A rectangular mold or tray of approximately 41 cm x 27 cm will be used.
Ingredients:
• 300 grams of margarine
• 150 grams of milk chocolate
• 150 grams of cocoa
• 750 grams of sugar
• 20 grs. crushed walnuts
• 6 eggs
• 400 grams of all-purpose flour
• 10 grams of baking powder
Process
In a bowl you combine the sugar, the nuts and the eggs, without beating much, reserve, take the margarine, cocoa and chocolate to melt in a bain-marie or microwave (50 seconds) until melted, add this preparation to the sugar (the one that we reserve) when you have everything well united (you can do it with a whisk) you add the flour little by little with the baking powder in an enveloping way. You prepare the mold or tray by greasing it or placing waxed paper on it. Pour the mixture and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
