We had two hundred boys in our hostel. Some of us were doing FSCs with mathematics, some with biology, some were studying economics and some were doing simple FA. We all lived together but there was a lot of difference in our activities.

Some of us used to do sports, they used to run, they used to run, play volleyball, cricket or hockey, or badminton players, some of us used to sing, some of us used to sing, some acted, painting, and poetry, and some did nothing. Some of us were extremely hardworking. They used to read day and night like a kohl bull, some were aware, read a little and read a little. They did not do any work, they browsed, did sports, or participated in any literary activity.

These buses lived like animals, slept, got up, ate food, gossiped, watched movies, smoked cigarettes, and took money from parents in the name of books, clothes, messes, and sometimes fees. I look back today, and I feel that the hostel is a whole case study. It was a nursery that looked at a variety of seedlings that pancreas flourished in the long run. You must have heard this phrase a thousand times. "Whatever you sow, we will cut it." I look back and see that phrase feels incomplete. Just as we sow a seed and cut a thousand grains or sticks, so we have to reap the fruits of a wrong or right decision a thousand times in life.

If you want to sow a seed and cut a seed, it will not be a bad deal at all. Life is like a field, so it has to be sown a thousand times and sometimes a thousand times. That hostel was one such nursery. It contained a variety of seedlings, and then they started waving the seedlings as crops and the field was cut thousands of times.

The journey of life continued. Those of us who were studying mathematics became engineers. Biology students become Doctors. Pharmacists and Professors. Students of arts subjects also adjusted to their respective fields. Some of them became lawyers, some became judges and some became civil servants by taking the competition test. More work was done in the field. Those who were employed went out of the country, went into business, or went into politics, and those who were zero-interest slipped behind in the race for life. They also became criminals, their houses were broken. They also went bankrupt again and again. They fell ill early in their youth and they continued to fall and tremble in life.

I was one of them, but Allah has done me karma. I fell and reached ma. And Allaah gave me the nirvana of hard work one day. He grabbed my hand and said, "There is only one way to serve kaka on the earth. Techniques are also important. You don't progress until you work with the technique. Now the next question was how to get to the technique? It turns out it's not possible without learning. 'Unless you develop the ability to learn within yourself, you don't reach the technique.' Now the question was, "How is learning?" It is a by-product of training, it is the third and final level of learning. The first floor is talking. People tell you, the second floor is teaching. People only tell you what you need and then you reach the third floor.

You start following what you learned and it's called training, so you don't learn until you train and you don't have the technique until you learn, and you can't work much until you have the technique. The donkey becomes a good donkey through hard work, but if that horse wants to be, then he has to learn the techniques of horses. At that time, his DNA will change. The same difference between street dogs and pet dogs is' We keep a pet dog at home with us Why? Because it learns the technique by sticking with us, while the street dog dies in the streets due to lack of training.

When I understood this point, I went after the training. 'I used to take a course in what I didn't know, I would take a course in it, put his tuition down with an expert every day, and so he would learn. 'You may be surprised to know that I had regular tuition to read Dewan Ghalib.' I used to go to Hafiz Sahib every day and I read and thought of a ghazal every day from them, just as I read the alchemist with tuition.

Similarly, when I decided to come to the field of self-help or life coaching, I used to buy courses from big trainers in the United States and England. It was a period of cassettes. 'Jim Ron ho, Chris Gardner, Jack Kenfield or Brian Tracy' all of them used to get speeches and courses in cassettes. I used to buy these cassettes and listen all day in the car. These cassettes also used to run, life gave me a chance, and when the resources of the pre-weekly courses became available to me, I took full advantage of this facility. Today the world has changed.

Now there is no need to go out of the house and country for any course. You can learn online about nuclear technology, so I take advantage of this opportunity by filling in. My old friends, class fellows, and hostel mates are amazed at my passion for learning. 'Unable to understand how the incompetent and poorest person in school, college, and university, moved on in practical life? Whenever they meet, they ask, "Dude, what did you do, how did you change?" You didn't know the difference between material (Material) and maternal (Maternal). We used to read pocket banks to the Habib bank and oil his head at the university as well. 'How did you change yourself?'.

I laugh and reply, "It's all the grace of Allah." He grabbed my hand and told me that every secret in the world is in the human mind. 'Man is an engineer from the brain, a doctor from the mind, a soldier from the brain, a bureaucrat from the mind, a banker from the mind, a businessman from the mind and a beggar from the mind. 'Man's mind is hardware.' Whatever software you upload to it, it makes you like this. "Man, you're talking about sideways again," I submit to him. "Suppose you're an engineer and you want to be a doctor, what will you do?"You'll read the doctor's As if you'll take out the engineering software and upload the doctor's software there and you're treating or surgery patients instead of building bridges in a few years' What would you do if you think I should do business after that? You will "replace" the doctoral software with business software and thus you will become a businessman in a few years now if you want to become a sportsman, you will upload a sports application to your mind and sports wellness and fitness will also be easier for you.

Although man's biggest asset is his mind, it's his mind. If it's working, and if you're worthless, replace your inefficient software with intelligence software. If you're lazy, take out the cheapness and fit the hard work software, and if you're sick, name Allah and upload health software in your mind. Give, your whole personality will change. The mind of a man is a strange world. If we put Islam in it, it becomes Muslim. If they put Christianity, they put In Judaism, then these Jews put Buddhism, then this Buddhist, and if we make it Sunni, it becomes Sunni, and if we make it Shia, it becomes Shia. These are all software and this software creates and distorts our personality".

My friends don't agree with me, but I tell you a recipe alchemist, 'Learning is Earning' You will cut what you learn, they will earn. It's learning that makes the person in the front seat a driver and the person in the back seat, so cape learning' will not stop your path and it's the biggest lesson in my life.
