I think I speak for the rest of us when I say life's not fair and it will never be.
Life will knock you hard on your knees and it will wait for you to get up so she can kick you on the face. Life will give you lemons, therefore make lemonades out of it.Dont sit crying about the sourness of lemon but be thankful to God for the gift of lemon and the might to change the lemon into whatever you want. Life is a respecter of no one.
Expecting life to treat you well just because you're a nice person is like expecting a lion to spare you just because you're unarmed.No way,it will devour you with ease and crush you to your bones,sip away your marrow and transform you to absolute Oblivion. Life will kick your butt while shouting I'm not fair. Yha want it,come get it. Life will give you a pugilistic blow like Mohammed Ali in the boxing ring.
Life will take away your loved ones, beat you black and blue till you feel weakened and beatened to pulp and it won't spare you another blow until you courageously face it and say enough is enough. Life favours only tough people, little wonder the old saying "tough time doesn't last but tough people do" is evergreen. The aphorism has outstayed it's generation yet valid and undisputed.
In this journey of life, you're going to meet people who'll promise you heaven on Earth only to deliver you the real personification of hell. Some people will want to take advantage of you. Others will outsmart,outwit and play you. Some will defraud you and use you. You'll be betrayed by lovers, family and friends. People will make you prefer wild beast to humans yet you must not loose the ultimate purpose of life. For the purpose of life is to live a life of purpose.
You'll need people to help you attain your dreams. Some will do it free. Some will want a win-win. You must be impetuously careful. Anyone who helps you and expects you to help them in return is a business man and business people can do anything to gain profit. They're never kind and they never mind how you feel about it. Their eyes is on the profit side of the deal.
They're blindfolded by the insatiable desire to accumulate wealth at the expense of humanity. You must be eagle eyed enough to be kind to both good and bad people. Everyone you see in this world is fighting a hard battle, please be kind to everyone you meet . Strangers on the bus, colleagues at work just be humble and kind to the bad mostly. Only by so doing shall you preach the gospel of the universal brotherhood of mankind.
Life is like a mining field. Others go to the feel in the morning and they keep digging till sunset yet they never reached for the diamonds while others, at the first cut of the loam, they hit and swim on the spindletop of gemstones. Remember your fellow labourers who have been in the feel since morning.
A little share would do. Show little mercy. Give to the needy don't be greedy. Extend a helping hand to the heavy laddened and wipe the tears of the sorrowful. A little act of kindness would go along way in this struggle for a better world.
