Way I communicate to Everyone When before, I am always quiet and not relate to what the olders talking about. Now that I grown, I already know how to communicate with them. The things that I didn't know before, I already can answer them when they ask me and I also listen to them when they have a serious conversation esp. when some family problems and simple plans, they can also asked us about our favor or to add some family planning to outings and so on. I also start to defend myself to the mistakes and misunderstanding of them. But, I am not always communicate to everyone. Esp when I don't want to urge about it. It is better ti listen and be silent than to talk. The way I wear some Clothes Being a Teen, I started to change the way I dressed too. Because I cannot wear the things that I wear when I was a little anymore. Because some of my dress when I am a little, has more Cartoon characters prints and I cannot wear the things like that anymore. So, my Mother started to guide me to choose a clothes for me. I started to wear Pants, blouses, tshirts, under wears and things that can be pair to my age. I started to be Independent and Mature After so many years, I started to become open minded in everything. I started to be open minded when I become 18 years old. Because when I was 16-17 years old I am still commit some mistakes and wrong decisions. I know that everyone can feel and relate to me because it is part of being a teen to be immature in everything. We cannot decide properly, we cannot still open our mind in some deep situations. When I became 18 years old, that is the time that I started to think to become independent and be mature. I started to thinj about future and I learned some many things to start as an adult so that I will be ready in the future. However, I am still learning. I still have some things that I am learning until now. Because I am still starting to build myself confidence in everything and I cannot still make some decision for myself. But in the other things, I can tell that I have some Improvement to become adult. Because i am still 20 years old and I know that, there are still a long lessons to experience and this is still my beginning to start to be an adult. Actually, I am scared to become adult. Because Being adult makes me feel like it is not easy. Because seeing How the older is become problematic in finding some work, how to spend and budget the money that they have, in how to survive everyday makes me scared that maybe I might be failed in the future. So this time, I am still adjusting myself to become one because this is my start of becoming adult. I am still starting but I feel like I am depressed and stressed because it is really hard to Find some money to spend in every important thing that we need for Living. Because we all know that we cannot survive living without eating food. And I am now aware in How my parents sacrifice, just to feed us and to experience a good life. Because being an adult is really hard if you in the past can enjoying and cannot aware in the things that they do, Now you can now experience it by yourself. Do you know that employees in every Music Entertainments in Korea are the one who are searching some teens that are Talented and has a Visual look? Some of the artists in Kpop that are successful now is just recruited by the employees of their agencies before. They are going in different places where they can find some suitable teens esp. to some near schools and if they find someone who are suitable in their taste, they will give their agency cards and it is the someone they pick choice if they will accept the opportunity or not. After that, if they will accept that opportunity it is not that easy because they will train first by the mentors of vocal, dancing, and anything that will learn them to be a Artist. It takes them some years to debut because they will make sure by the CEO first if they will really ready and good in being a Artist. Some of the artists in Kpop trained for almost 5 to 10 years, it is depends when all of the members are ready to debut or not. The others are done in training, while they the others are still un progress or some members will also has a problem and they left in agency and or they will find another and replace the members who left and sometimes the agency will make some program so that they can choose properly some members of the group that they will formed. So it really takes time to make a debut. It is not problem if you are just handsome or beautiful and you didn't know or you don't have some talents in singing, dancing, and rapping. You can take some Training and they will train and help you if you are really like that opportunity. If you have your talent in singing, dancing, rapping, and acting, you cannot just enter or become artist in a Company's card and from their employees, You will become an artist if you can also take some Audition. You can also enter their Building and you can also say to them that you want or like to take audition to become their artist and if you will qualified or they like, and you are lucky. You can start your training. Being a student is not also an excuse. You can be a Kpop Idol in Korea while you are studying. In Korea, I noticed that some of the Idols who are Maknae or in english, most younger in their Group are still studying in Secondary High School when they are debuted. Their classmates and other people around them doesn't care or they didn't consider them as other people. Even if they became an artists and popular, they will still consider them as their batch/classmate and it will never change. Sometimes they will support them when they will have a Music Video, promotions, and Comeback. However, not all of the people who pick by their agency's employees are becoming successful. Sometimes, the others can have a chance to be disqualified due to lack of learning and the CEO in their Company are not satisfied to them. Part 2: Life of being KPOP idol in Korean Industry If you are a Fan of Kpop, Do you notice all of these things that I mentioned in this part? Being a Kpop Idol in every Korean Industry is have a 50/50 feelings. If you will think that All of What every Idols in Korea are Experiencing right in front of you, I will tell you that you are wrong. You can never realized that every idols in Kpop Industry has their own difficulties in living as a famous. If they are dreaming to become a singer, Rapper, dancer and they would love the stage. They feel blessed because their dreams became true. However, they will encounter some different situations after they debuted and until now Because: **Their Agencies didn't treat them right-** if you notice that some of the under-rated Korean Artists in every **NOT** famous agency, you can find that they treat their artists unfair and disrespectful. Some of the other Kpop Groups are not have a successful and **they experience improper promotion** of their groups activities. Like they will just have a one to two comebacks every year. **They are biased in every members of the group.** Some agencies are buying some nice clothes in their artists and it is depends in How they look and how they famous. In short, **they have a favoritism.** If the member are so famous in every fans they will treat them better, better than the other members that didn't mentioned or liked by many. They will just spend a little costs in their clothes in every Music videos. They will just give them a little and small lines in every songs and in a result, they will not show more their talents in their fans. They will just always makes them in a back of in every position in their Dance. **They are sexually assaulted and they are controled by their own agencies.** Yes you read it right, not famous agencies are treating their girls not right. Like they will make their artists wear an uncomfortable clothes. In filming, they are always focusing in their artists legs. They are controled by their own CEO and managers like they cannot do anything that they want and likes. **Korean news Platforms always making or spreading some False news-** in korea, Some of the reporters and Korwan news entertainments and platforms always making some false rumors against artists which can lead their artists depression and can caused trouble to their fans. In korea, they are good at questioning some artists that not necessary, un-appropriate, and disrespectful questions to the artists. Because sometimes, there are some Entertainment or Company in Korea that paiding some reporters to leak or spread some rumors againsts to those successful Korean Artists or Companies to destroy them and making them fall however, some of that are didn't became successful because artists are more geniuses than those punks. **Saesaeng Fans are destroying Artists Lifes -** one of the most I hated in being a fan of Korean Idols are I heared some false rumors from saesaeng fans. Saesaeng fans are those not really fans of some artists but they are always stalking the artists everywhere. They also destroying the artists life by exposing some of the private lifes of the artists. It is really difficult to have some of that disrespectful and disgusting people because the other artists that destroyed by those saesaengs are leaving their agencies and groups for a better which is making us sad. **They Encounter some disgusting fans-** in every concert, some fans that are near them trowing some un appropiate things in their stage that sometimes, the artists are hurt because they are hitting them in the face and head. Esp. to some girls who are throwing their own undergarmens in to them. Not just in every concert but, there are some fans who are have some favoritism. Like they didn't respect the other members and just focusing in some artists that they just like. One of my example is in Fan meeting of every Kpop group where some of the kpop members didn't have some many gifts in their boxes behind them while the other members is have so many. Plus, they are just entertaining them in a boring and not appreciating their efforts. **They Encounter some Bashers and they Read some mean and disrespectful Comments-** this is one of the most saddest thing that every Korean idols always covering their reactions and feelings. Like I said, their are some many fans that has a favoritism. Esp when you are not famous and they didn't focusing in your talents and they are just focus into your looks. Because in this generation, many people are basis in the faces and not in talents. Some of the mean example of this is doing some idols V-Live: Doing some solo Live broadcasting, they are always searching or looking for the other favorite members. Telling some hateful comments in the comments like seeing that they are ugly, they didn't like this and that and so on. Which can also be a reason why they commit suicide. Because they always take that into their minds and hearts. If you heared the news about Shinee, they lost their one member. **Part 3: Their Agencies are strict** If you will become an Kpop Idol in Korea, you cannot live just like what you are living in your past. You will controlled by your own agency and it will make you chocked everytime. Because in being an Artists in Korea, You will have some rules that you will obey to take care of your career and your Agency Some of the You cannot Do in being a Artists are these Following: **You cannot Have your own Social media Account in Public-** if you notice many Kpop groups didn't have their own SNS accounts. They are connected and using only one Social media accounts like Twitter and Instagram. They can just post and share their own Photos and videos in that account. However, I am sure that they have their own social media Accounts **PRIVATELY** where they can check some comments and they can read some reactions of their fans because they cannot use their group sns account in the same time and it is just in a short period of time. But, some of the other famous Kpop Artists has their own social media account. Because it is depends in Their agency and companies or it is also in a deal of the artists to stay in the Company where they at because some of the other artists talents are expensive and cannot find to other people. One of my example is the **BLACKPINK** korean Group. They can have their Own social media accounts and they can do anything they want except for; **Dating is Banned-** In Korea, it is different in our countries. Because, if our artists in out country can do anything they want like they can date, marry and start and build their own family while they are still artists, in Korea it is opposite of what we have. Because Dating is banned in their Agencies, they cannot date unless your agency will approve you to date someone. Because they are protecting your career. Because they know that there are have some many immature fans that they can leave fandoms when they knows that their artists is in a relationship. There are some toxic fans that acting being possessive to them even if they didn't own them. So, the artists didn't have a choice but to date secretly and they are just doing some eye contacts, small gestures, buying and wearing some same outfits everywhere, posting some photos in a same dates or after 1 day that can proved that they are dating and they love each other. It is sad that they cannot do anything and they look like bird in a jail and cannot spread their wings and be free. **Interact with other Idols is Prohibited-** It is obvious that this can caused to destroy their career. They cannot interact with other idols esp. to girls and boys Kpop Groups. Because this will can caused damage of their career due to many cameras around them esp. when some fans can also good st making their own story and delulu in their Idols if they enteract with other idols. Esp. to those countries that are good at making issues. So it is prohibited to react into other Idols in a Normal ways. Esp. when the camers is spot into you they can react in a careful way like just smile a little or enjoying the beat seriously. Except when it is writen in your Kpop Profile that you are friend with someone and audiences are aware of that and or it is for an important show and works. Being an Idol is a day dream of everyone. Esp when you can experience a life that it is just in your dream and it is your ambitions in your life because you love what you do in stage. However, being an Idol is really hard esp. when you will successful. You will do many promotions, you will do rehearsal of your performance, you will practice in hours, you cannot sleep properly, you will compose some songs and music beats, you will perform in many shows, you will dance and sing and you need to memorize them all. It is one of the most hardest work however despite of being an idol, you will feel loved by many people around you. You will recieve hates but it is not necessary because you think that you do your best and you are doing your best and there are still some people who are supporting you. Voice is Out: Putting efforts from writing and other users are cheating I don't consider this as an Article. We really appreciate it because it is really annoyed us that some spammers commenting some nonsense in every articles of users just to gain some points everyday. But this situation is different. Because we experience some unfair treatment here. You know, I really don't like to post it here but I just really want you to have a better and fair treatment to your users. So Let's start this In the past, We have also the same experiencing of Unfair treatment. The other users always recieve some many p points and $ everyday. However, The others are not receiving some of that in a 3 days or more and lead it in a week even if they are writing some Articles. Now that Read Cash was change, Points to Tips by @TheRandomRewarder. We expect that Robot will really Give some Tips and upvotes to every good content of articles, and interesting to read like what he said in his article. However, He is not true to his words. Why? Because I noticed this: **Some of the nonsense articles, non exc, and Copy Paste articles from google has receiving some tips of $12 and more.** I notice some users here that they receiving some most tips and the content of their articles are really obvious that it is copied it from google. **The other spammers who are Copying the Articles until the comments of the articles** they copied it and post it to their articles and some of them has a tips from The Random Rewarder. **The other users who are copying other articles and Translate it to their own language** so that it is not obvious that they didn't copied it has a tips. **The other article that has 1 minutes of reading** have some tips more than $12 above. What are the Effects of Social media to Youth? How to Avoid it? In this generation, we can't imagine that everytime some years passed in our life living will also change our lives. Like every year, we can have a chance to make our lives have an improvements like in our body change, our physical appearance, our house looks, some places where we are live, in how we lived in the past and now, and so on. We have some things that we do in the past and we cannot do in the present, we can also do the things that happening or what we have right now and that we cannot do in the past, and We can also do and have the things in the past and present that is how and it is because it is a part of living in how we lived in this World. This time, Life living is different when how the other people live in this World. There are a lot of changes for example, people in the past is just Poor they can make living by planting some rices and vegetables in the yards and farms so that they can have some foods, Childrens are contented in playing around with their friends and enjoying their youth together with their families, and they are contented in what they has in their life. Since the TV, Mobile phone(other gadgets), and other things that can easily can connect to everyone around them are invented into this world, it is starting to change the Life or lives of many People. Everyone is starting to follow the trend however we have some different kinds or reasons in How the People changed their lives: **Watching Movies-** in the year of 2009, that is the year or time that I become aware in how the teens is before. It is trend to watch some old movies in the TV where it has a Channel 23. I am influented by my Auncle who is always watching in the Television because before, that channel is broadcasting some Old movies. In that Movies, I just realized that it is the time where some of Youths changes in how they lived. Because in every movies that we watch in that Channel, you tell that it is not How really the youth is. Because it is so different in How some youth living in the year of my Grandparents being a teen agers. Because some of the Movies that they watch, they learned some different new things like: **Rapping/Hip hop-** in the past, music is different from what we have now. It is also really different in the time of my Mother to my Grand parents being young. Music before is very romantic, where everyone will have some romantic dance in different occasions. Before, the music is where you can dance in chacha, zumba, folk dances, and romantic dances. You can also hear some digfferent music in some countries languages where they are singing a song for their love one and that songs are still popular in our grand parents when your house has an occasion esp. when there are a wedding some of your Grandparents are still dancing in romantic ways when they hear some old fashioned songs. However, this time we have some different theme in Music. It has change when the time of our Parents being a teen agers. Because of the influence of some artists and other people discover their new talent in music and that Rapping, Hip Hop, and freestyle musics. It has that moment become starting to change the generation of some young people at that time. It become trends until in this time in what type of musics that we have some right now (K-Pop, J-Pop, Singing a song for your love one in n a different styles, etc.) **Changing the way of speaking-** by watching some movies in television, you can tell that it makes influence the young people the way of their speaking. Like they learned in the movies some new things of ways of speaking. They learned some different languages that it is not necessary or it is not learned by their parents before. For example is the Conyo where you can blend the two you know language in one scentence and the way you speak in other people shouting or cursing them that can may have a possibility to affect the young people knowledge because they think that they find it cool and you know that during our Grand parents time in being young, they cannot experience being like that before to everyone around them esp. to their parents. **The way they change their fashion/wearing some clothes-** it is influence the young people to change their fashion. Because it become trend when the artists in movies in televisions change the way they wear some clothes. During in our Grand parents being young they wear some long skirts and simple things but when during in our parents time of being teen ager it is start to change the way of wearing clothes. Because some of the girls in the movie has a different roles right? If you are bitch person you will wear a short skirt, short shorts, sando and so on that may look like you are cool in other eyes **Change their Behaviours-** it is also some movies in television change some many Teen agers life before. Because it has so many bad scenes in the movie. Like taking or using some cigar, drinking alcohol, socializing with different people, holding some guns, taking drugs, and other bad habits. It is also have a change that they change the way they talk to their parents. And after the Television was made. There are also some worst thing that become the reason Why Young people ruined their future and life and that is some Gadgets. Since Movies is aired and become a programe in the Television not just some News. Because Television was made so that we can know if what's happening around the world. But other people also make that as an opportunity to do business and use their skills in making some films and movies. However, this Gadgets are became most worst than watching some movies. Due to lack of Knowledge of other teen agers or youth people around the world, they do the things that make their future ruined. It is because of watching some movies, they influenced by that. Since mobile phones that can use in sending some messages around the world become trend, they use that as an opportunity to communicate some other people. Just like what happening in some different scenes in movies, some young people communicate in phones Boys and Girls. They use a call not a letter to courting, flirting, and to communicate their friends in outings. Which was become the result why we have some Social Media right now. Mobile Phones or Gadgets are improving every year that can caused some Youth people lives more ruined and changes their own life of living. Because since those past generation was change and changing it is still keep changing and causing everyone lives ruined. Because not Mobile Phones and other Gadgets that we always use to communicate to everyone has a good reason or purpose of why they create it. We all know that everyone has their own decision in how they do, think, and we are all free if what are going to do. What are the Effects of Using some social media in Youth? Social media is dangerous like what you think. If you think that some different things that can use in socializing to billions of people around the world just has a good purpose in our life well, you are wrong. Because you as my reader or audience into this article, you also know if what are the bad effects of social media to everyone. But I still share you this kind of things. **Cyber bullying-** posting in social media an innocent or decent picture can still make other people judge your appearance. Like they can still judge you in how you will look even if you will give your best in smiling in front of people. Due to the changes of behaviour of some many people, young people nowadays will do some bad things to ruined your life. They will bully you in many things, even if you didn't do anything but to share the things that you want to share to many people eyes in social media. It is the most one of the reason why many people was killing or ends their life in suicide. **Rapes and other Crimes-** meeting people and communicating with someone you didn't know will also have a chance that you will raped or killed. Because not all the people that you trust and want to know you in personal has a good purpose of meeting or knowing you. Because some young people nowadays was commiting some different kind of crimes because of social media. Esp when you are meeting a man that courting you or you become a Long distance relationship. You didn't know that they can take advantage you in the time that you will meet them in person. **Lack of Learning of doing chores-** we didn't know if there are still young people who are learning cooking rice and other foods at their young age because now, many youth people even in the morning they are still laying in their bed holding some phones, doing facebook, playing online games, watching some videos in youtube. They are lazy to do the chores and they are also mad when their parents want them to do some works in the house. Unlike before, our grand parents and parents always tell us that when they are nagging to us they tell us a story and they will compare us to them in their young age that they can already know to do the chores in their house and they are helping their parents. **Posting revealing skin and appropriate things in social media to gain likes and followers-** We all know that there are some many Girls posting in social media, always reveal their skins. I don't understand why they can show off so much skin in their profile pictures. We all know that in this generation, many young people prioritize to be famous in social media and to gain some many followers and likes, they will reveal some too much view of their skins. They can also wear some just an under wears so that boys can notice them which can lead to be a reason why there are a lot of girls who recieve some sexuality messages in comments and into their messages. **Lack of Learning-** in this generation we are know that there are a lot or young students that didn't studying their books and notes, they are lazy to take some reviews and they are not focusing to their study lessons. It is because they became addicted in social media esp. to facebook and communicating to other people. That's why there are some students that didn't submitting their assignments and home works when they go to schools and a result of failed grades in simester. **Playing Online games-** in playing online games, we know that we also have some time that didn't take seriously in going school and studying. Young childrens nowadays prioritize their winning in diffrent online games than studying that I can tell that it is also include to lack of knowlege. **Lack of caring of health-** young children knowadays are addicted in social media. Where they will still awake in until 12 midnight to 3 am in the morning. Which is not good in our health. It is very can mwke addicted esp. when you will watch some episode of your favorite movies or Dramas in social media, playing games, and talking to everyone via messenger with your friends or boyfriends/girlfriends. Stay up until in a late morning can cause of our eyesight become poor because of radiation in screens, and can also hurt our heads due to not have a proper sleep. And that is all some of the effects of social media in every youth. I know that everyone knows about it so I didn't include the others. How to avoid being addicted in social media? Stop using your gadgets everytime to Morning until night and just use it sometimes. Talk with your family and friends, so t that you can have some conversation with them too. Go out and travel yourself so that you can go out and exercise your body. Do some exercise or other things that can may avoid to hold your phones and gadgets like you can eat foods, reading books, or help your mother in doing chores in the house. Think some new hobby to do so that you can help your self to discover some talents do that you can use that in the future That is all some basic example of things that you will or you can do to avoid being addicted in social media. We can experience being shy or nervous everytime we encounter some different kind of situation in speaking. I have some different kind of situation about Speaking in front of everyone. This is an example but I know that you will relate too. Situation number 1: Reciting in front of the Class Some of us really has a fear to speak in our class esp. when it is recitation when your name was called by your teacher or advicer to recite in front of your class about your work or activity. Because you are nervous and worried to your self and to your activity or work that you do. You are nervous if you will make some mistakes in Speaking because you know that to yourself that you are not that good at explaination, speaking in english, and you are not brave to face your teacher. It has a lot of worries, esp. when you experience being a bullying victim in your class. Because some of our classmates always laughing to us and didn't take seriously your work or activity. Situation number 2: Speaking with some Random people you didn't know The situation of being shy to start of conversation with some random people in front of you. Do you experience when you like to be friend someone new to you? Like when you are new in College University and you didn't have some friends there and you are just lonely. You don't have a confidence because you think that you cannot pass to their taste. Because sometimes we have some people that want to be friend base in how you are rich, you are genius, you have your talents and so on. We encounter some people who are very picky to pick some friends. Another situation is someone you will just now or see beside you in some places. Do you also experience talking with your seatmate who you didn't know? In your class in your first school day, in the bus or in other public rides, and in the place where you didn't know or not familiar. Sometimes we didn't have a confidence in asking some Questions that you are curious about because you are shy to talk with them. I also experience that when my first travel in a place that I am not familiar with. Because that is my first time in traveling and I don't have a companion. It takes me some minutes to ask someone beside me if where my destination, how many hours and minutes to wait, if the way is right, and so on. I am so dumb in traveling my self because I didn't experience going to different places with my classmates before because I have a strict parents. Situation number 3: Speaking speech in front of many People We have some different kind of situation in speaking some speech in front of everyone. Just like the **situation number 1**, it is also hard to speak in front of many people. Because you are worried to your speech if it is really right to say, if your grammar is correct, you will make some mistakes of speaking and so on. I also experience talking in the crowd, speaking my speech during the Contest of Poster making contest before it is almost 11 years ago, It was held in SM City Rosales. I didn't know that there is a explanation in what you draw and what is the meaning of your poster. I didn't prepared because my Teacher in that subject, didn't tell me about it. However, I am glad that I can make a solution and I can adjust quickly because I also love arts and I am thankful to the 'Theme' of the contest. But I didn't win because I know that there are a lot of people who do their best too and I also do my best so it is okay. Another situation in speaking speech in front of many People is if you are a **Host of the TV show**, **contest**, and **MC of an Award ceremony**, **being a guest speaker in your area's Programe, you are invited in wedding, you won in a Contest** and so on. Situation number 4: Speaking in front of the CEO and other important rule in Businesses It is also hard to speak in front of your boss. You will not know if your presentation ideas in their business will approve or they will like it. Esp. when the other boss of the company where you are working is strict in their business because they don't want to fail in business. I didn't know about office business and work but there are some people who are doing presentation to present your business proposal in the Company. I just notice it by watching some TV Drams, movies, and Stories in wattpad where there are some rich people who have a company and some employee involved. Now my question is **What is Public Speaking**? **Public speaking** can tap into a viper’s nest of dread with seemingly infinite possibilities for messing up and creating scar-tissue embarrassment in front of a crowd.  Because sometimes we cannot do well speaking in front of some many people. We can have some mistakes of speaking or tells what we are thoughts in front of everyone so that sometimes we have some possibility that we can feel some embaracement to everyone. What To do to Boost our self-Confidence in speaking infront of everyone? Boosting confidence is hard to take. We can hard to adjust esp. when we are still new in socializing to some people. I have some basic steps in how to boost our self-Confidence to speak infront of many crowds and I just hope that these following that I will share to you will help you improve in speaking in public **Trust yourself-** One of the thing that you will do first is to trust yourself. Trust yourself in everything that you want to do. So that you can make yourself comfortable in talking in everyone. You cannot speak in public if you don't have a trust in yourself that you can do it. Because that is one of the thing that we need trusting yourself in everything just believe in yourself. **Think possitive-** thinking some negative thoughts cannot helps you in situation where you are at need. It is just making you to down your self confidence more. So that you will need to think possitive and think the things that will happened if you do better. **Smile in front of everyone-** Smiling in front of many people is hard when you are feel nervous. However, smiling can also make your boost confidence because smiling can makes your day better. While talking you can make your self smiling in front of the crowd so that they can also smile to you and their smile makes you feel better. **Enjoy being in front of the Crowd or other people-** You will boost your selg confidence if you will enjoy being in the stage or in front of many people. Like you will just consider your audience as your friends. You can add some things that can make your audience laugh, smile, and so on. Nervousness is just in a start but when you are use to it, you can speak to them in your own way and go with the flow. **Be Yourself-** In communicating you don't need to change yourself. Be yourself so that everyone will know you in what you are really you are. Show that you didn't care the things that they think about you and if they will say anything about you, you can answer them in Kindness. Be kind to everyone and talk with them in a good way so that they can communicate with you. **Do your Best-** Do the things that you think or you can do to communicate with everyone. Plan something or think wisely in how you can communicate with them. Communicating and Speak in Public is really hard because sometimes we are new in the situation that we never do it before. Esp when you encounter a new environment and experiences in your life. However, we can communicate and speak in Public if we have that things that I mentioned above. About Dreams, Ambitions, and Goals in Life of Future Everyone has their own Ambition. Like we are dreaming some our *'Wanna be'* in the future. Like when we are young, we dreamed some different ambitions. It is easy for us to say everything we want to become. Because we are still young and we are still learning in that time. However, when we become open minded in what's happening in this world we will realized that the dreams and ambitions that we always want to become and to achieved in the future are not as easy as you think before. I realized that we cannot achieve our dreams if we cannot work hard. Because we have a lot of trials and problems in our life to face first before we become successful. Do you that not all the people who are complete in body parts and everything is just the people who will become successful and has a dreams? You are not just become successful by learning and you have your knowledge but you can also use your **talent** to become successful. Not just because you study, you will become successful. Not because you became salutatorian and valedictorian in your school you become successful. In being and to become successful, knowledge is not just the basis. You can also use your **talents** and **skills** . If where you are good at you can use that to become successful. Like you can build your own success by your talent and Skills. Even the people who are sick or have a dissabilities is also can be successful. Because they have their talent and skills. Being ill or having dissability is not a valid reason to stop dreaming and cannot chase the dreams to become successful. We have a lot of that kind of people who became successful because they have a lot of **confidence** into their self and they **love** their talents. Like someone who cannot walk properly and has a wheel chair, or someone who didn't have a Hands they can still paint and they can do art professionally. Even if you cannot walk if you have still your hands, even if you don't have some hands you can still use your feet, even if you cannot see you can still use your mouth and you can hear, even if you cannot hear if you can still see, walk, and use your hands, Even if you have a dissability you can still do think and be creative. You can still have some talent and skills, you can use that to become successful in your life. Being complete is not just the way to become successful because not everyone who have a complete body parts and they can does anything will become successful. Remember, we can also admit some rejection, and we can also experience being failed. Not because you can hold, you can walk, you can hear, you can see, you can do anything to become successful, you can be successful . Sometimes, we can also failed because we still have a lack of. The only thing that we can do is to work hard and be genius to think some ways to achieve your goals, dreams, and ambitions in the future. Because that is what we do in our life, work hard and think possitive. What is my Dream? I have a lot of Dream. I have a different ambitions in life. It is also natural for us to dream some many things that we want in the future. Like: I dreamed to become a **successful Writer someday,** being a professional writer is one of my goals in my life. Even when I was young, that is not become exceptional in my ambition lists. I didn't clear or erased that to myself. Because I love writing. I even write some different stories that has a lessons in life in my Facebook account (*Sorry to Cover my name because I want a privacy but I really own this account and my proof is my Friends* @Ruffa and @Cristy *they know my facebook account)* It's been 3 years and I still like reading my story that I write in my Facebook account. It reached a lot of viewers some of the others who read my Story inspired because of my skills in writing before in the Notes of facebook. Since they read the story that I write they keep in Writing in the notes until now. I see a lot of good Stories in the Notes in Facebook. Why I Write before? Because that is how I am. I like to inspire many people by my writing skills in Writing stories. Because I like to write stories that contain some good lesson in life. I also dreamed to publish my own book just like how the authors in Wattpad. I am inspired by every good writers in Wattpad because they write some good stories. Not just in Wattpad but I am also inspired by the writers of some novel books and Here I am at this platform, I am enjoying writing some articles and I am learning. I would like to experience living in other country and experience to taste their foods, traveling around, seeing and meeting other country peoples. I like to capture some different famous places of the other countries and I will send my pictures to my Family. Like what my Aunt always do to us before. Because I believe, My life and dream is not complete without experiencing to live and travel around the different places of this world. I dreamed to **help the childrens in the streets,** seeing other people how they lived in the streets makes me feel sad. Even if the others might think that they are bad persons for me, they are not. I am not the person who thinks them bad. I also want to help and be friend the other children. Like the other rich people does everytime. I also want to experience to **teach them to read and write**, **eat some delicious food with them**, and **give them some house to stay.** I always think that If I am just rich, I will do the things that the government and other rich people cannot do. To help the people who are in need because we cannot use all of the money in just for our self. We cannot hold the moneys in heaven when we will die. It is better to share our blessings. Helping other people is not bad. We can also inspire them and give them a better future in the future. I dreamed to have a **big House for my Mother ,** every good child dreamed to give their parents a better life of living in the future. Since we don't own a house, and we are just poor. I am dreaming to have and own a better house for my mother. As a daughter, I want to pay my mother who still working as a OFW in other country. I know how much really tiring to work just to feed, and give everything just to have a better life. So, I want to pay the things that she do For me and for us someday. Since I am already 20 years old, maybe I can also work after this pandemic. I want to find a better work so that I can earn money so that we can build our own house. I dreamed to live a **simple and happy life in the future,** I know that everyone like to live like this too in the future. Of course, we can also dreamed that eveyday. Simple and happy life with your own family. But for me, I am not sure if I will include to have my own family because my priority is my Mother first. I want to give all my best for her in the future and I don't like to separate to her. I can't imagine myself separated to my mother. After I already achieved my dreams for her, Maybe I can do that but now, I have some many important goals to do first. In our life, we cannot achieve the things that we want if we cannot put some hard work and efforts. If we cannot do anything we cannot be successful. Everyone has a difficulties in achieving the goals that they want to achieve in the future. Remember that no matter what who you are, don't lose some hopes and build some confidence. Always think that it is for our future. It is not just for us but also to help our important people around us. And last I have one Wish that I like to fulfill and that is I dreamed that **my important people around me will live a long and healthy life** it is one of my prayers and dream in my life and that is to live my important people in a long and healthy life. I can't imagine if someone who is important to me will be gone, I know that everyone has their own time of living but I am wishing that I can still able to see them until I become old and in my last breath. It is better to them to see me off than to see them in that kind of situation. I know that this kind of dream and wish is unlikely to happen but I still wishing and dreaming that to happen in the future. Because losing someone that we love, I can't. I love my Family, Friends, and other important people around me. I can't think myself if someone will be gone and I can't hold anymore. So, i am wishing them to have a long and Healthy life everyday. Even if this last one Wish and dream will be the only goal that will achieve. This is the most important wish and dream that I want to be fulfill. Their life is more important to me than anything else. I don't have some wishes and Dreams to add if that will fulfill in the future. And that is all about This topic.
